Subject: Naval Deployment Beyond Justosia's Waters

Sir or Madame,

It has come to my nation's attention that a group of your warships approach Gallo-Germania. We do not understand the reasoning for such a provacative action. The nations of Gallo-Germania are on the far side of the world from Justosia and pose no threat to your realm. In fact, it is the Free Canton's understanding that Justosia's unrelenting belligerence towards any nation with whom Justosia disagrees with that is the cause of unease in Europe. Your deployment of warships only reinforces the growing impression that Justosia has malevolent intentions at best or is simply insane at worst.

We implore Justosia to recall its warships, to mind its words, and to be a good neighbor in the future. Only when Justosia proves it can be a responsible nation will it be accepted into the Family of Nations of Europe as an equal. All the guns and planes and ships in Europe will not earn Justosia any more respect than it has now.

I understand your government had prior plans for isolation. Perhaps that can explain your profound ignorance on this matter. It is common knowledge that our Great Southern Kingdom & the Occitan kingdom are formal allies.

Not only that. We have recently fought together against your proxy Communist animals in arms in Brecosta, & won mind you. We have already had a presence there. All these reasons & more are why these defence exercises are not only legal & moral, but also necessary as we have our ally's blessing & support. Mind you also our repeated olive branches extended to your hostile regime.

We can only now logically conclude that your veiled threats are an attempt at increased relevance. They have failed. They will fail in the future. We strongly advise you to stop trying to further powder the keg of Europe. It is good sir or madam, pathetic.
