Recognizing the drastic alterations to the geopolitical situation in Germania following the 7 Days War.
Recognizing the declining state of the global economy.
Understanding the need for all fellow Germanian nations to re-establish hope in durable peace and stability for the continent of Germania in light of events such as the ascension of Southern Krasnislavia into the People's Federal Socialist Republic of Kadikistan, the foundation of the People's Republic of Polesia, the creation of the Northern Empire and the introduction of non-Germanian military deployments in the Grand Duchy of Lars.
Witnessing the invasion of Burgundy by the Engellexic Thaumatic Domain with a full appreciation of the geopolitical consequences this conflict and its potential outcomes will have on the whole of Germania.
Committed to settle past differences and achieve a mutually agreeable compromise that will respect the sovereignty of all nations involved and save ourselves from bloodshed and decay.
Realizing that there can be no winners if Germania is engulfed by war.

The government of the People's Federal Socialist Republic of Kadikistan wishes to invite not only its regional partners, but all nations within the continental borders of Germania for a conference meant to deliver durable stability and peace for our region. We have taken this initiative in light of the disruptive events that took place the last year, increased upon gaining knowledge of the Engellkin invasion of Burgundy and the arrival of Engellexic forces in Germania through the Grand Duchy of Lars.

We hope we can welcome all of you in the name of a better future and to prevent past mistakes from being repeated.

Message to the People's Commissariat for External Affairs of Kadikistan / 1st August 2019

On behalf of the Government of the United Salian States, the Foreign Office formally accepts the honorable First Secretary Sergei Moravscik's invitation to the Pax Germanica Conference meeting at Belgarsk, Kadikistan. Though we are deeply concerned with latest tensions, we applaud every opportunity to partake in a constructive debate.
