Your excellency,

The Federation of the Natal wishes to congratulate you and your party for their electoral victory and for managing to provide a quality in administration that gave the Justosians hope for a better future. The Federation understands the need of the Holy Kingdom to arm itself to be ready to defend itself from any sort of aggressor, especially in those tumultuous times where brother turns against brother and wars and civil wars spawn at every step.

At the same time, the Federation understands the need to keep the peace and stability of the betterment of the people in general and thus hopes that the Holy Kingdom of Justosia has no ill intentions against the Federation nor does it harbour any plans to become an aggressor. Natalia is ready to guarantee that such ill thoughts do not exist in the federation and thus we are ready to offer the Holy Kingdom a guarantee of peace and also want to invite Justosia to sign a non-aggression treaty with Natalia.

We are heartened to hear of this friendly undertaking by the Natalan Federation government. A bright spot in what we see as a continent more aggressive than it lets on.

As per our Constitution, we request an official copy of this treaty be delivered to the Palace Royale. Upon a thorough examination it must then be sent to the Senate Nationale for ratification.

TREATY OF NON AGRESSION
NATALIA-JUSTOSIA​

PACT OF NON-AGGRESSION BETWEEN FEDERATION OF THE NATAL AND HOLY KINGDOM OF JUSTOSIA

The State Council of the Federation of the Natal and His Majesty the King of the Holy Kingdom of Justosia, represented by his appointed government, guided by a desire to strengthen peaceful and friendly relations between the two countries, have decided to conclude a pact of non-aggression, for which purpose they have appointed as their Representatives:

• State Council of the Federation of Natal and its Government-
  • Rufaro Mutasa, State President and
  • Liam Savage, Chief Minister
• His Majesty the King of Justosia and his government-
  • HRM, King Francisco II, represented by Felipe Alejandro,Royal Palace Foreign Ministry Liaison Department, and
  • Jean Blount, Prime Minister

who, after an exchange of their credentials, which were found in due and proper form, have agreed on the following:

• Article one: Both Contracting Parties undertake to maintain peaceful and friendly relations between them and mutually respect the territorial integrity and inviolability of the other Contracting Party.
• Article two: Should one of the Contracting Parties become the object of hostilities on the part of one or several third powers, the other Contracting Party will observe neutrality throughout the duration of the conflict.
• Article three: The present Pact comes into force from the day of its ratification by both Contracting Parties and remains valid for five years. In case neither of the Contracting Parties denounces the Pact one year before the expiration of the term, it will be considered automatically prolonged for the next five years.
• Article four: The present Pact is subject to ratification as soon as possible. The instruments of ratification shall be exchanged in Camp Hill, also as soon as possible.

In confirmation whereof the above-named Representatives have signed the present Pact in two copies, drawn up in the Engellexic and Justosian languages, and affixed thereto their seals.

Done in Harton on the Twenty fourth day of October, year Two Thousand Eighteen.

The Federation has no issues with the government of the Kingdom of Occitania. While we understand their plight in the war against the People's Republic of Serenierre, we mostly remain neutral to affairs in Gallo-Germania.
