Vangala shows solidarity with North Ratomkira

Under the wise and generous leadership of the Communist Party, the People's Republic of Vangala has today pledged millions in aid to the Revolutionary People's Republic of Ratomkira. Promising monetary and technical assistance, the aim is to transform northern Ratomkira into a strong and developed independent country, capable of defending itself against aggression from the Oikawan Empire and South Ratomkira.

Agricultural equipment and experts will form the main component of the package. New machinery will end starvation and achieve self-sufficiency in rice production. Damaging feudal practices will be abolished lifting millions out of rural poverty. Party leaders are confident the ambitious land reform programme pursued by Vangala will serve as an inspiration to our comrades in Ratomkira.

The People's Republic will further contribute to the reconstruction of the Ratomkiran economy. Members of the National Development and Prosperity Commission will educate our partners in Na Treng on the 'socialist-principled market economy', which utilises the capitalist economic mechanism while preventing exploitation, allowing for necessary economic growth to facilitate the creation of a socialist society.

Vangala will also finance the building of vital infrastructure. The ruling cliques in Siem Khun ignored the northern provinces of Ratomkira, leaving them to decay. Schools, hospitals and power stations will be erected with the help of Vangalan money, and new roads and railways laid down.

The Communist Party of Vangala has been at the forefront of the struggle for a socialist Ratomkira. The successful 'Solidarity with Ratomkira' Campaign made thousands from donations. Party members have already lectured on the practical applications of 'Socialism in Vangalan conditions' to Ratomkiran circumstances.

Ratomkira faces a difficult task, yet with Vangalan help the burden will be eased. Oikawan war planes are already attempting to intimidate the brave people of North Ratomkira. The People's Armed Forces have increased patrols to prevent the sacred airspace and soil of Mother Vangala being violated by imperialist invaders. Plans are being made to assist Ratomkira with policing and national defence.

With support of the masses, Vangala and Ratomkira continue to defy Oikawan hegemony over the oppressed continent of Toyou. Yet the day of liberation for millions draw closer, with both our nations preparing for the eventual re-unification of the Ratomkiran Motherland.​

Solidarity and alliance with rogue nations who are created through and continue to exist in a state of aggressive warfare dictates much about Vangalan foreign policy. While our politicians are currently seeking rapprochement with one another within the Union, the Union is not so naive as to believe that the Vangalan plots and schemes have ended. Kilkila seeks to perpetuate conflicts such as those within Ratomkira, and such conflicts can only lead to more violence, death, and suffering for those workers who you presume to advocate.

There will not be, nor will there ever be save for the utter destruction of Communism as an idea, a time when Sri Rama recognizes the illegitimate bastard state that is North Ratomkira, for it exemplifies the very disunity that will lead to the destruction of humanity. Sinhai and the true nation of Ratomkira stand together, whatever the disparity in relations between the Union and the LFS, as brothers in arms against the tyranny, terror, and oppression of Marxist revolutionary violence. Should Vangala continue to support this terrorist state, and wage through it proxy wars against Cathay and beyond, relations between the Union and the People's Republic will continue to suffer. While we have released your sailors from our custody, and seek a means to determining an adequate method of compensating affected families personally, do not be mistaken in the idea that the Union and the People's Republic can call their relations normalized until the nation of North Ratomkira is nothing but a rotten corpse, an ugly stain on the pages of history books for university students to tear out and burn.

Popular organisations empowered

Vangala today celebrates a great advancement in socialist democracy. Peoples' Representatives unanimously supported an amendment to the Constitution of the People's Republic granting further powers of participation to organisations under the guidance of the Communist Party. All members of groupings in the United Motherland Front, the engine of the People's Revolution, may now vote in sessions of the People's Assembly. Previously, only an advisory role was awarded while expert Party members led the development of Vangala's new progressive society and politics.

The Young Communist League, the National Women's Liberation Front, the Revolutionary Veterans' Association, Democratic Federation of Trade Unions and Workers' and Peasants' Union are all guaranteed representation in the People's Assembly.

His Excellency President Moheen Chatterjee, Chairman of the Communist Party and Supreme Commander of the People's Armed Forces endorsed the measure as natural progression towards socialism-communism and highlighted the efforts of all elements of the United Motherland Front. Other senior Party officials added to the chorus of praise.

Campaign to combat anti-Vangalan sentiment

After vicious attacks on the Vangalan nation and people by an international conspiracy of foreign media and politicians, the Communist Party is to lead new efforts to promote greater understanding of Vangalan culture, politics and society. Programmes offering visits and exchanges to the People's Republic will be expanded to dispel ignorant beliefs held by many in the West.

The Ministry of Culture already offers extensive Vangalan language courses abroad and provides correct educational material for schools to prevent misinformation. Funding for events held overseas related to Vangalan civilisation is also granted.

His Excellency President Moheen Chatterjee, Chairman of the Communist Party and Supreme Commander of the People's Armed Forces, has urged other countries to co-operate with the People's Republic in fighting racism. The Vangalan community in Cornavia has suffered horrific violence with a restaurant offering traditional Vangalan cuisine firebombed by white supremacists. Comrade President Chatterjee has pledged the support of expert detectives and officers from the People's Police to aid their Cornavian counterparts in capturing and punishing the criminals responsible.

The Oikawan Empire is parading as the defender of the Eastern people and values. The Communist Party has warned against accepting peverse Oikawan teachings on the values of Toyou, which are used to justify imperialism and coercion. The values of Vangala and wider Toyou are communitarian and are juxtaposed against the individualism of Western society, which is based on bourgeois notions of liberty and capitalist economics.

Only the People's Republic of Vangala and its brothers and sisters in liberated Ratomkira are truly capable of providing a voice for the Eastern peoples in a world dominated by the white man, whose involvement in Toyou has left nothing but a legacy of death and exploitation.​

As much as the people of Touyou reject the cultural imperialist's notion of individualism, they also reject the materialist fallacies of communism that have shown to be incompatible with the spiritual nature of the people of the East. The Vangalan propagandists are denying their own nature as people of this proud continent if they refuse to acknowledge the inherent truth that are the Eastern Values as defended by the Oikawan Empire for generations and over which our descendants will keep watch for many more generations to come.

With five perpetrators in custody and facing charges for the Bremerholm attack, Cornavian authorities are not in need of external assistance in investigation of the incident, particularly from a country whose police likely has little understanding of operating in an environment where civil liberties and rules of legal procedure are maintained to their fullest extent.

However, the Commonwealth Cabinet appreciates the offer and has already pledged to combat un-Cornavian extremism wherever it appears in our society.

Western hypocrisy responsible for drug wars

Western double standards regarding drug use are continuing to endanger the security of the Vangalan people and nation. Western governments continue to pressure the People's Republic into firm action against producers and traffickers, yet their capitalist economies and individualist mindset continue to foster demand for drugs, with social isolation forcing many into addiction.

The Communist Party will not tolerate Vangala being used as a puppet to enforce misguided Western policies. Senior Party leaders are calling for Western nations to implement decisive measures at home and provide greater support for the People's Republic, which is at the frontline in the war on drugs.

The Communist Party has also warned the prejudiced West not to discriminate against legitimate cultural practices. The celebratory consumption of cannabis is an ancient Vangalan tradition. The medicinal potential of the plant has also been recognised for centuries.

Poisonous propaganda by the Siem Khun dictatorship sabotaged previous attempts to co-ordinate an international response to the problems of the drug trade in central Toyou at the European Conference on Organised Crime. However, with the Siem Khun dictatorship now discredited, Comrade Qamaruzzman, Minister of External Affairs, is confident the international community will be supportive and applaud Vangalan efforts.

Vangalan society is not plagued by rampant substance abuse. Promotion of real Toyou Values, which emphasise community feeling, avoids social alienation. Universal and free education also teaches the sons and daughters of Mother Vangala about the evils of drugs.
