THE Grand Covenant has prudently concluded that now is the precise time to begin implementing previous verbal agreements with the Patriotic Peoples of Wasatch. Within the week, Military advisers and speculators from the Grand Force of the Covenant will be dispatched with the approval of your Government to assess the viability of improving the perpetual defence of Western & Islandborne Wasatch from the terrible forces of Radical Democracy, Communism, Post-Delegationism, and the lesser races.
The Frescania Republic's aimed approval of AB 210, a dangerous initiative that gives -"the federal government the power to promote republican ideology by financing groups in non-republican governments" - poses a direct thread not only to the Kingdom of Belmont, on whom Frescania plans to inflict its first wrath and treachery upon, but also our dear friends and allies in Wasatch. Monterrey, though a wayward child of Frescania, may serve as a radical base for these operations upon the very doorstep of your country.
This Covenant would seek to preserve Wasatch and its virtuous culture with a Perpetual Defence Package, the first of its kind, which would include an improving of the missile defence system, priority aerocraft sales, and proven insight concerning our war on radical ideologies on both the linear and non-linear battlefield.
