Overview
Phiến Quân is the story of the infamous Luu-Dhan family who were known as "rebels in their own category" by the Chuthe government in Minhdao during the mid 80s - when the military regime was still breathing young. When the military took control of Minhdao in 1979, their stance on gangs and narcotics traffickers was one of the most grueling punishments in the world: death by gunsquad. Raids and tight police control as well as their death law towards "rebels", all clans and gangs immediately called off all operations; all but the Luu-Dhans.
