Doing provincial capitals as we did until now was kinda stupid, since you can't tell the size of the city. So please in the future, do provincial capitals by picking the respective size of the city, but changing the color of the text to this specific green tone: Label Color: Hue 80/Sat 255/Val 255/Red 170/Green 255/Blue 0/Alpha 255

Please also update all your existing provincial capitals still adhering to the old model in this fashion. Thanks!
