Precidija decries 'shift' of Wieser priorities
Authored independently by Arkadij Riminic; published by Commissariat commission
In a plaintive response to far-reaching international criticism, the long-proclaimed 'empire' of Wiese has openly declared an intention through domestic news sources to re-assert the standing and priorities of its collective security forces eastwards. The measures are claimed to stem from the result of numerous diacritic remarks made by the associated foreign relations agencies of Vittoria, with a more modernized air defense grid to be implemented in the foreseeable future, and wargames to take place in the Braunschweig border province. The Precidija, following a lengthy non-publicized discussion, censured the more recent actions, citing security concerns and wargames both as 'inessential', and 'untimely'.
These more recent actions have invoked a critical response from the Commonwealth's own indigenous security forces, with numerous militia and reserve groups called up on active duty by the senior staff. With Easter celebrations now complete, border patrols will once more commence in earnest, with increases in frequency planned ahead for both the prefectures and the Hälgoland territory. The cordon zone will be re-manned at certain critical junctures in both Zaponje prefecture and the territory, the Wojska Zemlji slated to begin to operate border crossings in the stead of local para-military and civilian authorities. The secretive nature of the wargames taking place but a hundred or so kilometres from the Commonwealth's northern frontier has sparked a degree of argument amongst the upper circles of the Precidija, the honorable Jakovip I.P. lauding the military response and calling for a heightened state of alert to be issued in kind.
Certain plans for the construction of newer crossings and the modernization of current ones have been set aside for the moment, the process for removing and dis-arming certain minefields along the border regions also having been placed on hold temporarily. It has been purported by independent sources and eventually confirmed by the military that certain elements will once more be stationed within the troubled Hälgoland territory. The Precidija will remain in confluence for the remainder of the week, the possibility of nominating a temporary Presider high upon the agenda. Skeptics remain fervent in their opinion of the Wieser dictations, high-level members of the Precidija, such as the honorable Łev Raznievic and Allejano A.P. going further to release private criticism.
In the meantime, numerous other international institutions and other nations have similarly commented upon the affairs; the greater part of Sarmatia condemning or protesting against the clandestine measures undertaken, a great deal of skepticism and concern voiced by the collective peoples of Sarmatia towards it all. The High Commissiriat has stated that it will 'continue to monitor the situation', until which time that further developments become known, the Presidium will remain in debate, it is expected.
Certain paramilitary organizations and local militia's have been stated that they will use this as an opportunity to recruit more members, training and other deployments set to begin along the border regions during the course of the week under full military jurisdiction.

Promethean Legions 'adequately' internationalized
Authored independently by Łev Tiltipic; published by PZŠ independent commission
Since the formation of the ideological cult following the fires of the great wars, from the creation of a gentleman's party and organization of venerable intentions, the Promethean ideals have been embodied in the privately operated paramilitary groups and foreign legions sponsored by all manner of intra-national entities. The Sarmatian based 'Jus ex Bello' and 'Chorągiew Solomon' groups are sterling examples of such, operating within both Greater Sarmatia and Šidajica unobstructed. Similarly such, private military corporations of that nature, sponsored and not by our very own security forces are based within Šidajica, assembled into cognitive foreign legions and supplemented with great amounts of willing volunteers and international veterans of conflict. Since the formation of 'Legio Sforzera', 'Wiežoctiw Wojli', and the like, these groups have all been primarily composed- even during the fury of the revolution, of ethnic Šidajici.
One of the primary intentions of these organizations was to further the cause beyond the borders of the respective commonwealths, beyond the frontiers and folds of bureaucracy and international conclaves. Whereas but a decade before it could be claimed otherwise, these have all become truly international companies and corporations since the revolutions.
'Wiežoctiw Wojli' has reported however, that nearly sixty four percent of its total employees and participants of it's programmes last year were not of Šidajici descent, hailing from all sorts of backgrounds across the face of Europe. A great deal of Khazars and other Sarmatians happen to enlist within the foreign legions per annum, not including a not so dissimilar rate for the more private paramilitary groups. The diversification of these corporations, as well as military-based foreign legions has long been a concern and an aim of the respective leaderships of both, the broadening of frontiers for either considered to be mutually synonymous with said aim. After nearly four decades allotted to them to expand and build-up from a rather mundane base, executive CEO of 'Wiežoctiw Wojli' has stated this morning in a press conference that "the organization has become adequately internationalized". He went on to say, "the cause of Prometheanism, and all associated virtues will be heralded; by Khazars, Germans, Sarmatians, Šidajici all under the same banners."
This comes in light of the acquisition by the group of facilities in the east, where recruitment of ethnic (and not always citizens of the Commonwealth) Germans has become a prime source of manpower for the corporation. Just last year, 'Wiežoctiw Wojli' was mandated to take over the patrol and control duties of the Vittorian frontier; now however it turns out they will be only supplementing existing formations yet further. A proud international legion will stand shoulder to shoulder with Šidajica's, ever watching vigilantly towards Sarmatia.
In other news,
Continued diplomatic quarreling becomes a mainstay in Sarmatia, disputes and arguments taking place between the associated nations of the area and numerous outside parties. Target on the list this week is seemingly Wiese.
In light of attempts to distribute counterfit currency in the city of Preschwa, elements of the local militia have begun to issue coupons as a replacement; until such time that such fake bills are rotated out of distribution.
Allegedly discriminatory commentary within High School history texts leads review boards to consider revision; possible issue of newer books possible, Secretariat commissions Precidija for funding.
