Sir,

The conviction of your man was based soley on the ironclad eyewitness testimony of the goatherd who saw him taking a peek at a sensitive military site. The witness is under State protection and will in no way be produced to your government.

Fortunately, your man was not in possession of any sensitive materials such as photographs of the site or notes detailing what he had tried to see. Therefore, after consultations with Premier Musayev, I can say that your man will be deported to Bergenheim in the next twenty-four hours.

We know who your spies are and where they are. We will be watching. Do not test our generosity again.

Dear Minister Jedreck,

Thank you for the favorable response to our request for the release of the aid worker under. His deportation to Bergenheim, while not idle, is suitable enough for our government to guarantee his safe return. The pragmatism of the Crotobaltislavonian State is strongly appreciated.

However, upon any accusations that the Aurarian Republic would have spies within Crotobaltislavonia, my government must simply state that we are unaware of any such operation occurring within your borders. Or, at the very least, any operation sponsored by the Aurarian Republic.

We do not intend to test the Crotobaltislavonians’ generosity, but in the same vein – do not test our patience. The Free State can feel as it wants, but we will not tolerate any harm being done to any Aurarian citizen for any reason, especially some falsified accusation of espionage.

Thank you for your prompt response and favorable resolution to this situation.
