The League Government sends, on behalf of the people under its stewardship, its warmest of greetings to the Government and People of Bangala.

In a show of solidarity as a fellow sovereign occupant of this great continent we call Himyari, Secretary-General John Rosemary Hawkins would like to cordially invite the Duke of Nsundi to our capital city of Luvere for a bilateral summit to initiate mutually beneficial relations between our states. We believe that there is much potential for what our two states can achieve through cooperation and friendship in many domains. Should your Government so wish, the Department of Global Representation could furnish your authorities with the proposed agenda and schedule for the summit.

We look forward to your acceptance and arrival.

Yours sincerely,
Shirley Greg Ashfield

The Duke of Nsundi arrived in Luvere International Airport on a clear day, ripe for cheery faces among positive conversations. As his plane taxied to a halt, a red carpet was rolled out for his exit. But what was missing that would traditionally be present in other state delegate visits was a military guard of honour ready to salute the alighting dignitary. In its place was a contingent of Luvere's Metropolitan Policemen, decked in their ceremonial attire with badges glittering and polished guns glinting under the sunlight. "Hawkins said to keep the military thing under the wraps first," Global Representative Shirley Ashfield mumbled to her secretary by her side, with a slight disdain in her voice, while the duo waited patiently for the Duke to make his appearance.

"Better to come out with a smile than guns blazing he said," she added, just as the Bangali Foreign Secretary stepped out from his plane. The nearby photographers sprung into action and tried to get as much as possible on their reels.

As the police contingent snapped into a sharp salute, Ashfield moved forward to greet the visitor. "Very nice to meet you, sir, it's a great pleasure to welcome the very first foreign leader to step foot on our shores. How shall I address you?"

As they went down the line of officials to meet and greet, the motorcade prepared for the Duke came to a gentle halt at the end of the carpet, into which the bilateral counterparts soon entered after the pleasantries. The escorted Brench limousine, a local brand which Ashfield could not help but rave about to the Duke, ferried them through the streets of Luvere to the Department of Global Representation's building where their talks were to take place.

Bassakusu, Bangala, Himyar

The afternoon sun hans off in the distance, slowly making its decent from its zenith to meet the horizon. Its rays illuminated the Bangalan Capital, Bassakusu, on a clear, cloudless afternoon. In The Palace of Bassakusu, the Duke of Nsundi was preparing for his flight to Luvere

"Bassakusu is largest city in Himyar, and has just two airports? This is ridiculous!" said the Duke of Nsundi to his advisor Kaer Van Juwgs.

"Sir, the Airport of Soanda is being restored, so, we will need to go by the Southern Bassakusu Airport." said Mr. Kaer.

"But I need to part to Luvere in one or two hours!" said the Duke

A few hours later, they arrive in front of the hanger where his plane his staged. As the car finally came to a stop, The Duke steps out of the car, proceeding to walk towards the carpet, leading to the stairs to reach the door, however sees the Captain Harold Vainberst.

"Your Higness," started Captain Vainberst "we're ready to depart for"

"Ah, We're heading to Luvere," responded The Duke, grabbing his wine, raising it up to the flight attendant, "and thank you, Mary."

As the Bangalan Duke put the foot of the plane, and he could see the welcome delegation.

With a brief sigh of relief and anticipation, almost stolen by the eastern wind, The Duke walked forward a step. While it was customary for the Bangalan representative to speak first when when arrives in other country, he disregarded this and kept a hospitable smile,

"Greetings Your Excellency! Well, in Bangala they call me "Your Higness", and you can do the same if you like." smiled the Duke

"I certainly do, your highness," Ashfield joked.

As the delegations settled down in a vast, ornate meeting hall, the press were given a few minutes to take photos before the doors were closed for a more private discussion.

"So, your highness" Ashfield began, thinking of what topics she might broach first and decided to start with something neutral. "Perhaps you could share with us some of your country's current needs? We might just find things in common.."
