Aκρώς Aπόρρητο - 厳秘

The Council of Ministers of the Socialist Confederation of Tyrrhenia understands the crisis that is unfolding in the Constitutional State of Touzen and sees how forces of democracy are being under continuous attack of the rebel Taketori. The Mezhist states will if they don't do it already, take advantage of the weakened state of the Constitutional State and will do anything to see the flags of freedom teared down. We have seen the forces of the now defunct Danish Empire sending men in Boliatur to protect the forces of the impostor Khan Doljsurenkoroljav. The same thing can be said about "voluntaries" from the Mezhist Union. Because of the social changes in the Danish state and the lack of any declaration regarding their imperialist actions, we believe that the Danes are there to stay. In addition to the fact that the changes didn't actually bring any changes in their imperialist policies and because of the opposition the Mezhist Union met in their adventure in the Faroes, we believe that those two nations will again look back in the east to feed their hunger for power.

Though the events in Yujin may have a bigger influence on the future of Toyou, the war in Boliatur actually has the same importance, as fascist and reactionary forces have plagued the country since the coup of the Khan. The stakes may even be higher than in Yujin, the difference here being the fact that the Citizen's Army of Boliatur is ill equipped and small, dependent on the Touzeni, Havenite and Carentanian forces, while in Yujin, the people itself have taken the gun and start fighting the mezhists. The war in Yujin is like a domino effect, once started, the people have tasted their oppressors blood and now they will do anything to fight for freedom, while the social conscience of the people in Boliatur isn't as developed. It is understandable, because of the harsh conditions and the dictatorships that existed until 1952.

The Socialist Confederacy wishes to do anything necessary to help save the people of Boliatur. That is why, the General Staff of the People's Army and of the Revolutionary Guards have started a program to form 3 divisions (totaling 45,000) of volunteers that will go to Boliatur and join the war effort of the Boliaturan Citizen's Army, the Carentanian forces and the Touzen Army. Our plans are to move as swiftly as possible to transport the soldiers there through the sea. We believe that the whole Boliatur War must be ended as soon as possible, so the forces of Touzen can concentrate in defeating Taketori. The Tyrrhenian volunteers would arrive at Balgaa and leave the Khosum pocket alone and move directly to the Western Front. Making the front dynamic again is imperative, as the current attrition war that takes place will be deadly in two months, in January when the weather would be worst. We hope that by moving as quickly as possible, we would to be on march towards Mrysini by December and by the end of the year, Boliatur would be liberated.

We ask for a joint operation on the western front under a commander chosen from the Touzen, Carentanian and Tyrrhenian forces present on the front, so that the force would be as efficient as possible, the whole idea of the operation being the swiftness of it, so that by the time Danmark of the Mezhist Union understand what is happening, the road to Mrysini would be clear.

Signed,
Loukas Lambrakis,
Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Socialist Confederation of Tyrrhenia
