First we want to commend you for achieving a peace deal between Justosia, Sylvania, Touzen and Ambrosia. This peace deal prevented a major war that would know no winners, even if people would believe that they won the war.

You will also be aware of the fact that the situation in the world escalated dramaticly, with the unrest in Pelasgia and the events in Crotobaltislavonia. In this situation, we consider it in the interest of the people of our mutual nations to work on our relations. We would also like to discuss the possibilities regarding the delivery of oil and natural gas to Eiffelland-Retalia, and whether the Eiffelloretalian mining companies Königliche Eiffelländische Bergbaugesellschaft and Saillon-Granges Société Minière could help you out with exploiting oil and natural gas fields in Azraq.

We would like to invite you to Trier for a state visit to discuss these matters. Would that be possible?

Firstly thank you for your kind and magnanimous words regarding the peace agreement achieved in Jugol.

The Empire of Azraq will always act in the interests of peace and stability in international affairs and we felt a moral duty and imperative to use our neutral position to try and prevent what would have been a devastating war.

You are right the world is rapidly entering a period of instability, with the strife in the Pelasgian Empire the latest conflict the family of nations has to contend with.

Meanwhile, we grow increasingly concerned for the potential of the Long Sea to be the scene of a great showdown between Kadikistan and assembled anti-communist nations.

Until the trouble in the Pelasgian Empire is resolved, which poses a major threat to our own internal stability and likely Himyar as a whole, I cannot attend state matters beyond my own continent.

However I am keen to pursue deeper ties between our two states and will be sure to have my staff to contact yours to arrange a visit when conditions allow.

We completely understand the situation, and we completely understand your decision.

We would like to discuss two things with you though. Up to recently, the Ostmarker company OMW built car parts for the Eiffelloretalian car industry. Think of the more simple car parts, like exhaust pipes, springs, lamp holders etc. The current international political situation requires the Eiffelloretalian car industry to look for different suppliers. We were thinking about either a joint venture with an Azraqi company, or about building a factory in Azraq ourselves.

Another thing we would like to discuss is the delivery of oil to Eiffelland-Retalia. Of course we have several oil suppliers, but our divestment from Kadikistan created a hole in our oil supply. We would like to fill that hole with Azraqi oil. We would also like to inquire into possibilities for the Eiffelloretalian companies Königliche Eiffelländische Bergbaugesellschaft mbH. (KEBG) and Saillon-Granges Société Minière Sprl. (SGSM) to mine oil and natural gas in Azraq against a reasonable fee. These companies are open for a joint-venture with one or more Azraqi companies. Furthermore, the Bremer Raffineriegesellschaft mbH. would like to inquire about the possibilities to perform refinery activities in Azraq.
