On behalf of His Royal Majesty King Carlos Francisco II:
The period of Justosian isolationism has ended. HRM has just signed Bill 363. Henceforth the gates of the Holy Kingdom of Justosia are open. Even to left leaning countries. May the Dove of peace grace our skies eternal.
Our Foreign Ministry stands at the ready to send an appointed ambassador to the shores of Eiffelland. We await your next desired course & pace of action.

Re: Diplomatic Relations
Your Execellency,
Comrade Fyodorov, President of the Free Canton of Crotobaltislavonia, is intrigued by Justosia's recent emergence into the European mainstream. Comrade Fyodorov has related to me a desire for normalization of relations between our two countries as a step towards reciprocal state visits. Towards that end, I am dispatching a chargé d'affaires and staff to Justosia to establish an embassy and invite you to do the same in Crotobaltislavonia.
Regards,
Maximilian Jedreck
Foreign Minister, the Free Canton of Crotobaltislavonia
