The Republican Cabinet has seen it fit to begin sanctions against the Republic of Wasatch because of recent activities and deeming our nation to be "terrorists". The Citizen's Cabinet and Chairmen have been deeply insulted by the actions stated by the Wasatch Foreign Ministry and have decided to institute the following measures:

• Economic Sanctions on Oil, all oil directed towards companies or barges nearing or entering Wasatch territory have been banned. All Boliaturians caught disobeying this rule will be sent to the Council of Judicial Affairs and persecuted.
• Economic Sanctions on Civics and Supplies, all cloth and knowledge from Boliatur will not enter Wasatch territory.

Boliatur has asked for any other fellow Post-Delegationists to begin sanctions on Wasatch for their insult and restrictions on the "black" and failure to recognize Post-Delegationism as the most valid, best form of government.
