SUBJ RE: Security Council Resolution 20
[STATUS: TOP SECRET]

Sir;

I write to you express the dissatisfaction of the Khalsa Raj concerning the resolution sponsored by your country's delegation that has been placed before the Security Council, SCR-20. This resolution appears to HRH government as one that greatly rewards the Empire of Oikawa for its bad behavior while at the same time failing to redress the damages done to the reputation of the Security Council specifically and the Council of Nations in general nor rectify the disservice the Security Council has exhibited to those nations that had applied in good faith for membership in the Council of Nations. The resolution has actually in fact damaged the Council's reputation further and does nothing to fix the problems that has been revealed to be inherent in the system

Yours sincerely,

SUBJ RE: Security Council Resolution 20
[STATUS: STRENG GEHEIM]

Sir;

I regret to learn about the Khalsa Reij's dissatisfaction with SC Resolution 20. However, my government maintains the support of Oikawa is not a declaration of defeat towards a seemingly larger and more powerful opponent as some critics want to spin it publicly, but an exchange between equals. Firstly, Oikawa previously vetoed the sovereign State of Judea's entrance into the CoN. Secondly, Franken and her EDF partners are very much interested in securing the people whose states are entrusted to the alliance's and/or Franken's protection, e.g. Ascheburg or the Otchi Free State, deserve full access to the honourable halls of the Council of Nations.

That is why the Kingdom of Franken submitted Resolution 20 to the Security Council. In the middle run this support will give His Majesty's Government leverage to negotiate a more efficient membership access procedure with Oikawa.

On the first glance Franken's action may seem both curious and doubtable, yet on the second look one will realise His Majesty's Government merely observes the principles of Realpolitik. As a responsible actor on the international stage Franken is to take both idealism and reality into account lest we make fools of ourselves.

His Royal Highness Prince Regent Jakob told me to convey the Khalsa Raj his greetings and best wishes for His Royal Highness and his family.

Yours sincerely,
