As Foreign Minister of the Continental Imperio de Justosia & on behalf of my sovereign Emperatriz Annabella Arrayo Francisco I, we in the strongest possible terms condemn your illegitimate, breakaway government & will refuse recognition of such for the very foreseeable future.

Furthermore, it is the belief of this government that radicals supporting your regime are responsible for the cowardly assassination of the late Pelgasian Emperor. We believe this strongly & will also strongly lobby other nations to reject recognition of your rebellion.

Dear Secretary Hydraios,

The events in Pelasgia did not go unnoticed in Eiffelland and Al-Magrab. We are very worried about the situation, and want to see if we can contribute to a solution.

Pelasgia's recent history shows many internal conflicts and violent switches of government styles. None of these switches has led to a final solution, and it is highly probable that, if the current civil war is fought out until one of the factions comes out victorious, the next civil war will break out soon.

It is our aim to look for a long-term solution for Pelasgia that suits everyone and lays the basis for a prosperous development of the country. In order to achieve that, the governments of Eiffelland and Al-Magrab want to invite representatives of the Propontis-government, the Decelea-government, the self-proclaimed provisional government of Tyrasia and the people of Hierosolyma to Barqah for negotiations.

Dear Secretary Hydraios,

As you can understand, we were also in discussion with the governments in Decelea and Propontis. The government in Decelea indeed refused discussions with you, but the government in Propontis would like to talk with representants of your government, although these talks have to take place in absolute secrecy. The reason is, that, if these talks come out, they will become a propaganda weapon in the hands of the Decelea government. And also in the hands of the governments of Tarusa and the Holy Frankish Empire, which may make it risky for Al-Magrab and Eiffelland as well.

We propose to hold these talks in the coastal village of Sidi Ghouzia, in Al-Magrab. It is possible to arrive and discuss there in absolute secrecy.
