It has come to our attention that Portusgalia might possibly be preparing for a war in Mozambia. We know that our actions might have made you nervous as well but we beg you to understand that we do not plan to attack your holdings in South Himyar, for we have no desire of a prolonged war in a land so hostile and foreign to us. We reassure you, nay promise to you that we will not to attack you and that we will recall our 200,000 troops once we have defeated the native Himyarish militants of the Native Himyarish Eastern Cape Freedom Fighters group which we are currently engaged against in our Eastern Cape Colony. Yet we have sent this telegram to your excellencies not only to reassure you of the former but to also request that you remain neutral should a war between us and Portusgalia occur, which again we promise not to initiate but instead will only fight in a defensive manner should the need arise. We also request that you please do not militarily intervene in our Colony during or after the native revolt there and we once again promise not to even slightly intervene in your colonies. We ask that you may help us diplomatically defuse the situation with Portusgalia without a military conflict. Thank you for your understanding and attention.
