Esteemed Sirs,

As the Westcott Isles have been only today promoted from the rank of Territory to the rank of Republic, I wish to start as early as possible my plan to further energise the cultural and economical life in our new Republic. It is my firm belief that our three countries share so many ideals and cultural elements that I want to bring all of our cultures together to create an environment of inclusiveness and diversity from which we can all enjoy the the similarities and celebrate our differences.

In a more non-abstract way, I would like to invite the representatives of the Constituent Republic of Camden, the Region of Tauritania and the Commonwealth of the Fearful Cape to open up Cultural Centres in Kolmanskop, Zinniaville and Wonderkop, the capital and main towns of the Westcott Isles. We are ready to invite artists, from musicians to painters and theatre, opera and ballet acts. Of course, the whole idea of the twinning it to have the privileges reciprocated, and thus with this, we hope that artistic acts from the Westcott Isles Republic will also be welcomed into your own states.

Now, as I hope to also create a series of economical bonds between our states, should you accept to sign this twinning treaty, I am ready to open the industrial platforms of the aforementioned three cities from the Republic to easier investment from you, and give you a series of tax cuts for the opening of new branches of companies originating from your states. Such a thing will make imports into the Natalian Federation much easier. At the same time, we hope that Westcott Isles based companies would also enjoy a series of privileges in your states, should they decide to open new offices or branches in your own states.

Dear Premier Warakulen,

Thank you for writing to my office. We, the Government & People of the Region of Tauritania as well as the Aurarian Republic as a whole, are overjoyed to hear of the Wescott Isles' ascension to the status of a Republic in the Natali Federation. This day shall be marked with celebration as the residents of the Isles take their rightful place of equal status to the other republics and begin a new era of self-determination.

In this spirit of celebration and cultural exchange, the Region of Tauritania would be privileged to send representatives to the Wescott Isles and further develop the bonds between us. We will undoubtedly reciprocate the offer and allow artists, performances, and other cultural traditions from the Westcott Isles access to Tauritania. We will work to establish a cultural center promptly to begin a formal exchange of these traditions.

Additionally, I will request my government to lobby our representatives in the National Court to allow the easing of trade barriers between the Isles and the Region. Unfortunately, the Aurarian Constitution prohibits my government from acting unilaterally in such a manner.

It is my hope that this is the start of a new partnership. I look forward to working with you on this endeavor.
