The Right Honourable The Secretary of State has received the Command of Her Engellexic Majesty The Queen to make known the following gracious Statement of Her Engellexic Majesty to Her Royal Highness, Alexandra Alice Rydell, the Princess Royal, Duchess of Hammersmith and Vesper.​

TO HER ROYAL HIGHNESS THE PRINCESS ROYAL​

I am instructed to express on behalf of Her Engellexic Majesty;

Her Engellexic Majesty, Charlotte, the Queen, has been pleased to examine the Cabinet Selection for the Commonwealth Chancellery of the Commonwealth of Cantigny with sincere desire to equitably conclude the scrutiny of the relationship between the Union of Great Engellex and the Commonwealth of Cantigny, as encouraged and directed under the previous Chancellery, which fostered a reservation in the development and exploration of the potential in which Her Engellexic Majesty’s realms could achieve together.

The Queen does not hesitate any less to lend her hand to the efforts by which the Chancellor of the Commonwealth seeks to prove the Commonwealth’s ability to reach the economic station which the Cannie people do, and certainly can, aspire to. Her Engellexic Majesty is keen to demonstrate her attachment to the progressive work of the Cabinet in Cantigny, consulting only the interests of her Engellexic and Cannie Subjects, and her sentiments for democracy, the Queen does not hesitate to spontaneously anticipate a respect to the common interests that should evolve from the furthering advancement of her two realms economically and democratically.

Encouraged from the Cabinet of Vesper by signs that the Chancellor, Mr. Ilchester, might be induced to accept the furthering of security cooperation between us, with Great Engellex in Oceania (Is that your region?) and Cantigny in Preuti-Borussia (Gallia-Germania), as perceived by the endorsement of the Naval Estimates for the Commonwealth Navy. Her Engellexic Majesty has consequently deemed it most appropriate for the organisation of Naval Games of War and an Official Naval Review with the participation of both Great Engellex and Cantigny. His Royal Highness, the Crown Prince of the Kingdom of Walssex-Battent, First Lord of Admiralty and Admiral of the Fleet will be approached to deliver the prospects to his lordship the Lord Admiral of the Oceanic Fleet.

After having maturely weighed the considerations which have been made to the Queen, and after having sought to bring reflection of them against the situations of the moment, her Engellexic Majesty hastens to make known her determination to your Highness of the Cabinet Submission, while inviting you to bring without delay to the Court personal knowledge of the Cabinet Selection of the Commonwealth in the full comfort of the Queen’s hospitality.

What affection was lost between Queen & Colony whilst Spade-Republicans occupied Vesper could only ever be redeemed by the Commonwealth Chancellery as submitted by the most intrepid Felix Ilchester. Palaces of goodwill which past Monarchs built must now be furnished with contemporary affinity for cohesion, which Princess Alice now feels Her Crown & Colony finally possess.

Unparalleled honour, unlike ever before bestowed, has delivered a marvelous joy to Princess Alice, who wishes to inform Her Engellexic Majesty that all assets of the Commonwealth Chancellery shall be at Her disposal when Princess Alice returns to Hammersmith, then Dulwich. This Office can thereby confirm all arrangements are to be made that might facilitate a befitting engagement with etiquette and enthusiasm.

Trusting in the integrity of Imperial Communications Officers, Her Highness Princess Alice believes this message is safe to contain the following: Lord Admiral Patton Aylesford of the Oceanic Fleet, whose Oceanic Fleet preeminently masters Oceania, has devised the prospect of Project Leviathan : : Imperial Flotilla of the High Sea. Leviathan, Lord Aylesford believes, shall be the natural consequence of combined Naval Exercises around the globe by combined Naval Defence Forces.
