Dear President Krutop,

From the times of His Majesty, Kaiser Joseph III of Carinthia-Harkány a political bond grew to meet the cultural one shared between the Empire and the Sovereignty. There is no doubt that in today's world, tensions are increasing at an alarming rate and threats to the independence and self-determination of the world's people grow.

In acknowledgement of this ongoing crisis that affects all nations of the globe, the Empire of Carinthia-Harkány, under the blessings of the Kaiser, has called upon me to to formally invite your Excellency to the Rose Palace in Kalosca to discuss future partnerships and areas of cooperation between Chernovy and the Empire.

I do hope that your Excellency finds this requests well received and I can promise that all the delegates of Chernovy will be given accommodations that they will find most agreeable. The Imperial Government shall quickly make its arrangements.

Office of Radomer Voyslavek Krutop, the President of the 15th Regency Council of the Sovereignty of Chernovy;


On behalf of the Sovereignty of Chernovy - the Regency Council, Rada and Peoples of this Great Nation - and of this Office in particular, I extend our deepest gratitude for this invitation, as well as an affirmative confirmation.

It is true that in the world we find ourselves now living, crises abound and tensions multiply in a fashion hitherto unseen for the fullness of three generations, at the least. It is equally true that we Champions of the Cause of True Civilization must now cleave ever more close and tightly together, at once honoring and reaffirming our ancestral
allegiances as well as providing a clearly and unmistakably sound vision for the months and years to come - and indeed, all too that shall follow those.

Upon completion of certain matters of the Sovereignty, and is my prerogative by Right of Office, in my Capacity as President of this, the 15th Regency Council of the Sovereignty of Chernovy will I, Radomer Voyslavek Krutop make all haste to the Rose Palace to discuss these and related matters, to the future betterment of both our nations and peoples, and the very survival of Christian Civilization. In pursuit of these same goals, in attendance shall likewise be one Vāsprān Mihran Gemnevich Kthivuniyan, late of the Rasnate of Upper Kherūz, to present his credentials for acceptance as a new Proxeny (dlya) Koloshki.
