By way of introduction, my name is Justin Pierce Holloway and I am the President & CEO of Holloway Aersopace, which was founded by my grandmother in 1934 with the goal of providing new and innovative options to make our large world ever so much smaller.

Since 1934, Holloway Aerspace has been family owned and paved the way of bringing Treatyfolk into the aerospace industry. While we have specialized in manufacturing smaller planes, designed to accommodate the needs of regional flights that are common amongst the Thaumantic Horizon and the Gallo-Germanian continent, we recently moved to expand our capabilities in the recently released Champion Series. This series of aircraft is larger and can meet longer destinations than any prior aircraft.

My company, which has been at the forefront of innovation since its inception, is always looking to grow. Undoubtedly, I am sure that Aerojet feels the same pressures from Eiffelland-Retalia’s Raimer und Rathenau Flugzeugwerke (RRF) and Auraria’s SkyTrain. I refuse to acknowledge that either of those companies need have dominance over long-haul, wide-body aircraft.

In a spirit of brotherhood in our Engell ties, I would like to propose that the engineers of Aerojet and Holloway come together to put together the Thaumantic Horizon’s best and brightest in developing a new generation of airliners that will be longer range, more comfortable, and more fuel efficient than any civilian airliners currently produced.

Mr. Holloway,

Let me first introduce myself and our company as you have, I am Clarence Grant, I joined Jupiter Aerojet as a lowly draftsman in 1967 and worked my way up to Chief of the Engineer of Special Projects and am one of them many responsible for the development of F-10 Wyvern which has gone on to many different iterations beyond it's original design, an achievement we are all proud of. Jupiter Aerojet began as the dream of four men of various engineering backgrounds who wished to develop new ways of defending the Sylvanian Homeland. We are primarily a developer of military aircraft but took our expertise and know how into creating safer airliners for worry free travel.

We welcome your approach to us and have long known that to better compete with other larger companies in civilian aviation we would most likely need to team up with another with a longer history of building civilian airliners. We have been quite impressed by your aircraft, many of which fly to many smaller regional airports in Sylvania that larger aircraft would not serve economically. I personally had the pleasure of seeing the new Champion series at the International Aerospace Trade Exhibition in Tiroe City last year.

We are willing to send a team of engineers to meet in Clarenthia, I myself would be honored to visit your facility. Alternatively Engineers from Holloway may come and meet with us at our facility in Twin Echo, whichever is chosen an invite to yourself and guests of your choosing are welcome to tour our civilian production lines and facilities for the J1011 and our other aircraft offerings. With the view to a wide upgrade plan, the Friulian Government has designated the Sylvanian Coonan-Wikström Arms Corporation as a valid partner, we would like your company to become the main supplier of assault weapons for the Friulian Army; this would not be a one-off purchase, but just the start of a continuous stream of parts and ammunitions.

We also have a second proposal: we are interested in buying 3 F-21A Super Longsword to replace 10 of our older fighters.

I hope we can come to an agreement that will satisfy both our interests, yours, and the companies interested. My Government also hopes to receive assistance and training for our forces in the use of the F-21A.

We are willing to facilitate a deal between your government and Coonan-Wikström Arms Corporation. Coonan-Wikström Arms Corporation has been the Continental Military's number one arms partner since 1939 and is more than capable of sustaining production of armaments and servicing parts to multiple customers at once. A plan of how many rifles per year to be purchased will be required before a quote can be made, from there quotes on accessories and spare parts can be made. Plans for bulk purchase of ammunition must also be furnished and will be forwarded to multiple Continental Armed Forces approved ammunition manufacturers for price quotes.

On the topic of the F-21A Longsword we regret to inform you that this purchase will be rejected by the Department of Defense on the matters of national security related to naval fighter capability. The government of Furlanie holds ties with the People's Federal Socialist Republics of Kadikistan through the sale of strategic resources such as oil. We cannot trust that the government of Furlanie will hold to their word to keep the technical specifications of the F-21A Longsword or a comparable export version out of the hands of the communist enemy. The purchase of oil from companies operating within the PFSRK is an irreconcilable weak point that can be too easily exploited for the sale of secrets related to our technology should it be put in your hands.

We understand that your government is in between a rock and hard place when it comes to the geopolitical realities of Gallia, this why we will be willing to orchestrate the sales of firearms, we hope that our refusal to sell fighter technology to your government will not be taken as insult. Should the circumstances surrounding Friulo-Kadikistan relations change we may be more willing to revisit the topic of military aerospace sales in the future.

The weapons will be the main armament used by the Friulian 260.460 men strong Land Army, further details and numbers will be discussed between our specialists and the company in question, my government is very pleased to have reached an agreement on this point.

On the topic of the F-21A, we recognised that difficulties could arise, but we see the simple trade in oil between the PFSRK and Furlanìe insufficient to pose a real security threat to the Sylvanian industries, considering the tense relations between the Grand Duchy and the Rurikgrad Pact of which the PFSRK is a member.

Notwithstanding the undeniable regret to receive this rejection, we hope that in the light of further cooperation and the test of time, we will be able to reinforce our mutual trust and access more profitable agreements.
