The present order is addressed to the following Pelasgian Navy vessels:
Destroyer PN Nibarus (DDG-51)
Destroyer PN Dioskorphi (DDG-76)
Destroyer PN Stymphi (DDG-82)
Submarine PN Delphini (SSN-21)
Submarine PN Salachi (SSN-27)
Submarine PN Soupia (SSN-39)
Submarine PN Kalamari (SSN-41)
Submarine PN Chtapodi (SSN-42)

The aforementioned ships hereby constitute the First Special Squadron of the First Fleet. The General Command of the Squadron is granted to DDG-51. DDG-51 also holds command of the destroyer section of the squadron, and SSN-21 holds command of the submarine section.

The First Special Squadron is to sail, with all haste, to the Serenien military base near Monserans. This it is to do as quietly as possible and while avoiding any hostile interaction with combatant ships of any faction in the region. The First Special Squadron is to then assist our Serenien allies in the enforcement of the 10th Parallel Policy, provided that direct hostilities with any party are to be avoided without coordination with our Serenien partners and with First Fleet Admiralty.

More detailed orders have been provided in print, in a sealed folder, to each commanding officer aboard the Squadron's vessels, along with a message from the Admiral of the First Fleet.
