Popular Radio Show West Engell Wildman Banned

Yesterday the Continental Communications Commission issued a cease and desist order to all Sylvanian broadcasters that carry the popular radio show, the West Engell Wildman. The ban came after the show's host Dale Emerick broadcast threats in relation to President Snyder after a supposed Sylvanian listener called in with a negative comment. Dale Emerick is quoted as saying: "Enough with these Sylvanians I’d have picked up my rifle and shot that Snyder b**** in that nose of hers by now!" The Department of Foreign Affairs issued a rebuke of Dale Emerick and called for the West Engell government to censure the show and radio studio for the violent comments. Additionally Dale Emerick has been placed on a travel black list that forbids travel to or through Sylvania. Should Dale Emerick travel to or through Sylvanian territory, the Department of Justice has instructed police to arrest Emerick for threatening the President, a charge which comes with a minimum sentence of twenty five years of imprisonment.

The West Engell Wild man is syndicated across Sylvania to over twenty million listeners, many who consider themselves to be right wing. The show covers many political topics as well as conspiratorial topics that more often than not have no substance to them. The host Dale Emerick is known for wild outbursts of yelling and going on tirades over people he does not like. Espousing anti-globalist views, the show plays into right wing Sylvanian fears of further economic collapse due to globalized markets and economies. Radio stations who syndicate the show have three days to comply with the cease and desist order before the CCC begins levying heavy fines for violating recently passed laws that expressly forbid violent speech.

Legislation to uncensor the West Engell Wildman radio show, popular among right wing Sylvanians, passed today along party lines. Congressman Ashley Breckinridge touted the legislation as the first step in the counter attack against the Snyder administration's war against free speech. This morning, media companies awoke to electronic mail containing damning evidence that Vice President Lars Ellington is involved in a pedophilic cult that is funded by the Snyder Foundation. Inside the file were lists of names of those involved, foundations and companies involved in funding, and a manual detailing an induction ceremony that involves the sacrifice and drinking the blood of a child. Listed in the file are the names of one hundred and fifty-three Democratic Socialist members of the Continental Congress, six Supreme Court justices, President Jillian Snyder, Vice President Lars Ellington, three Joint Chiefs of Staff, several prominent Charleroi businessmen and women, and Veronica North and Felix Ilchester of the West Engell Republic. The Tribune Review has kept the names of a majority of the members we still have yet to verify anonymous. Included in the organizations responsible for funding the cult are the Snyder Foundation, run exclusively by the President and the Dem Soc funded Southern Poverty Action Center which has offices in many Federalist controlled states.

The Tribune Review reached out to many names on the lists for interview but were rebuffed by aides and spouses. Currently there has been no statements released but Federalist Party Chairwoman Katalin Faraday has said that the Federalist response to this revelation would be released later today. She gave a short comment for the paper:

"I would say I am surprised by I am not, we have been trying to uncover Dem Soc corruption for years and we were turned away at every chance for a breakthrough. The heroes who released this information may just very well be the saviors of this nation and the Federalists will make sure that everyone involved in this disgusting cult will punished severely for this crime against humanity. We will cut out the rot from Sylvanian society and restore order, by bullet or ballot if need be!"

When asked for comment, the office of the President admitted that she was not available and further inquiry into aviation records show that Continental One left early this morning at 0430 to an unknown and unplanned destination. While flights on Continental One need not disclose the destination, the President's Office is legally supposed to file flight plans with the military and military contacts have told us that no information or flight plan was filed. Anonymous sources are telling us that the President has fled the country with several of her cabinet members to avoid repercussions.

I write to you today in the most horrific of circumstances in light of the recent revelations of the abhorrent, destitute, and criminal activities of Vice President Lars Ellington and President Jillian Synder as well as all those involved in the pedophilic cult that has usurped the rightful and legitimate use of power from the people of Sylvania.

The revelations of this cult and its role in Sylvanian society have stunned the people and government of the Commonwealth. The behavior outlined by the Charleroi Tribune Review outlines a repulsive and repugnant society not fit to stand amongst even the most primitive of human societies.

These most unprecedented and extraordinary of circumstances call for an equally unprecedented response. As of today, the Sylvanian Embassy in Palmerton will immediately be closed and the staff present given twelve hours to vacate the premises and twenty-four to vacate the country.

All assets present in any of the territories under the jurisdiction of the Commonwealth System will immediately be frozen by Commonwealth authorities. This includes, but is not limited to, assets in connection to any of the individuals named by the Charleroi Tribune Review’s report, the Snyder Foundation, the Southern Poverty Action Center, and the Democratic Socialist Party. Upon investigation by Commonwealth authorities, any assets deemed to have connection to this cult will be seized.

Should Continental One enter Commonwealth airspace, it will be directed to immediately land at the nearest airport and President Snyder and her cabinet will promptly be rerouted to Sylvania aboard Commonwealth aircraft.

The Commonwealth of Clarenthia calls for the rightful leaders of Sylvania to immediately begin the process of restoring normalcy in Sylvania and bringing these violent, inhuman criminals to justice. Good Evening! Tonight the Sylvanian Broadcasting Corporation has allotted time to the President for a statement on the recent crisis. We take you now to the foyer of Cairnwood House where President Breckenridge will be speaking.

The signal transitions to the foyer of the executive mansion where a podium with the seal of the president's office has been placed with a microphone. A few minutes later President Breckenridge takes his place behind the podium, takes a sip of water and faces the camera.

Good Evening, as many of you all know these past few days have been a harrowing experience for us all. I will not rehash that which we already know, I shall leave that to the twenty four hour media scavengers who will no doubt examine and have examined every move made and will be made in the coming weeks and months. I come to speak of recent developments and my plan for the future. As we all know, former President Snyder, the financier of Ellington's cult, took to the skies in a stolen presidential aircraft with many of her stooges that filled her cabinet and other unelected positions. What has not been told, is our effort to return her to face the law. That night, on my order, two navy fighter jets intercepted Snyder's aircraft. After failing to return to Sylvanian territory as ordered, warning shots were fired and then failing to heed the warning, missiles were launched. In an effort to be transparent, unlike my predecessor, I have the displeasure to tell you that the aircraft was not destroyed upon impact of the air to air missile. The aircraft turned toward Engellachia and unable to pursue lest we violate their sovereign airspace, I ordered the pursuit to end. The damaged aircraft made an emergency landing in Eisgarten, where they were promptly arrested, not by Engellachian police forces, but rather a mercenary company that operates within their borders.

It was the next morning that the representatives of this mercenary company, Heydendahl Solutions, then came to try and extort me and by proxy, the Sylvanian people, with demands for technology vital to our national defense. When I denied this outright, they then demanded money. In good conscience I could not agree to these terms. However we were able to come to an agreement over her co-conspirators, who will face justice here at home. It is with a heavy heart that I come to tell you of this failure as I know that many are crying out for Snyder's blood. It is my belief that she will suffer a fate most likely worse than death in the commodity system that she as found herself now a hostage of and that justice, a patriot's justice has already been done, right here, where it was all discovered. Many nations will be aghast that we praise the vigilantes who took matters into their own hands. The men and women who stormed the Ellington Mansion are, in my view, like the Federalists of the Revolution who threw off the yoke of oppression and expelled the Great Northern Empire from our lands. They have opened our eyes to the infection and inspired in us the same fire that our ancestors found within themselves. In the coming weeks we shall introduce these patriots to the people should they choose to be recognized for their invaluable service to our country.

We come now to the great question that plagues everyone's minds. With a large portion of the Continental Congress now suspects in the what can be called the crime of this century, we find that constitutionally prosecuting this case will be extremely difficult. We wade now into uncharted territory as we cannot rely on the interpreters of our constitution, the Supreme Court, to fairly judge our next moves as many of them have also been implicated. It is then that I must take matters into my own hands and to use the powers of the executive to form a tribunal so that we may begin to wade through the muck and mud, find the guilty and the innocent and come out clean on the other side. This process will take a long time, it may take years to finish passing fair judgement as there are many who must be judged.

Additionally we must now begin the process for elections. Arrest for suspicion of a crime, under our constitution, triggers an automatic recall election of the accused. In the coming months the Federal Elections Committee shall, in conjunction with state committees, begin the process of elections. Candidates who wish to be considered are urged to begin forming their election teams now so that we may restore the legislature to it's full capacity and get back to the work that lies ahead of us. We ask for men and women of good moral character, whose soul passion is their home country. The people will demand patriots and nothing else will do as we move forward.

And what does lie ahead of us? This office has for the last sixty years been unfaithful to the Sylvanian people. It has restricted the rights of the people and has frustrated the patriotic nature of all Sylvanians. I intend to reverse the damage done. It has lied and cheated them into a state of despair that has never before been seen in our country. By executive order I am lifting the ban on the formation of civilian militia. It was the militia that formed the backbone of Sylvanian order and without it we have lost our way. I have been informed that my party, the Federalists, will be reintroducing a bill that shall restore the Civilian Marksmanship Program, the core of militia training and a critical program that shall provide for our national defense and increase the skills of even our regular troops.

Also, by executive order I am lifting the ban imposed by Snyder in the last months of her presidency on the Dale Emerick, more popularly known as the West Engell Wildman. This ban, though unreported, also extended to several Sylvanian right wing broadcasters and shows. I invite Mister Emerick and other broadcasters affected by this ban to visit the capitol and meet with me and my staff to discuss with us what we can do to better serve the Sylvanian people who enjoy their shows and to perhaps teach mainstream media sources to better serve with more honest reporting.

They days ahead will be tough; Sylvanians are easy going, friendly people. We are slow to wrath, but now that wrath has awakened and it screams for freedom. I intend to devote myself to restoring the freedom that we hold so dear. I ask for time and patience to do this. It will not come instantly nor do I intend for it to be done by myself alone. I ask for the Sylvanian people to rise from their sleep and begin to demand better of government and of our communities and even ourselves. That is what it will take to restore our freedom. When we are done, we will once again be that shining beacon on the hill that the nations of the world will look in awe upon. Hail Sylvania!

PRES. BRECKENRIDGE ANNOUNCES CABINET PICKS - THE CHARLEROI TRIBUNE REVIEW

Today President Breckenridge announced that he would be nominating Federalist party chairwoman Katalin Faraday as Director of the Department of Foreign affairs and Major General William Tully (Ret.) as Director of the Department of Defense. Faraday's nomination comes with some small controversy due to her young age of thirty three and relative lack of experience, having served in no elected positions, her only positions held within the Federalist Party as its Chairwoman. Faraday's appointment to the lead position of the Federalists also was the source of some controversy within the party. Many senior party officials accused the party of attempting to pander to social justice crowds and women's groups. When questioned, the President had this to say:

"While it is fair to question Miss Faraday's experience , it is my belief that fresh and young perspectives must be had within my administration. It is my intention to bring in unorthodox picks into Department directorships to shake up the way things are done here. We shall all learn to do this job together."

William Tully was forced to resign after disparaging comments about the previous administration's handling of the Charleroi riots. Experts had little to say about the appointment other than that Tully would perhaps bring in much needed honesty to the Defense Department's workings. Tully will leave his short tenure as advisor to the executive board of Douglas-LeMay Land Systems should he be confirmed. With the Continental Congress having lost over one hundred and eighty members to arrests, the new President of Congress, Stuart Hodges, is expected to hold a vote to change the congressional rules stating a need for a 2/3rd's majority to a simple majority to confirm cabinet selections. The confirmations are not expected to find much in the way of opposition.

SCANIAN LEAGUE ACCUSES BRECKENRIDGE OF ENGELL FAVORITISM - ANKERHODE-DEMOKRATEN
Tempers flared as protesters from the Scanian League of Sylvania picketed the steps of the Capitol building with signs accusing the Breckenridge administration of favoritism as he builds his cabinet and picks advisors. Other signs accused the Federalists a part mostly a favorite of Sylvanians of Engell blood of creating the cult out of thin air to discredit the Democratic Socialists, whose membership is largely Scanian. The Chairman of the SLS, Loki Westerberg, spoke with us about the protest:

"It is quite a disappointment to see that Breckenridge is so blind to the multi ethnic background of Sylvania. Many people who inhabit the north east, where Scanian settlement was heaviest, feel that Charleroi is turning its back on us. Many of us are also suspicious that this crisis was a false flag to remove the Democratic Socialists. This is not the approved view of the Scanian League, however it is quite pervasive among many of our members and constituents.

George Goodwin of the Preservation Foundation condemned the Scanian league over the protest:

"Infighting between Sylvanians of Engell and Scanian descent will only make Sylvania weaker. We must show a united front to the world, that the Westermen of Sylvania are above such petty divisions. Our greatest threat are the foreign hordes that Snyder has invited to our country. They must be removed.

DEMSOC PARTY HQ RAIDED BY POLICE - THE CAPITOL RECORD
In Charleroi, over forty people were marched out of the Democratic Socialist HQ this morning. The charges are related to the cult run by deceased former Vice President Lars Ellington and financed by former President Jillian Snyder. Over two hundred and fifty people have been arrested in relation to the cult's crimes.
