THE DICTATOR RESTORES POWER TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT

THE last vestiges of the Interregnum have been swept away, with the All Citizens' Congress signed into the dustbin of history by a triumphant Hayabusa through the Sovereignty Act. At the stroke of a pen, the regime of the statists and carrion lords that had infested the body of the Anti-State has been terminated. "I have stepped up to serve the Commonwealth as was asked of me. Through blood, sweat and determination, we have prevailed to secure our democratic institutions against the plutocrats and militarists. As this mission draws to an end, it is inevitable that power must be returned to the people", the triumphant titan hawked from the balcony of the Palace of the Working Class in Revolution Square.

The All Citizens' Congress, criticized by many as a delegationist institution donning the mantle of an institution of the Revolution, had long been a contested symbol of the nationalization of politics in the Liberated East and the weakening of the federal post-state superstructure defining the framework under which society is organized in Touyou. With the appointment of Hayabusa as Dictator of the East by the councils, the influence of the institution has steadily decreased in past months, as similar processes throughout the East have reversed previously enacted revisionist policies enacted over the last years returning legislative powers to the atrophying state entities existing within the current area of effective control of the Anti-State. Now, with it's complete abolition, even the last formal traces of the de facto powerless entity have been eliminated, redrawing the political landscape and restoring anti-government to the vision of the Founding Fathers.

The intermediates in Congress will now give way to the more organic connection between the Citizenry and those it has raised to implement the volonté générale via the councils. ANTI-STATE, ARESURA FORMULATE ACTION PLAN AGAINST ENGELLPOX

ARESURA will be a bastion free of the concerning spread of Engellpox according to a joint statement of the Anti-State and the government of the Republic in Aresura announcing the enactment of preventive measures involving medical training, infrastructure projects and the distribution of packages of medical supplies and vitamin supplements that would be handed on to the Occidentian Republic via Camp Jiyuu (Liberty), the Continental Navy's permanent base located 20km north of the capital of Axiflos.

According to the plan, embedded CN medical staff would in coordination with local authorities work towards the creation of a preventive containment infrastructure of 'separated temporary settlements' in all population centers for the isolation and intensive treatment of individuals afflicted with Engellpox in the event of its landfall on the island. A program for the training of local medical practitioners in the early recognition of potential cases of Engellpox was also to be formulated as part of efforts to put into place a robust network of support for a worst case scenario.

More importantly, Aresurai and Touzen authorities are determined to emphasize prevention, in what was referred to a 'Limited Regional Shutdown'. The already selective visa regime for the island, still under the impression of the recent struggle and mindful of potential terrorist threats, will be strengthened for the time being to reduce the income of individuals from regions with confirmed outbreaks of the disease that has, by all accounts, made landfall in mainland Occidentia, but has yet to see the trajectory of exponential contamination of large strata of the population as had been predicted by various analysts. Aresurai authorities emphasized that while regions would continue to be added to a No Fly list on a case by case basis, the goal was as of yet not to completely cut off travel to and from Occidentia, but to funnel it into manageable corridors of entrance as further research and investigation regarding the disease was underway.

Meanwhile, personnel in Camp Jiyuu has been advised by local military command to stay on base until further notice in accordance with standard protocol regarding outbreaks of infectious diseases in operational theaters. A planned Open Base event on Saturday to celebrate the abolishment of the All Citizens' Congress has been postponed indefinitely, with base authorities citing risk of Engellpox proliferation.

WORLD ZIONIST CONGRESS CONFIRMS GOLDBAUM IN WAKE OF TRIVODNIAN TRAGEDY

IN what was predicted to be a close race, incumbent Samuel Goldbaum was confirmed as President of the World Zionist Congress, defeating challenger Abraham Rosenkranz by securing a surprisingly solid majority of 374 of the 500 votes behind him. Rosenkranz, who had challenged Goldbaum over the inability of the Zionists to influence the events of the Seven Day War or its aftermath, accepted defeat and in a pledge of unity called on the Zionist leadership to lend its support to Goldbaum in these trying times.

Goldbaum for his part thanked Rosenkranz for a fair election, saying that members of the Congress had a real choice between two clearly divergent paths. The comments come after a campaign that had seen adherents of both camps coming to physical blow in emotional debates regarding the Zionist movement's future in the wake of the destruction of the, as Goldbaum put it, 'flawed, yet Jewish state' of Trivodnia at the hands of Kadikistani Imperialism.

Rosenkranz had strongly criticized Goldbaum's slogan of a 'Muscular Zionism', which remains committed to establishing a Jewish State in the Holy Land currently occupied by the Pelasgian Empire. Goldbaum's agenda has seen the Jewish settlements in Seora develop programs emphasizing martial and physical pursuits such as farm work, smelting lessons for young Jews as well as training in Jewish and Eastern martial arts such as Krav Magna and Taekwondo in pursuit of a maintaining the physical and mental strength of the Jewish people in the face of continuing exile. In contrast, Rosenkranz had called the idea 'outdated' and 'absurd machoism out of touch with the realities of yet another Jewish defeat' and had called on his compatriots to focus on 'attainable' goals of Jewish relief in the afflicted areas and most controversially the potential of opening negotiations with the Pelasgian government for a resettlement of willing refugees in the Empire in exchange for officially abandoning the Return Policy. Rosenkranz had called abandoning Returnism 'inevitable' given the current situation, a notion strongly rejected by Goldbaum and his supporters.

The World Zionist Congress is based in the Jewish settlements in the Seoran peninsula established by the Touzen government in the 50s and one of the larger organization claiming to represent the Jewish people.

With his renewed mandate secured, Goldbaum said that he felt empowered to push forward in his attempt to open negotiations with the other Jewish organization for potential unification.

"The Trivodnian Tragedy once again confirms that the Jewish people are outcasts at the whim of external powers. It is an illusion to assume that we can survive as a people outside of our own homestead ruled at our own discretion. Rather to push us into the disastrous resignation that would be abandoning Returnism, the events of the Seven Days War have once and for all confirmed that the only protection against our national annihilation is the creation of a Jewish State, with Jerusalem its capital", Goldbaum stated during his acceptance speech.

Hierosolyma and all of the traditional region of Philistia are the rightful and sovereign territory of the Pelasgian Empire. The World Zionist Congress would do well to abandon pipe dreams of seizing the territory of Pelasgia and the property and livelihoods of its citizens with foolish pipe dreams such as the pseudo-philosophy of "Returnism".

The indigenous Karaite Jews of the Empire are free to exercise their rights and privileges in Hierosolyma and elsewhere in the Empire, which they have enjoyed for centuries, quite unlike the centuries of Antisemitic prosecution seen across the Long Sea. In so far as the Empire is concerned, the Karaites, who are represented solely by the Chief Rabbi of Hierosolyma and all of Europe, are the sole people of a Jewish faith or ancestry with any rightful claims to residence and special status in Philistia.

As for the rest, the Empire has no interest in accepting converts to Judaism who have no connection to that land, or the descendants of traitors who revolted against the Empire in the past and were therefore expelled centuries ago. The Chief Rabbinate of Hierosolyma itself has echoed this sentiment repeatedly, and we would caution all "Zionist" neo-colonialists against a repeat of the tragic events of the Augusto-Septemvriana. The outcome will be no different now than in the 1950s.

The Empire is more than willing to permit Jewish schools, pilgrimages and cultural exchanges across Europe, under the auspices of the Chief Rabbinate and the Sanhedrin. Beyond that, however, our position on the Holy City and the Holy Land remains unaltered. It is our duty to God, to the millions of gentile residents of Philistia, and to the Karaites themselves.

HAYABUSA DECREES THE SUPREME COURT ABOLISHED

"...and while no discernable fault has beset this noble institution that would suggest it to be in legion with usurpation quelled, it is afflicted by the mark of Cain of having been invoked, not for the propagation of popular liberty, but for the arbitration of the fates of these lands by the few, for the few, a state of affairs, which, if we permit to continue, might one day be the undoer of the liberties we all so proudly cherish, should this Supreme Court fall into the hands of the unworthy, the usurpers and the would-be rulers. It is with this consideration in mind, thanking the Honorable Colleagues Justices for their long service to our joint-cause, that it is to be known that their services will no longer be required, that the Anti-Statist Supreme Court shall be, by the power of the councils and the general will, be abolished, to give way for the uplifting of a true justice of the commons for the continued reassertion of our Democracy."

DICTATOR Hayabusa continues his monumental restoration of our Anti-Statist commonwealth, with a Dictatorial Decree propagated to the organs of public information this morning abolishing the Anti-Statist Supreme Court as part of the overall campaign to safeguard democracy for future generations. The Anti-Statist Supreme Court, established under the auspices of the Constitutional State, has long been contested by believers in our traditional freedoms to be a delegationist entity. Having been established by the now abolished All Citizens' Council, it itself a delegationist institution, the Supreme Court took ultimate decision power away from the citizens and the councils through which they articulate their will, instead giving a veto to the entrenched elites to overrule the popular will. The Anti-Statist Supreme Court was until now the supreme organ of legal interpretation throughout the Anti-State, including the continental territories.

The decree reinvests the collective will with control of our legal destiny so that no detached individuals may overrule democratic decisions taken by the people. In practical terms, the Dictator's directive increases the powers of individual councils and the councils overall by guaranteeing the councils' right to pass, amend and abolish legal judgment as they see fit without deferring to the necessarily limited interpretation of a selected few individuals.

The Palace of Constitutional Justice at the outskirts of the capital will be repurposed, with Dictator Hayabusa having proposed it to become a Museum of Revolutionary Touzen history, but the ultimate decision will be taken by the responsible Urban Planning Council. Members of the League of Young Regicists with jubilant cheers stormed the Palace after the propagation of the decree, throwing out tomes of statist rule making and symbols of the old order, until their youthful passion for our democracy could be temperated by the arrival of local militia.

DICTATOR OUTLINES POLICY IN END OF THE YEAR ADDRESS

AS is tradition, the Lord Protector of the Constitutional State addresses the citizenry of all the Anti-State at the end of the year, giving report on accomplishments past and visions for the future. With the sweeping reforms in Touzen and beyond in all of the Anti-State ongoing, and the office of Lord Protector having been abolished, Dictator Hayabusa as the elected tribune of the councils will address the people on Christmas Eve. The Eagle Post publishes authorized excerpts from his speech ahead of the event for documentation purposes.

"The year 2018 will go down as a peculiar moment in time, where the future destiny of the Anti-State was decided upon. Faced with the decision between continued stagnation, of silent re-statement and meandering mediocrity on the one side and reflective rediscovery of the visions of the founding fathers, dynamic reassertion of our collective future and the will to dare and challenge boldly, millions across the East have cast their lot with the latter, choosing uncertainty and bravery. The tremendous shockwaves of these events, that are still being sent out across the world, will be felt by generations to come.

In the Anti-State, men and women from all backgrounds and corners of the Earth are gathered, by their free will, having formed a great Nation of Freedom. THE FUTURIST CONGRESS PLANS MANKIND'S FUTURE AMONG THE STARS

THE echelons of science, industry and philosophy have gathered in Shinkyô for the FUTURIST CONGRESS, an initiative by the Standing Committee to bring together the greatest minds in the world to tackle the issues standing between mankind and it's destiny of conquest of the firmaments.

Held in the Hall of Liberty Victorious, over one thousand representatives have assembled for the convention, engaging in talks and giving presentations about topics so diverse as Transhumanism, Biogenesis, Astrophysics and the Metaphysics of Freedom. The Futurist Congress will continue throughout the weekend, but already it is clear that the impulses set by this meeting of the minds will continue to influence long after it.

Dictator Hayabusa, himself known as a patron of the arts and a firm faithful in the inevitability of humanity's ascend, said in his opening statement:

"Futurism and Post-Delegationism are inseparably liked. Transcending our current limitations as a species and unshackling the creative energies of this race of uniquely elected beings necessitates the political, social and economic unification of the planet. There is no alternative to our New World Order where humanism, progress and science take the leading role in a planetary effort to free our people from the prison that is one-planet existence."

Some of the fields that were particularly focused on until now were the utilization of CRISPR for improvement of the human genome, an appeal for the implementation of mandatory global vaccination and climate engineering to usher in an era of material abundance for all of mankind.

Perhaps however the most ambitious and noteworthy project to have emerged from the Futurist Congress is the announcement by the administration of the Anti-State to set up the EXPLORATORY COMMITTEE FOR THE CREATION OF THE LUNAR REPUBLIC. Spearheaded by the world-renown exobiologist Dr. Hikaru Tabata (田畑 光), the newly constituted organ has resolved to:

"Facilitate, by means of uniting beyond borders and disciplines, the pioneers of their fields, to work out a concrete and realistic plan to establish a permanent human settlement on the Moon by 2035 as the first humble step in our quest for the stars, and to admit this Lunar Republic now in birth as the first extraterrestrial free territory into this ever-growing Union known as the Anti-State."

Talks with the Republic of Aresura are said to be ongoing, as the close to equatorial latitude of the Island Republic in the Western Hemisphere would uniquely predisposition it as a place for the construction of the kind of new space launch facilities needed for the highly ambitious projects of this scale sometime in the 2020s. Furthermore, a new Office of Progress will be created, with full staffing and funding provided for tackling issues related to human survival and future development.

The announcement of intent to birth a post-delegationist society on the Moon is bound to be met with skepticism and criticism by the states of the world, as it opens a host of questions up to debate about the legal nature of space, the utilization and distribution of its resources and a myriad of other related issues. Members of the Committee were not too worried however, recognizing that these were issues for the Lords and Ladies of the Old World stuck in their statist ways of petty competing territorial clans, but that such considerations were effectively meaningless for those thinking in global, post-statist terms. "As their states will eventually perish and only humanity remains, these are problems for states, but certainly not for the people living in them", said one scientist.

While the congress concludes this Sunday, the rekindling of the passionate vision of the Post-Delegationist project of the founding fathers will endure far into the future.

ANTI-ABORTION BLOCK POISED TO REACH MAJORITY IN THE COUNCILS

IT has been a silent revolution going on largely unnoticed for months. Initially taking root in the "White Councils" of the North, so called for their traditional links to Slavian White refugees of the Kadikistani Civil War, a grassroots alliance of local lawmakers has managed to steadily flip support in councils throughout the Anti-State for a reversal of the 1961 Act of Choice, which legalized abortion without restrictions across Anti-State territory. If the movement continues to pick up pace at the current rate, it is expected that a majority of federal councils will be in favor of rescinding the act by the end of February, which would overturn the Act after 58 years and, in accordance with the proposed "Act of Human Dignity" that would take its place, make abortion without medical indication a criminal offense.

While Anti-State territories that have not rescinded state authority over medical matters to the federal level, such as the Legation State of Siyang, would not be affected, a change in the political majorities in the councils associated with the federal Anti-State in highly destated territories such as Boliatur or Touzen would have a direct effect on the lives of millions of women.

Deputy Vasko Borislov has emerged as one of the leading voices of the movement. His council in Atsagat was one of the first to approve of the legislative proposal. "There is new evidence emerging, moral and scientific, that makes it no longer tangible for a genuinely free society to deny the right to life. The dignity and right of women to choose is clearly important, however we cannot deny the dignity and right of unborn life to life itself either. Times change, ethics change, and in the light of new evidence, we should have the courage to continue to do what is best for the maximization of individual liberty across the Anti-State", the deputy defended the act against charges of being motivated by misogyny.

The campaign for the Human Dignity Act is carried by an alliance of unlikely allies. Prominent Futurists such as the peers of the Siyang Institute of Neuroscience have come out in support of the motion, citing new scientific evidence and concluding that "consciousness begins to develop upon conception - and eliminating it is denying it the miracle of cognitive existence. To eliminate a sentience for whatever reasons is not in accordance with the latest evidence-based Futurist ethics." In lieu of abortion, the peers of the Institute called for additional investment in planned parenthood programs and conception prevention.

On the other end of the alliance, Christian groups such as the ecumenical League of Saint Sebastian have also been highly influential with petitioning deputies to come out in support of the Act, even managing to recall opposing deputies and replacing them with their own candidates in areas with significant Christian populations, such as Walstadt. "Nobody would have believed this but a few years ago, that such a significant change in policy would be possible in the Anti-State of all places. We are now at the threshold of bringing realities here closer to God's intentions, and I think it is a wonderful thing, for the Anti-State, for millions of children that will be able to experience the gift of life, and their mothers, who will be experiencing the blessings of motherhood. The Anti-State as a great democracy is not a place for murder", Father Kaiser from the Tiburan Catholic Blessed Virgin Church in Walstadt, an active organizer for the Act from the religious community, rejoiced.

Feminist groups and left-leaning associations such as the League of Progressive Youth have begun to mobilize against the impending victory of the other side, forming the "Choice Protection Alliance 2019" platform to gather support in the councils and prevent the recall of pro-choice deputies in key councils across the continent and southern Touzen. "It would be a disaster if the gains of the last decades were to be overturned. That this is even a possibility in the current year comes as a shock to everyone. We must come out in force to deny others authority over our bodies. The right to choose is a fundamental, non-negotiable post-delegationist liberty", a joint statement by groups associated with the Choice Protection Alliance read.

Whatever the outcome, the upcoming weeks are bound to see political maneuvering of both sides as the debate continues.

The recent news coming out of the stateless territories of the Far East are most encouraging indeed for those of us who still hold true Faith in the Lord. The unrestricted murder of the unborn, justified by the equally horrible excuse that it somehow brings a benefit to their mothers, has been going on in that part of the world without sanctions (of a temporal or ecclesiastic nature) for far too long.

Finally, after so many decades of being told what those of us who hold human life to be sacred and who believe in God already know, even the godless have come to realise this undeniable reality, by means of "science": that human life begins at conception, and that all who end it commit murder. Though the current initiative would still permit such infanticide for "medical" reasons, it is a clear step in the right direction, that is to say, back on the path to God's Heart.

Congratulations are indeed warranted to the White Slavs, who, having been forced to flee the Communist horrors west of them, have kept the True Faith, and do still live by and struggle to preach and realise the Word of God. May all the Saints and the Angels aid them in this most noble of tasks.

DICTATOR ENACTS EXHAUSTIVE SANCTIONS AGAINST OVER THREE HUNDRED GLOBAL HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATORS

DICTATOR Hayabusa has issued a dictatorial decree enacting punitive sanctions on over three hundred enemies of freedom across the globe in the largest sanctions package in the last years. The move comes unannounced, but is widely seen as part of the reassertion of the Anti-State's manifest destiny for the global propagation of democracy since the Hayabusa Restoration.

The announcement came in a televised address directly from the Palace of the Working Class this morning, in which the Dictator stated from behind his desk in the Pyramid Room that it was time "to send a comprehensive, punitive signal to the forces of darkness that their time of unpunished terrorism has come to an end".

Effective immediately, the sanctions freeze all assets owned by these individuals that might be situated in the Anti-State, including the Legation State of Siyang, ban these individuals from applying for permission to enter liberated territory and prevent corporate entities in the Anti-State from engaging in dealings with structures associated with the sanctioned individuals. A number of those targeted have also been put on a list of sealed indictments and will be arrested if possible, their identities have however not been released.

Those affected by the sanctions can be categorized in four groups:

- The largest group of those targeted is composed of war criminals, both political and military leaders of the Rurikgrad Pact states, more specifically "those individuals directly involved with the illegal invasion and occupation of Trivodnia" and "war criminals associated with the deployment of biological or chemical weapons in Occitania". While falling short of targeting the highest echelons of the leadership of the affected countries, certain on the ground military leaders, scientists and officers associated with chemical weapons programs as well as deputies to the Rurikgrad Pact headquarters are targeted. Among those affected are Sylvestre Damas, Commander of the V Corps of the Army of Serenierre, who was involved in the invasion of Occitania, and Artur Käbinn, member of the General Secretariat of the Rurikgrad Pact. All those involved are charged with either enabling or enacting "policies of relentless terror, the prosecution of an illegal war and substantial violations of human rights".

- The next group of those sanctioned are involved with regimes known to systematically violate human rights outside of the context of war. This category includes representatives of the National-Syndicalist regime of Horst Grasser in Ostmark, particularly "individuals involved with or responsible for antisemitic pogroms and the systematic imprisonment and torture of political opponents within Ostmark", including leadership of the Ministry of State Security tasked with the implementation of state brutalization within the autocracy's system. Yaakov Zilberfarb, Premier of the puppet regime in Amstov ruling at Ivar's behest as the self-proclaimed People's Republic of Polesia is perhaps the highest ranking individual targeted, "a clear signal to the antisemitic cabal ruling in the Corridor of Tyranny that we do not not accept, nor tolerate, their usurpation", according to the Dictator.

- Enemies of freedom put on the list for their antisemitism are other representatives of the Amstov regime, antisemitic leadership figures from Pelasgian civil society such as radical bloggers, extremist Malatese clergy and Crotobaltislavonian police and military leaders as well as media figures found guilty of encouraging ethnic cleansing and hate speech. In what was perhaps a sign of detente, only the most infamous individuals in Crotobaltislavonia were targeted, as the country has recently moved towards detente, a move classified as "helpful, but not yet sufficient" by Hayabusa.

- The last group is composed of those involved in the Human Commodity System of the Engellexian Republic, particularly those in private enterprises identified to be directly involved with the transport and processing of enslaved individuals, as well as members of boards of directors or other governing organs of private enterprises utilizing the labor of these individuals.

Dictator Hayabusa concluded: "Wherever you are on this globe, whatever authority or political window dressing you may claim for yourselves, you will not escape justice. You will not be at peace, you will be punished and your crimes will be remembered. Today we have taken the next step towards reasserting the future of the human race in dignity and lasting peace."
