I have been instructed by His Imperial Majesty's Government, to invite a delegation from your government to the embassy at a previously arranged date and time, or to direct a delegation of our own Empire to a venue of your own choice, if Your Lordship would so desire. The purpose of such a covert meeting would be the normalisation of bilateral ties between our two Nations, which have broken down due to current and past events of a most unfortunate nature. It is the belief of His Imperial Majesty's Government that despite any differences our two countries might have had in the past, and might still have, the sheer plethora of concerning developments in the world, with particular pertinence to the spread of the global Marxist menace, oblige us to seek normal ties and cooperation, for the benefit of the free peoples of all of Europe. a LETTER of ADDRESS by the PARLIAMENTARIANS of the
ENGELLEXIAN REPUBLIC​

In the ENGELLEXIAN REPUBLIC PARLIAMENT ASSEMBLED the FOREIGN AFFAIRS JOINT COMMITTEE,

In resuming this dialogue, the Joint Committee of Foreign Affairs thoroughly agrees with the observation of his Imperial Majesty's Government, that the necessity and urgency for re-establishing co-operation and keener communication between the Engellexian Republic and Pelasgia was present in the gravest and most startling period of European modern history.

It is of the genuine belief of the Joint Committee of Foreign Affairs to contend that this approach would be a departure from the wrong road; that though it will be for the Engellexian Republic Parliament and his Imperial Majesty's Government to consider independently, it would be proven a good act of government to make this departure.

The Joint Committee of Foreign Affairs will communicate the necessary arrangement for dialogue between itself and his Imperial Majesty's Government, through the embassy in Dulwich.
