A lone vehicle slowly puttered along a massive dirt road in the middle of the Boliaturian steppes, dust flying by as the vehicle continued down the straight track. It rounded down a small path splitting the road, and in sight was a massive chain-link perimeter with several cantonments and airplane lanes. The jeep was carrying Chairman Magleis Nodovinya and two of the Citizen's Cabinet. The jeep steadily approached a guard booth and gate, and the gate slid open immediately as the jeep approached. A sign with several war scars upon it had few words etched on it.

"MYRSINI PRIVAT REPTERI - BEHAJTANI TILOS"

The Myrsini Private Airport, a small and tranquil outpost simply used for the Citizen's Council and quick meetings with diplomats from other countries. Only a few kilometers away were the dim lights of Myrsini. The entire airport was surrounded by chain-link fences and several guard booths. Within the compound was a small building, primarily used for meetings and security preparations. The jeep sat near the small path of what little concrete was used to build a small field. The jeep puttered silently, and finally the driver shut the engine off. Magleis Nodovinya stroked his mustache in preparation, and the two Citizen's Council representatives sat silently.

The wind carried the sound of the small private jet across the field, as it descended from the sky and effortlessly glided across the landing strip towards the delegation that awaited them. As it stopped, the aircraft door swung open and steps unfurled to allow all passengers to exit the plane as quickly as possible. First down the stairs, after security personnel, was the Secretary of State's advisers accompanied by current Senator Douglas Marsh, head of the Congressional Foreign Relations Committee. He stood tall, an older man with white hair nestled snug underneath his hat with an impressive military background as shown by the multiple medals adorning his Officers jacket. His scars of war were apparent, as he walked with a slight limp and sported a dark gash on his right cheek that started near his chin and extended all the way up to his right eyebrow. He had spent much of his career in the Elite Special Forces Unit, joining the world of Politics after his retirement in the early 80's. He had run for President twice, only ascending to the office of Secretary of Defense during the Administration before the current one. After his tenure as SoD, he successively ran for Senate where he serves as an influential figure-head in Chryse politics and a loyal ally to President Antilae.

After a few moments, Secretary of State Constance Visage finally appeared. She was much younger than Senator Marsh, about half his height with brunette hair tied into a tight bun. Thick black rimmed glasses sat atop her nose, her frame painted in a cream colored pant suit and flesh colored pumps that clicked loud against the steps as she stepped down ever so carefully off the plane. She was considered one of the most fashionable people in Chryse, young and powerful. She was the envy of many in her country, even in the Capital. She was a good friend to President Antilae, trustworthy and steadfast. She came to represent her country, and her confidence beamed across the open field as her focus remained on the topic at hand. After exchanging in brief conversation on the tarmac, both Secretary Visage and Senator Marsh were guided away towards the waiting vehicle that held Chairman Nodovinya.

The Chairman smiled broadly as the secretaries approached. He slid his door open, beckoning for them to enter. A convoy of two vehicles has since then lined up behind the jeep. As the Chryse representatives settled in, the jeep's engine roared as it spewed out smoggy fumes. The Chairman continued to smile broadly as the convoy rolled on towards the end of the airstrip, straight towards the small building. The Chairman simply spoke in a feeble, soft tone.

"It is very nice to see a friend of the Republic! Welcome, friends, to Boliatur!"

The Chairman waved his arms across the steppe, staring over in anticipation.

Constance's attention focused on the sprawling landscape that surrounded them. Foreign trips like these we're rare for her, President Antilae herself usually traveled to neighboring Countries to discuss business between the two capitals. Obviously, this wasn't the case in this situation. Domestic events back home kept the President within Chryse borders, and Constance was up to the task for taking her spot in the new diplomatic mission to the country of Baliatur. She was very much at ease and relaxed, her close counterpart by her side and the serene steppe landscape around them gave a calming effect that was apparent by the long drawn out sigh of relief that escaped her lips before she turned to address the Chairman.

"It's an honor to finally be here Mr. Chairman. I hope we can get underway with our meeting as soon as possible, I'm eager to get down to business and discuss the forging of a stronger friendship between our two countries. I'm excited to see what your beautiful country has to offer."

The vehicle glides across the pavement, sliding into a small garage of the small meeting building. A man dressed in classical Boliaturian uniform, a massive parka and the symbol of the Khan's Guard on his chest slides the door open. The party is led to a small, enclosed concrete room with several native Boliaturian cuisines on the table. A pile of various meats drenched in strange, tangy sauces sits on the middle of the table. The Chairman silently takes a seat at the end of the table, smiling broadly once again.

"An ancient Boliaturian once said that friendship comes from sharing culture."

The Chairman pulled a small piece of meet away from one of the three plates at the center of the massive table. He chews for a moment, then begins to speak in a non-stop line of speech.

"We shall discuss affairs here, my friends. It has come to the attention of the Citizen's Council that the hostile and idiotic government of Yujin has begun to mobilize against us. We need friends now more than ever, and I hope you shall see that Post-Delegationism is the way to glory. We here in Boliatur are a friendly and peaceful people who hold our own agenda, and at this point our agenda is to end the oppression of the peoples loyal to Boliatur and the ways of Post-Delegationism. To ease conflict, we shall offer you many thousands of barrels of oil, or millions if needed to acquire military support or simply to side with us in this war against oppression. Otherwise, we simply ask for friendship and trade routes."

Both Visage and Marsh took the time to partake in the numerous delicacies set out around them, before they took a seat next to The Chairman and his counterparts. As he began to speak, Constance flipped open the electronic notepad she had been carrying and began jotting down various snippets of the conversation. She wanted to capture all aspects of the meeting, it would be an easier way to convey what occurred at the meeting to President Antilae. She knew the President would be anxious to hear what had transpired here today. She left her plate of food neglected, while Senator Marsh had began devouring his plate as if he hadn't eaten in weeks. An effect of the plane-ride she thought to herself, being quite nervous about the trek as well. Her focus was broken as soon as Chairman Nodovinya spoke.

"Chryse remains committed to peace and stability, not just for any select region, but for the world as a whole. I firmly believe that any situation can be resolved when cooler minds prevail, and all parties coalesce around a peaceful outcome. Aurumryse remains neutral, and will continue to do so unless threatened or provoked by any danger posed to us. Saying that, the growing tensions between Mrysini and Zhenjing cannot be overlooked. Aurumryse must understand all aspects of the situation at hand, and will continue to monitor the situation closely. We cannot do that without the friendship of Boliatur, a partnership we are willing to commit too for the benefit of everyone present. We benefit from Boliatur's oil reserves, as we continue to lack in sustainable reserves ourselves. You benefit from our natural resources and lush agriculture of the Golden Plains, now fully open to Mrysini and the people of your Country."

She peered over to Senator Marsh, pausing to allow him to throw in his two cents as well.

"The steadfast resolve of your people is commendable. The population of Chryse is on your side, even if politically we do not see eye to eye. We should focus on the forging of new ties between us before we sing a tune to the drumbeat of War. We'll deal with that in the future, if the situation calls for it."

The Chairman nods, thrusting a hand to his chin and scanning the man and woman. He furrows his brow, rolling his shoulders as he readjusts himself.

"Then it will be. We shall provide economic support via oil, and you via grain and other supplies. If you so wish to preserve your ties to our oil, you may enter our side if war is to break out but are not obliged to. It is a choice for your countrymen, and Post-Delegationism does not demand that people be drafted. We shall be friends. Chryse to Boliatur, oil to grain, and friend to friend. We shall prevail in any struggle, and in the future, may you prosper."
