Cafe Azure, Pillau , Burgundian People's Republic
The secluded cafe at the heart of the city, an innocuous setting that belied the seriousness of the events that occurred within its walls. The Cafe Azure was no mere cafe, instead it was where all business that the People's Republic wished to keep hidden occurred...which also served food and drink. Today the Cafe was empty except for three men in the corner table furthest from the door who spoke to each in hushed tones
" Now gentlemen, we've all seen what is happening in Himyar, and we are a resolved to act, however the All Burgundian National Congress has stated it cannot and will not involve itself in the affairs of another sovereign nation. Therefore we must act in secret even from our own government".
" Djuma Akolo and Marcel Ungenda they will be I think the most receptive of the communist leadership, the real question is how do we intend to supply them without the Congress catching wind of anything?
" Ahh well now our civil services inefficiency works in our favour, it will be simple to siphon off arms and equipment particularly material taken from the false kingdom Neustria. If the material if found we can deny involvement and claim that it must of been sold on the black-market by Neustrian diehards".
" Excellent, then we are resolved gentlemen, our little secret army will support Akolo and Ugenda, I will establish contact shortly with our Himyari comrades. Vive l'Armée secrète ".
