“Our submarine is within range.”

“Excellent. I want you to surface suddenly and make a straight shot for one of the Aurarian frigates. Act like we are going to ram it and then dive rapidly.”

"Flooding Operations Fan Room. Damage Control Party Operations Fan Room." The siren's high pitch pipped again. "Flooding Operations Fan Room. Damage Control Party Operations Fan Room."

There was a leak from the induction mast and it was flooding the fan room. The fans were becoming damaged. Crew with damage control equipment headed up forward.

"Fuck. Additional assistance is required."

Captain Sebastián Robles de Estrada was proud to be in command of the ARA Navales. Ever since Rear Admiral Francisco Castaños Urioste lead the FOSMH fleet, even though he was a known friend of the bottle, numerous Republican Navy Sailors wanted to earn similar glory. Aurarians were not known for their battle hardiness, so those who earned their stripes in the field were something of an anomaly.

“Captain,” an exasperated sailor interrupted his line of thought “Sonar detected man-made sounds coming from a vessel close to the surface not far from our location. Radar validated that detection. We believe it’s the snorkel of a submarine on the surface. We are currently searching for a visual.”

“Can we determine an origin?” the Captain hurried with the sailor to the bridge of the ship.

“No sir,” he replied, following “Should it be a submarine, it sounds like it’s in danger.”

“It is,” the Captain replied in a burst of masculinity not common amongst the Aurarians “Find it, if it comes to close to this ship send it to the bottom of the sea. Sound the alarms, all hands-on deck.”

The Navales’ alarms went off with the crew rushing to battle positions. The ship abruptly turned into the direction of the unknown vessel that they detected and moved forward.

(OOC: I’m assuming that the sub surfaced, sprang a leak and sounded alarms – all of which would be loud and detectable by a ship specifically searching for such things. Please correct me if I’m wrong, haha)
