We, the Unión Nacional Integralista on the behalf of the people of the Vaquero Free State wish to petition his eminence to embark upon the a tour of the Vaquero Free State. Ours is a devout nation and a visit from yourself would have a most profound impact on our people in these troubled times. Our faith in god and the Tiburan church is an integral part of the society of the Free State and it would both an honour and a privilege to host your Eminence.

Dear Senor Sancho-Riviera,

His Holiness has watched events in the Free State with interest as it has moved towards a form of government that puts God and His Church in their proper place in the organization of society. At this time His Holiness is unable to travel due to concerns for his health or else he would be glad to visit the Free State. In his place, he intends to appoint the chief bishop of the Free State to serve as his legate.

The Vaquero Free State and its people remains in His Holiness' prayers during this time in their national life.

While we are of course disappointed that his Holiness would not be able to visit our fair nation, It is completely understandable that he not make the journey given his age. However we the people of the Vaquero Free State would be honoured to have our very own Arch Bishop Juan Carlo Barbastro elevated to the rank of Papal Legate.
