Esteemed friends,

The People's Prometheist Union, the main Social Democratic party from the Kingdom of Saaremaa stands today watching the events unfolding in Ivernia, Cymru, Mehldof and many others. We have carefully analysed what is happening in Cymru, Pelasgia, Mehldorf and now we are turning our eyes towards the Milesian War. The sad fact of all those events is that the socialist and labor movement was hijacked by the communist dynasties of Kadikistan and they now use the problems of the laborers for the propping up of Kadikistan itself as a nation, not caring of the others. The lack of democracy is what makes Kadikistan an ironic tragedy, as it is one of the harshest dictatorships in the world currently, but it calls itself a democratic republic.

The Socialist Ideology is an ideology that has one condition that has to be achieved first and that is democracy. The dialectical developments of nations shows that one cannot skip a cycle of socio-political development and thus its near impossible to have a nation and people which was under absolutism or totalitarianism for all its existence to skip directly to socialism. Socialism is an ideology of democracy and respect. We cannot afford to see such abominations as single-party states which declare themselves socialist. We must abolish the thought of vanguard parties. It is clear that authoritarian regimes that call themselves socialist are just populist in nature and use the hopes, desperation and aspiration of the people to their own needs, presenting their coercive measures as being messianic salvation.

We cannot accept the idea of Marxism-Leninovism because it deforms the ideals of socialism. Achieving social justice isn't done by instituting authoritarianism and then organizing some left-wing socio-economic programs. To support our argumentation, we also have to criticize the idea of planned economy. The planned economy presented by Marxist-Leninovist parties isn't actually socialistic in nature, but is actually state capitalism wearing the rhetorical mask of socialism. The work places need to be socialized, true, but not through abuses or lack of efficiency, but through progressive taxation that brings money to the budget which in turn is distributed to the people through welfare programs. The state should support the creation of cooperatives which directly distributes its profits to the workers and also intervene in the market to stop the creation of monopolies and keep the market flowing through competition and development. Thus the private property must be checked, by the trade unions to be sure that there is no exploitation, but its destruction has shown in the past that it brings more harm than good. Orthopraxy and pragmatism must come before ideological orthodoxy.

Opportunism is the biggest enemy of socialism. We have seen and still see in Kadikistan how dictators create dystopian societies which present themselves as Utopias. The rule of Nikolai Leninov is no more than a series venal lies compared to what a real socialist state is like. The Milesian Marxist-Leninovist Workers' Party, with its War Communism again shows that you cannot have such social experiments in a society where traditional values which support obedience are so deeply rooted, like how Catholicism is in Milesia. For the Milesian people to actually hope to begin their Social development, Sebastian O'Brian must organize a democratic government and only after one hundred years at least, they can say that they start to have some democratic tradition. So that they can be sure that their ideological development won't slip like the Kadikistani one.

The Red Cymru Party is also showing that it has no view of the future. To attack a village with a chemical agent, to organize bomb attacks targeting the people is showing that there is no ideological drive in them, but bloodlust. Kadikistan is now sowing bloodlust between the countries around the Gothic Sea. They are supporting terrorists in Lauenburg, Cymru, Ivernia, Saaremaa, Pelasgia and many others. Those groups are ideologically bankrupt, as they have literally no notion or idea of what they must do after they would take power. For many of the Marxist-Leninovist Parties, the idea that they need to fight to get in power is so much entrenched in their minds, that it is common sense to see them, ironically, fail if they are to succeed. There is no ideological and political maturity in them. They should not call themselves Communist, Left-wing, Marxist or any other way, as they can only be characterized by their lust for power and their dehumanizing attacks. As a Saaremaa saying goes, one needs to be careful what he sows. If you sow wind, you will harvest a thunderstorm. If, absurdly, those M-L parties would take power and succeed in their campaigns, what will then follow? One does now abandon it's habits to easily and even their master can be the next victim.

For this, we are thus presenting to the comrades of the world what we call "Socialism of the sixth decade" or what some political analysts have called "Prometheism" as being a reformation of social democracy, a return to the roots of the center left-wing ideology. The main problem of the current SD is that its supports capitalist exploitation, working hand in hand with them, but presenting themselves as defenders of the people through their so called reforms. We know that a lasting socialist society must be created only through the means of reform and democratic process but even if we do our reforms, we must keep in mind that the preservation (or achievement of democracy) is the most important factor in creating a social economy that cares for it's people. In other words, even if we are taking the gradualist road, we must not lose ourselves in puny reforms but have a clear goal in our minds, that is the development of the world, socially, politically and economically.

For this, we humbly ask our fellow Social-Democratic and Communist parties to also reform their beliefs and adhere to the ideas of Socialism of the Sixth Decade. In short, the main tenets of Prometheism are:

• Socialization of the work places, by the creation of Trade Unions, and state intervention to block the creation of monopolies;
• Adherence to the principles of multi-party democracy. The only way in which a socialist party shows that their ideology is clearly superior over the others is by having the party kept in power solely through the will of the people and through free and secret democratic vote, in which all parties presenting the political specter are allowed to participate. Through their wise and efficient rule, we can be sure that we can avoid the creation of the sectarian vanguardist parties that are formed by bourgeois proletarians.
• The criticize of sectarianism. Socialism can only be achieved through democratic means and full or at least majority support from the people, not through elitist terrorist campaigns.
• The clear goal. The goal of Prometheism is not to lose itself in its own reforms, like the social-democrats, but to keep the goal of betterment of the people as the main important target for it.
• The creation of the new man, as a socially developed character, who understands the importance of self determination in a political, social and economical context.
• [FONT=&amp]The support of social reforms to defend the proletariat, but also the defense of the entrepreneurs, to keep the away from being eaten by monopolies. [/FONT]
• Supporting the idea of the falsity of the Class Struggle and fighting to keep the classes united for the advancement of the people and state as a whole.

In the end we hope that our ideas would reach our friends from across the globe and it would unite social democrats and save the communists from the Marxist-Feudalist Hydra, in hopes of creating a democratic and free society. We fully condemn the sectarianism of the Marxist-Leninovist Parties, as they are tools of Kadikistani domination of the world and would hope that the Social-Democratic and Socialist Parties would understand our pleas and join us in creating the free society we envisage.

The People's Prometheist Union, as the funding member of the Brotherhood, it's current president and for this year the biggest donor of the Brotherhood as organized the budget for the next year. Each member party has the obligation of donating to the Brotherhood 25% of it's total member donations, with the exception of the PPU, which voluntarily donates to the association 50% of it's incomes. The money gathered is each year distributed between the member parties to help them either to enter the legislative, for the extra-parliamentary parties, to campaign to solidify their places in the legislative, for opposition parties and to uphold and respect the policies of Prometheism for the ruling parties. The Prometheist Party of Kadikistan is put in a special category as Kadikistan is a feudal dictatorship that doesn't recognize nor understand the modern implications of democracy and parliamentarism, so the main quest of the Prometheist Party of Kadikistan is to fight for the democratization of the country. We do not want the Prometheists to be seen as barbarous as the Marxist-Feudalists so we will not support any kind of political violence. The quest of the Prometheist Party of Kadikistan is to make the world know of the abuses of Marxism-Feudalism and the bloody dynasties that rule it so in time people will turn their backs on the Democratic Republic.

We would also like to remind member parties that the money received from the Brotherhood must all be accounted for and used for the aforementioned actions. If a party is to use the money for other uses, it will immediately be suspended from the Brotherhood and sued to return the money.

The Prometheist People's Union calls all members of the Prometheist Brotherhood to help defend the motherland of Prometheism in it's fight for liberation against the Marxist-Feudalist domination. The Prometheist Brotherhood is not dead until there is still a Saare ready to sacrifice himself for a better world. We hope that the members of the Brotherhood do not forget that one of the main tenets of Prometheism is the defense of the poor and the helpless and the fight for the liberation of all humans, irregardless of their race, religion, ethnic group or sexual orientation. We thus issue this call for volunteers to help the White Army of Pohjamaad liberate the country of Saaremaa. The time has come to show the world that Prometheists can stand together in hard time as much as they did in the good times.

We ask our Jurzani colleagues not to turn their back on the ideology that provided the basis of their national modernization, now in the even for the greatest ideological battle in the world. Prometheism been the basis of creating a free and powerful country. We may be on opposed sides of the continent but we have both been through the same experiences, through Prometheism and through aggression coming from Marxist-Feudalist Kadikistan. We must stand united now more than ever, for the fight to liberate Saaremaa is the fight to liberate the Jurzani that were deported in Northern Kadikistan.

We call for our brothers from Lauenburg, Pelasgia, Kadikistan, Borovanger and Eiffelland to come together and join us in the final fight that we sing about in the Internationale to fight against imperialism and feudalism and against policies of Kadikistan that perverted the workers' rights movement and turned it into the continuation of feudal warlordism from the middle ages. The time has come for us all to come together and to fight.

The Prometheist Party of Pelasgia is but a small party in terms of parliamentary representation, but our influence in the Socialist Labour Party of Pelasgia (SEKP), the junior partner of the Liberal Union-dominated coalition government is significant and growing. To this end we have already supported the Empire's Recognition of Loago's sovereignty, and we are pushing for the passage of the "Sanctions against the Becker regime of Saaremaa in response to Crimes Against Humanity" proposal in the Koinovoulio. While the latter seems doomed to failure, due to opposition of other segments of parliament due to its 'radicality', we are confident that we can support a toned down version of the sanctions package as well as more meaningful action in the shape of material aid. We wish you the best in your struggle.
