The time has come for our institution, comprised solely of West Engell assets at this time, to formally reveal its existence to the First Republic intelligence community.
Our primary endeavor is the installation of assets and groups at every major university along the Thaumantic and its periphery with the intent of cultivating young minds to serve towards the realization of greater Thaumantic Civilization. We believe that seeding these institutions of higher learning with our shared ideals of Engellexian Enlightenment will yield immediate and long term positive developments for our cultural, political, and indeed economic goals as future Thaumanticans.
Although we have only established a small network at domestic and a few international universities, we have already found capital success with our Marian University, Gunnland asset, which to our current reports is on the periphery of the decision making parties in Port Stanley conducting offensive operations into Loago through Azraq.
We wish to repeat this success at Marian University by requesting resources from the First Republic, so we might continue to develop connections to foreign power networks. Additionally, we wish to work with our First Republic partners to develop a series of public “Thaumantic Society Clubs” to be established at both foreign and domestic universities so that we might recruit bright and useful minds for our ultimate cause of a new Thaumantic Order.
