The Serenien Government has declared the Larsian organisation, Regional Security and Cooperation Observatory (RSCO), to be entirely a Eiffellander backed proxy and an impartial body, unfit to act as an observer force in any part of Occitania — be it East or West. The Serenien Government also released several thousand documents related to the use of child soldiers by the military of the Kingdom of Occitania in support of its claims that East Occitania has abused and breached human rights.

(Maseru) Stanleyan troops are invading Loago from Azraq, citing Burukova and LLC links with the RANU. In the first few days of battle, the Burukova Militias have managed to push them back over the border, but in a second attack, the defences have all but colapsed and the invading RLI have taken control over Filabusi and Hounde. As of yet, PM Moyo Kamara has not commented on this, but it has been reported that the great interior offensive of the Security Forces and the Natalian allies is pushing towards the west, in a real onslaught against the rebels.

(CHINDE) Prime Minister Octavia Butler confirms 6,000 Port Stanley forces have entered northwestern Loago in a counterinsurgency campaign against the Burukova Syndicate and the League of Loagan Communists, who allegedly support the RANU insurgency. The Butler government has released photographs of what it says is an LLC massacre of a Catholic girls' school in Loago, condemning the "atrocity." Minister of Foreign Affairs E. E. Taylor says the incursion is a "limited operation" that was coordinated with regional partners to address the "anarchic situation in West Loago especially."

(AVALON) Royal Armed Forces Joint Grand Command says it's keeping "a very close eye" on the escalating war in proximal Loago. Says the King & PM "are fully informed on the matter". According to some Royal Air Force pilots interviewed, there's a strong sentiment to "bomb the hell outta these commies". Joint Grand Command says that does not reflect any sort of policy shift. The Royal Navy has been on alert since regional tensions last year.

(JUGOL) Azraq will continue military operations in Loago as planned, according to the Imperial Ministry of War and Defence, as Port Stanley moves 6,000 troops into the ex-Virumaan colony to combat the Burukova crime syndicate and Loagan League of Communists. Azraqi warplanes are actively targeting the LLC while Azraqi special forces are believed to be supporting the Muslim Fante militias in northern Loago. The Stanleyan military is also using Azraqi territory to launch its attacks.

If sanctions are indeed levied against West Occitania, it would probably have less to do with its actual immigration policies, but likely more so with the general ideological & diplomatic feud between the Great Southern Kingdom & the northern Socialist state. The Milenio Royal Palace is so far still hesitant to sanction Serenierre itself.

We raise alarm at the concerted efforts of reactionary forces to stifle the progressive and well meaning policy initiatives of this Protectorate, as it seeks to break free from the shackles of feudalism imposed on its people by the likes of Julius Faure. We call on the right thinking nations of the world to take note of the needless bullying and vilification of a pacifist and newly emerging country. The Governments of these reactionary forces are jeopardizing our efforts to modernize and to uplift the peoples of western Occitania.

We are most alarmed by the silence of the international community in the face of such wanton aggression. We call for these nations to engage with the Protectorate and to reverse course in the interests of humanitarianism.

Villesen has strongly condemned the sanctions imposed on some Serenien banks and other companies and has announced that the steps taken by the Government of Lars is tantamount to a declaration of a trade war. However, Premier Martinique stated that the attitudes of the new government in Lars were grossly inappropriate and have no grounding in fact or reason, as the stated companies are not connected with the Protectorate of Occitania.

The Villesen Government has announced that in light of the hostile government in Lars, the Serenien Ambassador has been recalled and the Larsian ambassador has been expelled, under the ordinary rules of protocol in diplomatic matters. According to the Serenien media, the irrational and consistent hostility displayed by the Larsian Government was deemed to be a Post Delegationist ploy to aggravate Serenierre into taking steps which would allow the Post-delegationist nations to intervene more fully.

Premier Martinique stated that the Villesen Government remains committed to peaceful negotiations to resolve the misunderstandings between Lars and Serenierre. The Serenien Premier stated that Villesen was open to neutral arbitration to resolve the misunderstandings.
