NEWS LEVEL: GREEN (PALMIRA) Minister of the Treasury Antonio Belmonte issued a statement that "Although San Jose is not a wealthy nation, in order to protect the Justosian people from being exploited through tax hikes to pay for the reckless spending of their corrupt government, we shall respond to the desperate begging of Finance Minister Fox by offering to buy as much of the Imperial Debt as we can, in a selfless act of socialism for our foreign comrades." This follows a JNN report that the "only way to side step coming economic damage from tax hikes would be for a foreign nation to begin buying up the increasing debt" of Justosia. San Jose's government is currently not recognized as legitimate by the Continental Empire, and it is unclear if the Justosian Finance Minister will even allow the potentially embarrassing purchases to go through.

(PETROVGRAD) Leaders of the Serbovian Liberal Party and the Serbovian Socialist Party have filed a joint lawsuit challenging Serbovian President Aleksandar Plesic's decision to assume the Presidency - and thus fulfill a dual role as both President and Prime Minister - after the original elected President Dejan Andelic resigned earlier this week. The plaintiffs are alleging that the decision is illegal and against the Serbovian constitution, and are demanding new Presidential elections. Serbovia's Minister of Justice Sofija Zivadinovic has claimed that the lawsuit is "frivolous and fraudulent" and accused the opposition of attempting to use the court system as a way to undermine the government "with underhanded tactics".

NEWS LEVEL: GREEN (PALMIRA) Minister of Defense Marco Vasquez confirmed reports from the Natalian Harton Chronicle that the NRNS Orca, NRNS Westward Ho!, and NRNS Shastina have been transferred to Archipelagic Navy control. Minister Vasquez indicated that, although the three ships are on loan per the Enhancement Program of the Herrera-Constanza Doctrine, their future purchase and full transfer into the Archipelagic Navy "is inevitable given the close partnership shared between the Occidential Republic and Grand Archipelagic Republic." (PETROVGRAD) The Serbovian government is deploying additional police forces to Petrovgrad ahead of a major opposition demonstration that has been announced for Saturday. Police forces dispatched to the city include personnel of Federal law enforcement agencies, but also local police from other parts of the country. The Serbovian Interior Ministry has cited intelligence reports claiming that radical groups are planning to commit acts of violence during the protests. Opposition sources have denied the claims, saying that they intend to demonstrate peacefully and accusing the government in Petrovgrad of defamation. In addition, numerous nationalist groups have announced pro-government counterprotests for the same day.

NEWS LEVEL: GREEN (Camp Hill) The Post-Delegationist Constitutional Reforms proposed by President Olivia Harper Poole find cross-party support, not only the green, anarchist and democratic socialist factions of the Roadrunners but also the conservative Bobcats stand behind the idea of decentralizing the administrative powers of the government. Ashton Lawson, Chairman of the Bobcat Party stated that he supports the reforms as he finds the new political arrangement to be better for the local communities further away from Camp Hill and Harton. He stated in at one of NaBC1's talk shows that he finds in this the recipe for better local governing.Currently, the level of support for the reforms stand at about 65% of the electorate, with 20% being expressly against it, and 15% as of yet undecided.​

NEWS LEVEL: GREEN (Camp Hill) The Post Delegationist Women's Group have organised the biggest demonstration in the history of the nation, with more than 1.5 million women demonstrating in the Occidental Republic of Natal in support for the Constitutional reforms of President Olivia Harper Poole. The biggest demonstration was organised in the grand city of Harton, where more than 600,000 women marched along the Wakerley Road from Bremen Beach to Union Square, shouting post-delegationist slogans and singing protest songs. In Camp Hill, where about 200,000 women demonstrated, they were met by President Harper Poole herself, and they cheered as she held a speech promising sweeping social and political reforms which would cement the reign of liberty in Natal and Westernesse.

NEWS LEVEL: GREEN (VERSOIX) Initial polling overseen by Josefino election observers, sent alongside observers from Guienny to coordinate and observe referendums as mandated by the Treaty of Chagny, have shown notable support for a continued Eiffellander military presence in Bourdignie and indecisiveness over the inclusion of Frankish Imperial forces as peacekeepers. In response to the first question, "Should the Kingdom of Eiffelland continue to station military forces in the Bourdignie Confederation?" 67% of those polled were in favor, 16% were against, and 21% were undecided. In response to the second question, "Should the Holy Frankish Empire station an equal number of military forces to Eiffelland in the Bourdignie Confederation?" 19% of those polled were in favor, 6% were against, and a staggering 75% were undecided. Frankish election observers have not yet released poll numbers of Patois-born Bourdignie regarding integration into the Holy Frankish Empire.

NEWS LEVEL: GREEN (Camp Hill) The National Election Bureau has approved of the use of the E-Citizen platform as a new way of casting ballots and votes, besides the classical and mail in voting. The E-Citizen Plaform, which has been in development in the last 10 years has been approved by the INTAF (Internal Intelligence Services) as being secure enough for online voting. Citizens will be able to login into their accounts through their Personal Identification Numbers and a special social tax code, after which they will be allowed to create their own password. The system uses the two factor authentication by default. On this platform, citizens will be able to launch petitions which can grow into Citizen Initiative Bills, discuss the current bills in queue to be voted, and cast their votes in elections and referendums.​

NEWS LEVEL: YELLOW (Harton) The Natalian Communist Party and the Western Tiburan Front have organised a protest in Harton where they clashed with the security forces. Water guns had to be used to disperse the protesters after some of them turned violent and started throwing rocks and fire bombs towards the police. The Communist Party and the Western Tiburan Front have been seen as unlikely allies, but they protest against the constitutional reforms, which they say will lead towards economic libertarianism and an extreme weakening of the state in the face of corporations and companies, paving the way to oppression and foreign interference in Natalian sovereignty.

Also not a case of rape or incest. She was also past her first Trimester. She has been charged with Manslaughter. This however is fluid. That charge could change, or more could be added. In 1950 the senado voted 60-40 to outlaw abortion unless one of the aforementioned criteria was met. It however did not become a constitutional amendment. NEWS LEVEL: ORANGE (PALMIRA) Presidente José Constanza has requested the Archipelagic Congress introduce legislation that would ratify a proposed treaty with the Occidental Republic of Natal. The treaty would form the Westernesse-Occidentian Treaty Organization (WOTO) that formalizes a mutual defensive alliance between the two potential founding Occidential powers, enshrines the Hererra-Constanza Doctrine into a coordinated regional foreign policy, continues visa free travel and common development aid funds, and creates a Continental Congress based on the European Forum for WOTO member states. Congressmen are expected to meet Presidente Constanza in a private meeting today to further discuss the proposed legislation, though the Congressional mood has been reported to be 'hesitant'.

Titled the "Palmira Papers," the ledger lists the financial connections all Archipelagic Congressmen have with major industries across the Archipelago, most of them illegal and not reported to the Josefino Ministry of the Treasury. Numerous corporate leaders, administrative bureaucrats, and high-ranking military officers have also been listed in the ledger. Presidente José Constanza, whose name was not included in this ledger, is reported to be "committed to investigating these allegations and confirming their authenticity."

NEWS LEVEL: ORANGE (PALMIRA) Archipelagic Congressman Raul Montes has been arrested at Palmira International Airport following the publication of the Palmira Papers, implicating him and all other Josefino Archipelagic Congressmen in corruption and embezzlement schemes. Congressman Montes owns a previously undisclosed large stake in the Josefino rum company El Capitán, and his brother Juan Montes is the Master Distiller of the Costa Ron Distillery. Reportedly, Congressman Montes claimed he was going on a planned vacation as he attempted to board a flight to Puerto Angeles in Gran-Occidentia. More arrests are being made by the hour of those accused of corruption.
