I write to the True King of Occitania, His Majesty Caeso of Toté. It must be clear to His Majesty that his trust in the Eiffellander regime has been breached. The Trier Government openly speaks of negotiations with the Princess Mireo the daughter of the defeated King Julius Faure and the Justosian government has placed sanctions on the kingdom.
Should His Majesty feel his friends number few, he is urged to reconsider and to see with new eyes that friends stand waiting with open arms in unlikely places.
If you are willing to break free of the mould, I encourage a meeting between my friends and yours in Nicosia, where interlopers may not interrupt us.
