It is not common with us to speak about Himyar, but the subject now is delicate, Valkany is preparing a major invasion somewhere, on one of our possessions on Himyar. Their news say that, and we all know that their new Emperor wonts to validate his self in the world by conquest and imperialism. We think we should keep in touch with each other, since this a major threat to us.

We know that our pass is full of rivalries, and old skirmishes for Himyar, and nowdays it stills very tense between our two countries. But we ask your excelencies to give a truce and regard the situation on Valkany, since their Emporor is demanding an invasion of Himyar. No body knows what zone they will invade, but it can be Mozambia or Bangala Black Coast, or anyother place.

The Confederal Army will reinforce positions and battleships will leave for the Outersea Province of Providence as fast as possible on a preventive basis. We hope that, in case of aggressive action, all of our States, as civilized Nations, can oppose this strange and sudden threat.

TO THE KINGDOM OF PORTUSGALIA.

Instructed to express as permitted by the authority of the Crown;​

The Cabinet of the Kingdom of Portusgalia.

Sir, I have laid before the First Chamber of the States-General your Letter of the 30th communicating the views of the Portusgalian Government in relation to the Valkanese Declarations of Jan. 28th, 1954, and to the principle of conciliation, through the adoption of amity between the Kingdom of Portusgalia and the Kingdom of Lisse.

The Crowned Government cannot be insensible, sir, to the urgency and necessity towards the Kingdom of Lisse which are signified by the Portusgalian Government in your communication. In making this acknowledgment, however, the Crowned Government considers it not less incumbent on itself to reserve for a state of things which it is hoped will never occur, the right of discussing the legality of any particular measures, to which resort may be had, on a ground of retaliation; at this time, it would suffice to observe that it remains to be more fully ascertained in what sense the declarations in question will be expanded, and to what extent they will be carried into execution, and consequently whether in any case the Kingdom of Lisse can be involved in questions concerning measures of retaliation, supposed to accrue to one belligerent from such a proceeding, by another.

The Crowned Government will, nonetheless, hasten to communicate the distresses of the Portusgalian Government to the Imperial Cabinet of Great Engellex, if only to determine a more practical diplomatic position for the Crowned Government, in respect of the Valkanese Declarations, without need of readjustment to our interests in Himyar.

The High Kingdom of Ivernia share's the Kingdom of Portusgalia's sentiment of the hawkish nature of the Empire of Valkany. During the reactionary immediate shutdown of Vestrland Ivernia was concerned to see Valkany subtly threatening those nation who would wish to retrieve their own citizens from the blacked-out Vestrland Kingdom.

This new plans to place what amounts to an entire army into Himyar is deeply concerning and Ivernia will plan to keep in touch with your Empire, so that we may both ensure the safety of our Imperial Dominion's, free from the assault of expansionist Empires.
In this, we propose the opening of a line between the Portusgalian Embassy in Ivernia, and the Ivernish Embassy in Portusgalia. This phone line to allow us quick and rapid communication between the heads of our two Empires.
