The protests in Metsamaa have expanded to Østveg and Gutarike, where public opinion is also not as strong as the other nations within the Scanlaw on the Gothic Sea Pact. Unlike, Metsamaa though, there are not any demands yet. Neither nation has a recall vote system, and polling suggests that the issue is not as heated in these nations as it is in Metsamaa. Meanwhile, troop levels in Hajr have come to combat ready levels and are expected to engage in combat next week as they will work to pacify the region from their headquarters in Al-Askar. After the militia battle on the border of Østveg many days ago, the militias have been hesitant to engage a second time as the death tolls proved to be rather higher than they expected. This hasn't stopped the militias from moving though. There appears to be a desire among the Gutnish Legion to try to flank the Austwegians, but the Austwegian Free Peoples Militia know the land better and have done a great job placing themselves in the way of the Gutnish. #NordlagskeTidende #NordicJournalism
