El Jaguarcito's war threats seem to have transformed into actions. The National Liberation Junta effectively announced that a state of war exists between them and Gran Occidentia. From the looks of it, the movement was planned for a while, as they attacked the garrison of Embarcadero, and the police headquarters of Acahay and Villa Hayes at the same time. Initial reports state that there are very little victims in Embarcadero, where after two hours the shooting has stopped. The battle in Embarcadero ended with the victory of the security forces, which have used helicopters to quickly discover the sites from which the nationalists were firing mortars upon the barracks, quickly annihilating them and forcing the attackers to retreat. A second battle took place in Embarcadero in the evening of the 15th of June, lasting until the afternoon of the 16th, with Integralist forces, represented mostly by paramilitaries and syndicalist militias attacking the Pueblo Verde and La Candelaria districts in the eastern part of town. Mortar fire hits the North-South Highway, in the Valle de Acahay, blocking traffic from Pirizal to Acahay, thus blocking the supply of goods to the coast in general and Embarcadero in particular. While the attackers were not spotted, it is believed that the ones operating the mortars were members of the National Revolutionary Army, who were trying to bring the collapse of the Puente Remaso, going over the Acahay river and thus fully break the supply towards the coast. Gran Occidentian Embassy in Callao has been assaulted by a new group, the Indigenous Socialist Revolutionary Movement, which has killed 13 security guards in its assault, but was unable to take any hostages. The DAS, army and police attacked the embassy and neutralised the terrorists, killing 23 and capturing 2. Damn this War! I lost contact with my family back home in Monterrey now that the communication network collapsed yet again and there is no signal in the whole territory it seems. The last time we talked they said that they train connection between Puerto Florida and Embarcadero was terminated as the fight in Embarcadero damaged the railway in the eastern parts of the city, and that there are huge disruptions in the valley of the Acahay thanks to mortar fire. #Monterrey

Last terrorists who attacked the embassy in Callao but escaped before the security forces came has been arrested in the Central Railway Station as he was preparing to board the night train to Sipe Sipe, of the Selva Railway. It was believed he was trying to return back to Monterrey. A bomb rocked the headquarters of the National Revolutionary Army, outright destroying the building in which its staff was headquartered. Around 30 were killed and over 70 wounded. El Jaguarcito seems to have been one of the victims, being wounded and taken out of the rubble, but is in a critical state. Regiomontanos from both the integralist and the nationalist side seem to want to compromise to sign a peace agreement. Hopefully it would end this crisis and finally bury the abomination that was Mandatory Monterrey.
