When my office received your communique via the general channel, I must admit we were surprised. Our nations should have better relations than our past suggests. We both serve center right governments that see the truest threats to Europe for what & who they are.

Yet we are divided by matters of faith, or lack thereof. By tragic past misunderstandings of past governments. Speaking on behalf of the Continental Empire of Justosia & its Crowned Sovereign, I would like to leave the aforementioned there. We are obviously wary seeing as how we were just betrayed by the ODS.

We will send a diplomatic delegation. Our expectations are decidedly neutral. However I believe we can create a new path forward for regional cooperation.

A diplomatic delegation shall be received in Charleroi. Despite your neutral expectations, we believe that a dialogue may be beneficial to our two nations. Let not difference in faith or culture stand in the way of this, we shall receive you with an open mind and expect for you to arrive with one.

Let not your hearts be troubled by rejection from ODS, within their leadership lies the biases of the old world, did you truly expect to cut through age old worries and grudges? Yes, the political world will be divided amongst alliances, but perhaps there is a good side to siding with none of them.
