CHAPTER I
An alternative is possible.
They say the global order we live in is the best global order we have. A bipolar global establishment divided by an invisible, but sometimes tangible iron curtain, in which the eastern Marxist-Leninovist ideal collides with the western Free Market-Capitalist view of the world.

Even in the so-called western liberal democracies, as the Republic of Ostmark used to identified itself, criticism to the predominant political economic establishment was highly frowned upon. This occurs in both so-called free market, liberal countries as much as in the marxist-leninovist east.

Those like me who stand up against a system, capitalism, defined by economic cannibalism and the exploitation of the workers, are considered as lunatics. Extremists. Psychopats. I don't think that looking for an alternative to the current world order makes me one.

They object my ideals on the basis that "If it isn't capitalism, it is marxism-leninovism". They are wrong. An alternative is real as soon as it is conceived. The question is: will the people embrace it? Or will the people further fall into the psychological terror campaigns promoted by the industrialist and capitalist lobbies of the west?

The ostmarkian capitalist lobbies would welcome foreign multinationals while legislators further curb workers' rights and allow more exploitation, thus increasing the frustrations of the working class, in the face of all the false gods promoted by the 1959 social-democratic "revolution".

Was that a real revolution anyway? Or was it a final assault to destroy Ostmark's identity and national peculiarities in the name of a globalist, capitalist community in which the workers are merely regarded as consumers? And how does it differ from a system that denies the ownership of an apartment, or a car, while the functionaries of the communist party travel in expensive limousines and enjoy all those privileges common folks are constantly denied in the name of the dictatorship of the proletariat?

To our west, the poor are starving, the homeless are neglected and money's only use is the purchase of armaments and tools to unleash more suffering. In either case, if we are to fully accept adherence to capitalist liberalism, we must be prepared to surrender our national sovereignty and accept domination by a foreign political class, be it merely ideological or economic domination.

This would be unacceptable. Every ostmarkian man and woman should reject the "there is no alternative" lie, and also firmly reject these liberal-capitalist political systems conceived by foreign political and economic lobbies that in no case will act in the interest of Ostmark and its working class. If we are to forge our own third way,
we must accept the risk of facing retaliation .

Defending Ostmark's identity and sovereignty against the threats posed by both system is a risk worth to be taken. Sooner or later we will have to pick up our assault rifles and defend our homeland and our ideals: when the time will come, we will be ready.

CHAPTER II
Equality and Meritocracy
in the National-Syndicalist state.
In a world defined by avid grasping for power and wealth, the national working classes are left with nothing but the hope that one day they will too stand among the rich and the wealthy of Europe. As i said in the first chapter of this book, it is a new form of cannibalism prescribed by the very fabric of free market capitalism that regards workers are consumers, and customers, rather than makers and owners of their destiny.

Many workers are unable to afford the goods they produce with their hard work, while stakeholders and factory owners profit from the system of wage-slavery that strangles the working classes of Gallia and Germania. It is a form of slavery that crosses national and cultural borders and creates
a common revolutionary bond among all the members of the proletariat across the regions and the continents.

National-Syndicalism rejects wage-slavery but also rejects equality without merit. A strong meritocratic system is necessary to guarantee that the best and most valuable members of our society shall attain the best and most important positions available, with no distinction or discrimination based on sex or economic and social condition.

Equality must be attained by equal opportunities of growth and personal development, and it is a precise duty of the National-Syndicalist state to guarantee its citizens an equal and free access to education up to its highest levels.
A society that judges its members by the wealth they possess is a society doomed to collapse on its own inequalities. Therefor, individuals must be judged and valued by their skills, their capabilities and their knowledge.

To guarantee the development of the individual is the key to success for the People's Community that embodies the National-Syndicalist state. The People's Community is a society of responsible and accountable citizens who share efforts, expertise and skills to bring about the moral and material progress of the fatherland and a general improvement of the living conditions of the workers and the citizens.

CHAPTER III
Neither left nor right.

There is simply no disputing the fact that Syndicalism is an integral part of the Nationalist creed. To separate the very essence of the social and labor movement sphere from the concept of the nation, is to ignore the basic fact that it is the People who actually comprise the nation itself.

Without people there can be no nation, and without a nation there can be no people. On the other hand, it is quite certain that we have absolutely nothing in common with the intellectually-bankrupt legions of the modern liberal Left, but then, neither do we owe any allegiance to those on the Right.

Many so-called Nationalists are content to describe themselves as being “right of centre”, or even on the “Far Right”, but it must be stated quite categorically that true Nationalism has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with Right-wing politics. To simplify, a Right-winger is no more "Nationalist" than his counterpart on the Left.

It is futile for any Nationalist to look back to conservative parties as a worthy example of what is best for Ostmark and its people, or even for Europe as a whole. Without completely rejecting the Right-wing Capitalists, revolutionaries will continue to be betrayed over and over again. Indeed, with inequalities and dissatisfaction on the rise once again in Gallia-Germania and Westernesse, it is hoped that the people will remember the mistakes of the past.

One thing must be made clear. We National-Syndicalists have the determination to stick to our ideals and principles and will never be under the control of the Capitalist Right. Likewise, neither will we betray our revolutionary principles.

CHAPTER IV
The National-Syndicalist Economy
To defeat capitalist exploitation, we must establish an honest, self-sufficient, debt-free economy based solely on the productive capacity of the Ostmarkian worker, which will guarantee conditions of full employment and price stability. We will need public control of all banking and credit institutions as well as all utilities and all monopolies, confiscation of all conglomerate holdings, cancellation of all usurious debt, comprehensive profit sharing in all basic industries, and the institution of a national program of interest-free loans for families, small businesses, and farmers.

As the foundation of any society, we must recognize the supreme importance of a healthy farming community. Accordingly, National-Syndicalism guarantees protection of the family farm by eliminating speculation in land and commodities, and by assuring a stable market and fair prices for the farmer, as well as the consumer. We further ensure that qualified young Ostmarkian couples be given an opportunity for mortgage-free homesteading on land held by large corporate interests.

National-Syndicalism believes that farming is more than a mere economic proposition, that in fact it represents a way of life vital to the community as a whole, and that its real value lies not only in producing food, but in providing social and environmental stability while serving as a constant source of spiritual renewal for man in close rapport with nature.

Hence, National-Syndicalism believes that a farmer’s land and the fruits of his labor must remain inviolate and above commercial speculation and exploitation, just as the economic viability of the family farm must be re-established so that significantly larger numbers of our people can once again find a good life upon the land.

CHAPTER IV
Family and Education in the
National-Syndicalist State

National-Syndicalism promotes the strengthening of the family unit, as an indispensable cornerstone of a healthy society. Towards this goal, we must make sure that Motherhood be elevated from the position of low esteem which it occupies today to a position where it is universally recognized as the noblest position to which any Ostmarkian woman can aspire.

We do not believe believe that Ostmarkian men and Ostmarkian women have distinctive and complementary social roles to play. National-Syndicalism recognizes total and unquestionable equality between the two sexes. Nonetheless, we recognize the importance of the unique role that Nature has assigned to the woman as the creator of the next generations, and consequently believe that a special degree of respect should be accorded to her as mother. Finally, i believe that the man should be able to provide for his family without requiring his wife to abandon home and children in order to compete in the job market out of economic necessity.

We must establish a new educational system which will place strong emphasis on the physical and moral development of our young people, as well as on the training of their mental abilities, and which will instill in every young Ostmarkian an all-important set of national values.

The Ostmarkian youth represents the future of the Volksrepublik, and that in its fitness and ability lie our hopes for the future. Therefore, it is the duty of the state to see to the development of our young people in a thorough and well-rounded manner, recognizing that in the long run a healthy mind can only dwell within a healthy body, and that along with the training of the intellect there must go rigorous physical and character training. An education can only be considered complete when it succeeds in burning into the heart and mind of the young Ostmarkian the supreme love for our National-Syndicalist fatherland.
