The Constitution of the United Socialist States of Boluxia
Section 1:
Everyone is entitled to the following Freedoms; Freedom of conscience, freedom of religion, freedom of thought, freedom of belief, freedom of expression, freedom of the press and of other media of communication, freedom of peaceful assembly, and freedom of association.
Section 2:
Every citizen of the USSB has the right to vote in election of the members of the Parliament and the Presidency.
Section 3:
The length of Presidential terms is set at 4 years and the Parliament at 2 years.
Section 4:
Everyone has the right to security and liberty, as well as the right to life.
Section 5:
Everyone has the right to not be detained or imprisoned arbitrarily.
Section 6:
Everyone has the right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Section 7:
Democratic Socialist principles at the Federal level are protected by law, however individual citizens have the right to question these principles in a court of law.
Section 8:
The United Armed Forces of Boluxia is the only legitimate military of the USSB, and militias will be considered hostile to the government.
Section 9:
Every Citizen has the right to not participate in the military and will not be subjected to forced military service.
