CESSATION OF ALL HOSTILES ACTIVITIES BY THE TARUSAN EMPIRES
- restoration of international law and freedom of navigation -

PREAMBLE
Recognized by this international organization the activities conducted by the Tarusan authorities in international waters are a threat and violation of the right of navigation and peaceful passage of vessels, action that have already carried out the sinking of a Ebrian ship and the damaging of a Rheinbund ship;

Established beyond any reasonable doubt the promotion and support by the Tarusan authorities of Gutnish's acts of piracy in the Gothic Sea. Observed evidence from the Hanseatic Republics to support that the u-34's unit was attacked by Imperial Taruse forces during its anti-piracy mission, in retaliation for sinking a pirate ship;

Noted that the Tarusian authorities failed to comply with the resolution on the Abolition of EF Mandates, violating points one, two, three, four, five, six and seven of the aforementioned resolution in the Noka Free State and Al-Magrab territories;

THE NATIONS OF EUROPE, assembled in a Forum through their duly empowered Delegates, do hereby decide, decree, and ordain as follows:

The international community through the European Forum request;

1. All minelaying activities by tarusan forces, or other forms of restriction on freedom of navigation like, fishing, mining, trade, tourism or other activities recognized within the law of navigation, must immediately cease and the minelaying vessels return to their ports.
2. All military activity between the Ivan and Konstantin forces must end immediately and a diplomatic negotiating table must be set up between the parties concerned, under the constant supervision of the European Forum.
3. The White Helmets must restore free passage for vessels to the Republic of Ostmark and into Bonaventure bay.
4. The international community condemns Tarusa's invasion of Al-Magrab state.
5. The international community condemns and demands an immediate cessation of any act of piracy by Gutarike and Tarusan Empire.
6. We demand the immediate and unconditional withdrawal of all Tarusan forces stationed within Al-Magrab Territory and Noka Free State.

Conclusion
The behavior of the Tarusian authorities has brought this international organization many problems. Their galloping imperialism and constant willingness to ignore multiple resolutions of this forum has led us today to have to make an historic decision. Today this organization will put an end to lawlessness and bury any idea that one can act outside international law.

The Federation votes in favor of this resolution and hopes that Ivan and Konstantin will hear wisdom and end this foolishness.

The Apostolic Kingdom of Polesia has taken an approach of complete neutrality towards the conflict between the Ivanist government in Kremlyov and the Konstantinist pretenders in Kispest. We will thus follow the same line in the EF vote too. Thus, the Apostolic Kingdom will abstain from this vote.​

The Union of Ebria, Nuoria and Hamrun votes in approval of this resolution. It is imperative that the conflicts end and that peace and stability return.

We hereby rescind a likely forgotten offer to serve as a neutral meeting grounds for hostile Tarusan elements. The Communal Order of the Thaumantics condemns all mining operations employed by the Tarusan Empire and joins our new friends of the Csengian Patriotic Council in calling for the total extirpation of Tarusan influence from Konstantin, Ivan, or any Tarusan interloper seeking to subjugate Csengians and Catholics in Csengia.

If the Tarusan Empire or its rogue elements do not heed these reasonable calls for peace from the European Forum us Thaumanticans will be left with no choice but to defend our friends, partners, and allies abroad before the Tarusan wildfire reaches Communal shores. Finally, we are sure that both Tarusan camps are monitoring these Forum minutes and we encourage them to reach out to us, the Thaumantic Communal Order, directly to break a silence between our powers that is quickly leading to contempt.

The Rheinbund votes in favour of this resolution.

We also thank Representative of Tianlong Tao Shun for setting up this resolution. The mine attack on the Rheinian commercial vessel Pamir III is yet another violation of free naval traffic, and yet another example of Tarusa's complete lack of respect for human lives.
