The Eurofighter EF-2000 Typhoon will be in the front-line of our offers alongside our other products, when our offer is made. Dear Sir or Madam,

We would like to request an update of our order placed this winter of military transport aircraft. We would like to know specifically when we can expect the first shipments and aircraft inspections. Due to the recent political, economic and social developments in our country, we are also hoping to renegotiate some of the payment terms to make them more friendly towards a developing economy. We wish to stress, however, that we have no intention of cancelling or delaying our order.

Dear Sir or Madam,

Airbus Military, a division of VRL GmbH, would like to inform you that your scheduled orders for Airbus Military A400M transport aircraft are proceeding normally.

As per the original arrangements, the deliveries are expected to begin the upcoming month; under the original contract, you are to receive 10 Airbus Military A400M, with the option for 5 more, at the price of €1.25 billion for the original order plus €600 million if the option is taken. Deliveries are scheduled to begin, at a rate of 2 aircraft per month, on June 2010.

Airbus Military is currently willing to re-negotiate the terms of the contract as far as deliveries and payment dates are concerned, though we are weary over re-negotiating the volume of aircraft ordered, or the price of the contract. However, we can mediate to ensure that our customers gain access to financial aid in the form of loans by associated banking or investment institutes if necessary.

We look forward to your reply.

ArmsCoop would like to negiotiate a partnership with VRL, for the co-production of the J-11 Peregrine 4th Generation Jet Fighter. The contract is estimated to be worth around $30 billion, and would involve the construction of 50 of the aforementioned Jet fighter, complete with spare parts, for the exclusive use by the People's Republic of Havenshire. We are happy to offer our own extensive aerospace construction facilities and expertise, however, for any civillian aerospace projects that VRL would like to produce for use in Havenshire or export. We are willing to consider alternative terms, though they may be subject to Havenshire business law and Central Congress oversight.

We are interested in purchasing a variety of aircraft to replace ageing craft in our fleet. We request a quote prior to signing any contracts and all supplied craft should come with 30 year maintenance and service feed included. The aircraft should be flown to Aydala Sky Base (ASB) in southeastern Karakhstan for delivery.

Requested craft:

2 A350 models equipped for VIP travel, long range models
7 A319 models with options for 5 for national carrier Avionovia (the Government of Karakhstan will act on behalf of the Avianova corporation for the purchase)

2 aircraft outfitted as aerial refuelling tankers. We are not sure which model would best fit the requirements and thus hope that your company can properly consult us on that matter. These tankers would replace our 707 tankers and if they perform well after initial testing we may be interested in more.

Please send a sales team to Almatii for consultation and a sales presentation. All flights and accommodations will be paid for by the Government of Karakhstan; please provide invoices upon return.

We look forward to new business.

VRL companies Airbus, Airbus Military and VRL Defence & Security will be pleased to conduct business with Avianova & Karakhstan. Your commercial order has been processed as follows. Your military order is currently being further processed given the absence of certain information, as follows.

Airbus - A VRL Company
The company has received the Avianova request for commercial aircraft and has dispatched a sales team as requested. Summarised below is the original request for offers for confirmation. Our facilities can engage in production of the requested aircraft upon the signing of the relevant contract and a deposit of one-fifth (1/5) the total cost, and will resume based on the deposit of instalments as agreed by Airbus and Avianova.

7x Airbus A319
2x Airbus A350
OPTION - 5x Airbus A319

Airbus Military - A VRL Company

Your request for two unspecified aerial refuelling tankers is currently being processed. The company has dispatched a sales team for the presentation of the Airbus Military A400M, in its default non-tanker configuration possessing a ferry range of 8710 km (proper range 6390 km @ 20t payload, 4540 km @ 30t payload, 3298 km @ max payload) as well as the Airbus A330, which in its commercial configuration has ranges more comparable to the original 707 used by the Karakhstani air force reaching a maximum range of 13430 km at full load for the A330-200 variant. At this stage a presentation of products and non-binding offer will be made for evaluation by the Karakhstani Air Forces.

After initial discussions following the presentations the Republic of Karakhstan Sky Force would like to draw up a contract for 2 aerial refuelling tankers of the A330 type, preferring the payload and range capabilities over the A400M. However, impressed with the regular capabilities of the A400M, they would also like to place an order for 5 such cargo planes.

Avianova will also proceed with its order of A319s. There was a minor mixup in the order and it should be noted that the two A350s requested are not for Avianova, but rather the Government of Karakhstan. These two craft would be used for VIP transport of government officials, including the President. They should thus be equipped with all standard safety and security features that typically come with such packages.

We look forward to receiving the final products and do request a timetable for completion, which should be included in the contract to encourage timely production and to avoid late delivery payment penalties.

Your request has been approved for both the A330 refuelling tankers as well as the A400M transport. We can deliver your seven planes on a monthly basis, assuming advance payment and proper funding of the construction.
