| The World Belt Initiative is a strategic initiative of the Republic of Tianlong for the improvement of its trade links with countries around the world, which are mainly located on or near its Tianlong latitude. For this geographical reason the commercial initiative is called the "belt". Starting from the development of transport and logistics infrastructures, the Tianlong strategy aims to promote its role in global trade relations, favoring the flows of international investments and commercial outlets for the production of the republic itself. The initiative for an organic plan for marritimi connections was announced by President Zhuan Lingxin, at the same time as the proposal to establish the Tianlong Investment Bank for Infrastructures, endowed with a capital of over 100 billion Euromark, of which the Republic of Tianlong would be the main shareholder.

Countries are allowed to take part in the project and also become members of the TIB, participating in it with their own share of the investments. Each investment request will be screened by the Tianlong Investment Bank before the disbursement of the capital and the start of the investment can be granted.

The development of high speed rail links focused on transporting freight and raw materials and also the expansion of existing rail networks between Tekax, Amatenango de la Frontera, Tepehuan and Progreso.

2. The development of high speed rail links between the three aforementioned cities with a specific cargo function, and the expansion of existing cargo rail networks to accommodate and expedite increasing shipping between the cities contemplated in item 1 as part of the World Belt Initiative; and​
3. The general amelioration of links between the Pelasgian Basilisk and Meridian Sea coastlines, where Attaleia and Methoni are located, as well as between the two ends of the Propontine Straits, to reduce international shipping time and costs through Pelasgia.​

To this end we propose the following measures as part of a plan for Josefino involvement in the World Belt Initiative, which we believe shall drastically increase trade infrastructure within San José and provide a rapid return of investment for all parties:

• The expansion of the commercial harbor facilities of the Josefino cities of Palmira and Costa Ron with the goal of expanding their capacity for international trade as part of the World Belt Initiative to and from Tianlong via the Pelasgian cities of Propontis and Methoni, and the Natalian city of San Juan, respectively;

Point 4 is not economically attractive for the TIB, having said that, all our investments in any case do not aim exclusively at a mere economic return. For this reason, The Celestial Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Tianlong still believes that it is necessary to invest in the security of the Republic of Dravania in order to create a stable relationship of friendship between our two nations. Liao Jianhong, the foreign minister himself, defined point 4 as fundamental for the security and stability of a geographical area that is often subject to violent combats. To the attention of the Hon. Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the @Tianlong Republic, and the Board of Directors of Tianlong Investment Bank.​

Honourable Ladies and Gentlemen,

The Pelasgian Republic would like to officially state its interest in participating in the World Belt Initiative. We regard this initiative as great positive step toward global mercantile and economic integration, as well as the promotion of international cooperation and mutual prosperity.

To this end we propose the following measures as part of a plan for Pelasgia and its protected states (namely Euxenia and Caria) to become involved in the World Belt:​

1. The expansion of the port capacity of the Pelasgian cities of Propontis, Scutari and Thermi, and the expansion of high-speed cargo rail between them, with a view to facilitating the rapid transport of goods to and from Tianlong through Pelasgia both in terms of capacity and efficiency;​
2. The expansion of the Euxenian city of Kerasond and the construction of LNG terminals therein to facilitate the export of cheap natural gas and the import of iron and steel from Tianlong, as well as other goods into Himyar;​
3. The expansion and modernisation of rail links between the Propontis-Scutari-Thermi axis and Nikaia, to facilitate the export of Tianlong goods to Germania and Gallia through Pelasgia both in terms of capacity and efficiency; and​
4. The general amelioration of links between the Basilisk and Meridian Sea coastlines of Pelasgia and Euxenia, where Kerasond and Evosmos are located, as well as between the two ends of the Propontine Straits, to reduce international shipping time and costs through Pelasgia for Tianlong exports and imports.​
