@CCCR Proposal

The Diplomatic Chambers congratulates the leadership of the CCL following recent proceedings within. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the General Secretary and their leadership, and thank them especially for advancing the cause of humanitarian movements.

The Chambers also continues to appreciate the consistent policy of the Oneidan nation over the genocidal instincts of the Averinish regime, which no doubt are policy serving as a great bastion of peace and humanity. It is on this peaceful background including certain foreign policy inclinations then, that we consider the proposal communicated to us by his excellency, Commissar Oliver Holland.

With due regard and diligence, we find good faith in the people of the CCCR with their invitation, and shall send forthwith, a delegation of great esteem led by the Grand Chancellor accompanied with retinue from each Ministry in the Imperial Court. In summary, the Court has agreed in a general sense that cooperation with our counterparts in Oneida remains the only correct means for peace in Europe.

Please be aware that the Court will be investing some personalities to advance the cause of legitimising the recognition of the new polity in Matambaland, as a gesture of our appreciation for the CCCR's alignment with the Chambers on the position of the Averinish atrocity in the Kingdom.

SUBJECT: Strengthening of Ties and a Formal Trade Agreement

Salam va arz-e adab and Nín hǎo,

On behalf of His Supreme Majesty, The Shahdom of Talashan recognises that the Empire of Yuan Guo has accomplished a great diplomatic triumph in bringing the Averin Regime to heel. We commend this accomplishment and the deft manoeuvring underpinning it, though we recognise also, as the Empire may also do so, that the Averin Regime has only been temporarily thwarted, not permanently brought under control.

To that end, in my capacity as the First Chadar of the Office of the Supreme Voice, I wish to extend to Your Excellency an entreaty to begin negiotiations for a Formal Trade Agreement, conducted via our Office of Trade. Historically and presently we have always been eager and respectful clients of the Empire of Yuan Guo, and the Blue Roads that bring Silk and Spice to the West always begin at the benevolent feet of the Empire and its Mandarins, and pass through our grateful hands, so that the Empire and its servants need not be sullied by excessive interaction with the Far West.

It thus will not seem odd or untoward to formalise a new and improved trade agreement will be discussed and potentially established between our two nations. Our markets are always hungry for fresh commerce from the East, and we humbly offer the silver and gold of our lands, as well as other trinkets, in exchange for this.

But the true purpose of these negotiations will be to secure a closer political arrangement between the Empire and the Shahdom. In these tumultuous times, it is important to be sure of one's friends and allies. We sincerely hope that the Empire will remember and recognise the service and friendship our peoples have enjoyed over the centuries, barring the occasional blip.

To that end we hope to secure a mutual understanding and agreement with regards to mutual defence of our interests abroad, be they commercial or political, with an eye towards the growing influence of the Averin Regime and its proxies, as well as the potential threat of unwelcome anti-capitalist and anti-monarchist forces.

We would be most grateful to be allowed to visit the Empire to achieve these ends, though if the Empire prefers we would also be glad to welcome their envoys in our own lands.

We await your response as humble supplicants before the Fu Ren Imperial Court,

Respectfully Yours,
Lena Soltani
First Chadar of the Office of the Supreme Voice

Strengthening of Ties and a Formal Trade Agreement

The Diplomatic Chambers observes the proposal being made before the Imperial Court by the great Shahdom of @Talashan. And sends its best regards to His Supreme Majesty, and those who serve and bear allegiance to his suzerainty. We also send our regards to the First Chadar of the Office of the Supreme Voice, excellency Lena Soltani.

In the course of our historical affairs, Yuan Guo has always prioritized peace as the utmost and the above all. We express our gratitude that the Supreme Voice reflects the wisdom held by the Court in Da Qiao, and equally so, share our position regarding the Averinish contention. On the agenda of improving our economic relationship, the Ministry of Province is prepared to meet the terms of the Shahdom for a fair mutually beneficial trade deal.

And we do task the Shahdom as to the exact terms that this proposal may entail, and to that end, the exact posture of the Shahdom in relation to the proposal for mutual aims on limiting the influence of the Averinish regime. While, the Empire is committed to peace, the rising threat and bellicose foreign policy of the Regime in Harrowgate, as seen in its recent drills and deployments, must surely require the contemplation for a proactive but flexible policy.

In our recent negotiations with the Averinish regime, we shall reveal in strict confidence to the Shahdom that the Averinish are a hardy bunch of peoples, and do not easily succumb to proposals or policy that may weaken their leaders in Harrowgate. Thusly, a wise hand would seek to question first, the exact policy and posture to deal with the regime, and so we ask of the Shahdom, the vision of the Supreme Voice on this matter.

In Peace, Prosperity, and Friendly Power. We eagerly await your reply.

On the Alleged Attack against our Diplomats in Cunill

The Diplomatic Chambers is disappointed by parties which purport to excite racist, fascist or any other politically motivated attack against those detained in Azilia for an alleged attack against our diplomats in Cunill. For however long the duration of investigations into the cause of illness that has impacted 15 diplomats in our Embassy in Cunill, we urge all members of society, both locally and abroad not participate in this predatory witch hunt against the CCCR, which does no good for world peace, a policy the Diplomatic Chambers is forever committed to.

While, it is easy to condemn, on what basis has condemnation been made?

As of today, no word, substance, written or said, has been published by the CCCR to claim responsibility for the alleged attack against Yuanese diplomatic personnel, an allegation put forward by the Azilian authorities in their recent arrests.

Therefore, we do not find any reason to hold the @CCCR in contempt nor to condemn them for any provocation. It is soundly concluded from our side at least, that we as of now, find no basis for any cause that would move the scope of investigations in the direction of the Oneidans. Indeed, while we acknowledge the efforts of Azilian authorities, our recommendation to investigators in @Azilia would be to narrow the scope of their investigations towards the possibility of negligence on the part of the restauranteur.

We will continue to monitor the situation as it develops.

The absence of a public claim of responsibility by the CCCR does not constitute evidence of innocence. It is well understood within intelligence and security disciplines that covert actors particularly those engaged in deniable operations rarely issue acknowledgments claiming ownership unlike terrorist organizations which frequently wish to be known as actors in diabolical operations. To suggest otherwise reflects either a misunderstanding of such operations or a deliberate attempt to obscure them. The Yuan Embassy’s recommendation to redirect investigative focus toward restaurant negligence is noted, but premature and unsupported by the evidence presently available. While all avenues remain under review, no credible findings to date indicate accidental or sanitary causes consistent with the pattern and severity of the illnesses observed from the high scale establishment.

These detentions were carried out following a coordinated intelligence and forensic operation, supported by material evidence, communications intercepts, and financial tracing consistent with external sponsorship. The individuals in custody were not selected randomly but have ties to the GLC and the greater CCCR intelligence apparatus.

Betreff / Subject: Railway between Zalonarus and Lágárlönd

Your Imperial Majesty, Esteemed Grand Chancellor Liu,

On behalf of Seiner Kaiserlichen Majestät Kaiser Philipp V von Homburg-Gosta, Kanzler Bastian Wiltberger, and the government and people of Eiffelland, I as Minister of Foreign Affairs and Vice-Chancellor of Eiffelland send warm greetings and salutations to you, as well as the Fu Ren Imperial Court, and the Government and the people of the Yuan Empire.

I would like to ask your attention to the following. We understood that the construction of a railway between Zalonarus and Lágárlönd is currently being planned. We have the impression that we might be of good help with this endeavour.

Eiffelland is a country with a wide variety in landscapes. The Alps in the South, hilly landscapes, the swamps in the Northwest. Everywhere we built railroads, through the granite of the Alps, over impressive valleybridges, and over the swamps with their challenges emerging from a weak soil. We built a high-speed rail network through Eiffelland, as well as the cargo rail network that has to withstand the heavy trains with iron ore and steel from the iron mines in Thorsringen. I would like to introduce the companies that made this possible: Baugesellschaft Strunck & Riesel A.G., Baugesellschaft Bartsch & Von Gedern A.G. (specialised in tunnel construction and underwater construction) and Krupper Stahl A.G. These companies can bring in the needed expertise to build the railway between Zalonarus and Lágárlönd, and therefore are interested in being involved in the construction of said railway.

The CEOs of these companies would like to give more information on this task themselves. would that be possible?

Yours sincerely,

Signed and Sealed,
