The Republic of Ostmark, in light of recent concerns raised by the @Hanseatic Republics , wishes to clarify the nature of the Ostmark-Tarusa Non-Aggression Pact and Treaty for Economic Cooperation. This pact is a significant step towards fostering economic cooperation and de-escalating tensions in the Gothic Sea region.

Contrary to any misgivings, the agreement does not grant Tarusan military forces access to the territory of the Republic of Ostmark, or viceversa. The primary focus of the pact lies in establishing peaceful relations and enhancing economic collaboration, in a peaceful economic and political environment, as opposed to the previously existing condition of reciprocal distrust and hostility between the Republic of Ostmark and the Empire of @Tarusa .

The Republic of Ostmark emphasizes that this initiative is aimed at building bridges, not walls. It is designed to promote stability and cooperation, ensuring that the Gothic Sea becomes a region characterized by prosperity, understanding, and shared opportunities.

Esteemed Friend and Most Honorable Maria Holler, Minister, Auswärtiges Amt,

Our Union wishes to reiterate its warm regards for Ostmark and its new Republic. Furthermore, the Hanseatic Republics which to admire and strength and resolve required to continuously seek to build bridges instead of walls between its partners both near and far. Yet the manner in which Ostmark has proceeded to build bridges with the Tarusan nation so soon after the invasion of the Hanseatic Republics is both tone deaf and callous. Many fellow Germans have died in the defense of their nation while the Ostmark Germans sat and watched. Immediately after hostilities, Ostmark has turned to build stronger relations with the nation that embarked on a hostile campaign upon its neighbor.

Whilst the Republic of Ostmark wishes to build its bridges in the name of stability and cooperation, there can be no stability nor cooperation when the prerequisites for it have not been fulfilled. Proverbially speaking, Ostmark wishes to put the cart before the horse. This is folly. The Hanseatic Republics have and will act accordingly to actions it deems foolish and a threat to the security of the region.

It is the opinion of the Hanseatic Republics that the Gothic Sea region can become a region characterized by prosperity, understanding, and shared opportunities, but not while the Empire of Tarusa continues to engage in the activities that created such poverty, animosity, and division in the first place. Judging by the most recent regional confrontations, the Empire of Tarusa has not ceased this behavior and yet the Republic of Ostmark deems it worthy to reward this behavior. The Ostmark-Tarusa Non-Aggression Pact and Treaty for Economic Cooperation is a clear signal to the Hanseatic Republics that Ostmark is no friend to them, yet whether or not an enemy it is unclear but the possibility of Tarusa's use of Ostmark's territory to wage war cannot be discounted. One thing is clear, one cannot extend a hand to a tiger while its head is in its mouth.

Formally, the Republic of Ostmark's inability to see beyond its desires for economic growth, regardless of the partnerships it engages in is disappointing and will lead to soured relations between the common German peoples. The rather tone deaf and poor ability of your diplomats to understand its neighbors is disappointing.

The Hanseatic Republics will proceed as follows, in that the best interests of our Union are not with the Republic of Ostmark and formalized long term security checks will be installed and distrust yet again sowed not seen since your days of sorrow. The Republic of Ostmark must re-earn its trust with the greater peoples of Gallo-Germania, albeit general Gallo-Germanian conduct has continued to lean from dishonorable to conceited when regarding relations with the Empire of Tarusa as evidenced by the fall of CETO and the failures in regard for the Anglian conflict.

To resume better relations with the Hanseatic Republics, and before any greater collaboration may be had, the Republic of Ostmark must cancel its treaty with the Empire of Tarusa or else forever be known as the people which turned their backs upon its fellow German people.

Yet, with great consideration, I have the privilege to bestow upon you, Your most honorable Minister, the assurances of my particular personal respect, and assistance in further relations between our nations,

Following the affairs that have transpired between the powers of the world, and the conflict between the Republic of Tianlong and the Angliarique Empire, and the issues that have arisen of yet another failure of the European Forum that this time included the island itself being subjugated to extreme crisis. Given that the European Forum has been evacuated of personnel, leaving the facilities and the entity itself completely shuttered, and its historical track record for failure, and lastly that the Frescanian island is currently under a joint military authority between the Empire of Tarusa and The Federation.

We believe it is time for a new establishment to be formed, from the ashes of the European Forum a new supranational entity, with the hopes of being able to draw laws and conventions to perhaps while not end conflict in the world, at least be able to bring civilized voice back into the world. Emperor Konstantin and Prime Minister Bakhmeteff seek a meeting in Wien between nations of this world to attempt and establish a new entity to supplant the corrupt European Forum and leave its stains in the the history books of students instead of on this planet. If the Republic of Ostmark does not wish to host such a meeting, we will seek an alternative venue in Villanueva, Ebria.

For the formation of this new entity we do not seek the voices of this world, just a select few, for if too many have a say immediately than there will be no hopes of this organization ever forming. Take our extended hand, and lets build a world for the future starting now.

The Tiburan Empire, while lamenting the apparent failure of the European Forum, nevertheless welcomes this new overture toward civilised dialogue among states. We gladly accept your proposal and hope that our participation in this organisation will help to avoid the sorts of mistakes that led to the demise of the European Forum.

We are amenable to both of the proposed locations and, if the Governments of Ostmark and Ebria are not willing or able to host the meeting, we are willing to offer Propontis as an alternative instead.

We stand by our marked disapproval of removing Tarusa from the European Forum and our exit in solidarity after them. That broken body in Frescania, an island and people that was once so great, failed to serve as a haven or common ground and instead became nothing more than a filthy clothesline for airing unwashed lamentations and condemnations.

In that EF body's failure remains so very many unresolved conflicts from the Serault, to the Lethonian, to the Bonaventura Bay. Many have died in the absence of communication and we will remember those voices that will never be heard again as closely as we do our partners still alive in the Hanseatan. With that, let it be known, that folk advisors from Hanseatan will accompany us wherever this new attempt at international conference is made.

Ebria has always been a proponent of a rules based international order that can provide a template for all the nations of the world, irrespective of their culture, language, religion, government system and ideology, to thrive in peace, stability and trade. We have been strong proponents of the European Forum especially because it offered to be an attempt to police such international relations and to mediate any potential issues that might appear such as disputes, crises or other elements. We thus have been adamant in creating the Security Council and hoping that it will force the betterment and improvement of the international scene. It has been a deep disapointment for us to see how it has all but collapsed.

We do believe the Forum was, is and will continue to be necessary and thus we support any project to revive it. Should the Republic of Ostmark not agree to host it, we will happily host it in Villanueva and allow it to be fully under Ebrian protection so as to not fall unto aggression again as the naivity of the permanently neutral island has proved to be nothing but foolishness.

The Federation is willing to attend a meeting on the future of the European Forum, but we must ask that whoever hosts this meeting, be it @Ostmark , @Pelasgia or @Ebria , that officials from our friend and ally the @Hanseatic Republics be allowed to attend and speak with the same weight as any other nation attending this meeting will. Without this, it will be much harder to convince my superiors that this meeting is worth time spent.

The Republic of Ostmark will gladly host the meeting at the Palast der Republik in Wien, as a neutral ground for peaceful dialogue and understanding between the nations that wish to take part to it. Since we are merely offering a space for peaceful and fruitful discussion, we have no issues with the participation of the @Hanseatic Republics or the representatives of any other nation that wish to participate.

We hope that this will be the first of a series of international diplomatic conferences to provide nations with a neutral ground for discussion and an opportunity to discuss their issues and and conflicts within the frameworks of mutual respect and understanding.

The Hanseatic Republics in their continued aspirations for global peace and tranquility between nations gives its thanks to its neighbor the Republic of Ostmark for their open invitation to all willing nations to be in attendance. Furthermore, our gratitude is extended to our friend and ally the Federation of Westernesse for seeking greater inclusion in the discussion process of these monumental peace conferences.

On this note of thanks, our Union would like confirm its attendance in any diplomatic series of talks designed to solve the problems of the European Forum and the lack of such a space to promote such peace talks.
