Pelasgian Union
Ministry of Foreign Affairs
TOP SECRET
To the attention of the Hon. Minister of Foreign Affairs of @Bajorország
Propontis, 6 May 2021

Honourable Mr. Schönbrunn,

The Pelasgian Union is most concerned at the recent developments in your country, as well as the speed with which certain segments of the international community have rushed to recognize illegally and unilaterally formed countries, whose self-declarations of independence contravene international law and can therefore not found sovereignty. We consider this to be part of a broader attempt by subversive and destructive forces expressed by these segments to subvert and destroy the present multipolar order of Europe, in favour of a unipolar order dominated by themselves. Pelasgia cannot abide by this.
As such, I have been instructed by my Government to offer Pelasgia's most sincere support to Bajorország in this time of crisis that it faces. Though domestic realities constrain Pelasgia's ability to fully come to your aid, the Government of Pelasgia is prepared to offer intelligence and diplomatic support; more concretely, we are ready to offer materiel at a reduced rate and through accelerated routes. Given Pelasgia's dominance in the maritime trade sector, it should not come as a surprise to you that we can make such deliveries discretely and rapidly. Moreover, Pelasgian military and security contractors, who are formally independent of but closely intertwined with our Government, are ready to assist Bajorország - indeed, Pelasgia would be willing to help Bajorország to lift some of the burden for their services. General Security S.A., our largest such company, has already offered its services to you in a separate letter.
Please allow me, Honourable Minister, the honour of offering you my most distinguished salutations; please also extend the greetings of His Excellency, the President of the Pelasgian Union, to your own Head of State.

Signed and sealed,

Panagiotis Kassiopoulos
Minister of Foreign Affairs
Government of Pelasgia

The Pelasgian Union and Bajorország share common values and common geopolitical needs. The Kovács Government thanks your government for its correspondence as it is most pleased to receive this message from your new State. There is a need for countries such as our own to work in the interests of each other, and as such our government finds it satisfactory to work together in this struggle, as well any aid your own government might need in its phoenix-like form.

This Government, will accept any aid that the Pelasgian Union can afford to assist with. In return, Bajorország will kindly keep our ports open to the Pelasgian Navy to use as hubs if need be. Additionally, Bajororzság is open to any assistance that may be necessary in Pelasgia. Be that diplomatic, military, or trade related.

Prime Minister Kovács is thankful for your assistance and would love to visit Pelasgia in the future.

Sincerely,
Karl Friedrich Schönbrunn
Foreign Minister

TOP SECRET
To the attention of the Hon. Minister of Foreign Affairs of @Bajorország

Honourable Mr. Schönbrunn,

The Pelasgian Union is profoundly displeased at the illegal actions undertaken by Remion and other rogue states in undermining the national sovereignty of Bajororzság, particularly through the enforcement of an illegal no-fly zone without precedent or basis in international law.
For this reason, the Pelasgian Union has decided to lend your country 6 (SIX) PS-300 anti-aircraft batteries which were held in stockpile after their replacement by the PS-400 in Pelasgian service. The PS-300 ( ) is a highly advanced and modern system, which can detect, engage, and neutralize a plethora of modern airborne threats and aircraft within a range of 1,000 km (620 mi) away travelling at up to 10,000 km/h (6,200 mph). It can also detect and neutralize cruise missile class targets up to 300 km (190 mi) away.
The General Security S.A. forces to be deployed in your country are trained in the use of this system, and will be able to train your own forces in using it. We expect the General Security detachment to arrive in Bajororzság in four days at the latest, along with the PS-300 batteries, which will be imported via a privately owned freighter under a Pelasgian ensign, which is owned by a shell company controlled by the State Security Service (YKA) of the Pelasgian Union.
The Pelasgian Union would further recommend direct cooperation with @Tarusa and other sympathetic states.

Signed and sealed,

Panagiotis Kassiopoulos

The Pannonian People are likewise displeased and outraged at the Government of Remion for their implementation of the no-fly zone. Thus far the Kovács Government has seen it ill-suited to challenge it beyond diplomatic measures with the Pannonian Air Forces stressing that it does not have air-parity with the Remion Air Force and would rather refrain from risking valuable air assets to challenge the Remian resolve.

It it our hope that we may be able to stall or suspend the no-fly zone under the guise of peace talks, which may or may not be successful; however, regardless of their success will allow precious time to allow for foreign assets to fly into the region if need be.

The Kovács Government thanks you for the lease of your anti-air units and will immediately put them to good use in West Zara.

Lastly, we are in agreement with the assessment of further cooperation with the Tarusan Government. We would volunteer Kispest as a location to host talks for a more solid foundation between all our nations. Should this prove acceptable, or the location deemed too risky, our Government is also prepared to travel.

Sincerely,
Karl Friedrich Schönbrunn
Foreign Minister
