President Kaname speaks in Siyang

The hall in Metropolitan Shouzhen State University was packed as President Kaname spoke before students in the besieged city today to give them an insight into his country's understanding of current events in world politics. The President, who not even a year ago was elected into power on a platform of standing up for constitutional freedoms both domestic and abroad, spoke for one and a half hours before taking questions by the interested students.

In his speech, Kaname reaffirmed his commitment to the values that have been enshrined in the constitution since 1950 and also talked about the persisting problems in the Sinosphere.

"As I speak to you today in a besieged city, I am once again reminded of what is at stake. I am in a city where I am able to speak freely, where I can be heard, yet only a few steps outside the borders of this city I cannot speak, I am silenced. It is the starkest contrast one can imagine, it is the contrast defining the differences between our two systems. Here you are and can agree or disagree with me, voice your agreement or consent, there your only option is to listen and obey. Listen and obey - that is the mantra of the past, but it is a past we most firmly reject."

Kaname also spoke about the special relation between Siyang and Touzen, referencing the past between the two countries that was dominated by occupation and exploitation.

"Of course I am also here speaking as a representative of a country that has done injustice in the past, of a country that has caused intolerable suffering to people whom many of you here will call grandpa or grandma. My country however is committed to redeeming itself, and it has an obligation to do so, has an obligation towards you. It has been the policy of this nation in the past and it will continue to be the policy of this nation in the future to regard any attack upon these free cities as an attack upon the Constitutional State itself, requiring a full retaliatory response by the latter in the defense of the former. Freedom is not negotiable. There is no alternative to freedom."

Finally, the Touzen President gave a prolonged reply to an inquiry after he finished talking to the students. When asked whether the continued maintenance of armed forces did not directly conflict with other goals such as maintaining healthcare and social security systems for all people in need, Kaname stated:

"I absolutely agree with you that maintaining powerful mechanisms to keep all people save are required, and my administration has pledged support to those in need, and I intend to live up to these pledges. However, at the same time, we need to keep in mind that we also need to maintain powerful mechanisms that defend a system where we can even talk about helping the poor, the sick. Freedom is not free, and we should not take it for granted. You notice it everyday, your country only exists because brave men are keeping guard at freedom's border. Only by maintaining defensive assets of unassailable strength, only by being prepared to, if need be, use these assets to their full potential to maintain the freedoms that are inherent to us all, can we create the liberty and lives of all our citizens and force the despots to the negotiation table. And therefore I say: only when freedom has triumphed everywhere on this globe, when the tree of liberty has been firmly planted in all these fertile grounds across the sea, can we finally turn the swords into plowshares."

Kaname answered questions for another two hours, extending the original planned thirty minutes by far, before departing back to Touzen to meet with representatives of the car industry.

"We had hoped that the President of Dongqian would make his visit a peaceful one, focusing on issues of education, economy and culture." The minister's shoulders drooped and he let loose a heavy sigh, "But we have come to accept that it is in the nature of the Dongqian government to provoke. I would remind President Kaname that the Sinosphere is not his playground. The people of the east clamor for unity, and Dongqian's grip on Siyang grows ever weaker. I am confident that reunification is drawing near. And I would guess that Kaname is feeling the pressure as well, hence his hurried visit."

Opinion: SOS - Sinhai's Autocrats on the High Seas
by Mori Ayumu (
森 歩夢)

It was to be expected that the regime in Sinhai would not be able to get away with deporting its own citizens, and rightfully so. For too long has the Imperial government denied essential freedoms like the freedom of assembly, speech and political participation to a significant part of its population and has frequently worked against those that thought to help achieve these freedoms for the people of Sinhai. So far, so bad. What we see now however, can only baffle the intelligent onlooker: what were they thinking?

Indeed, what were they thinking? There was no doubt whatsoever that the Carentanian government, the Worker's Republic, would detain the ship that had embarked with these victims of political oppression as soon as it entered the national waters of this nation. The outcry by the regime in Siraana is hypocritical at best and outright stupid at worst. Yet one does not maintain a system efficient at oppressing the own population for several decades by being stupid. So what was the reason for deliberately letting the ship's crew be detained by Carentanian forces?

Clearly, as the Sinhese government was expecting the ship to be detained - how could it not have? - the entire affairs seems like foul play. A human sacrifice, if you so will. One only needs to look inside the Empire to realize that continuing social tensions caused by critical difference in income level and an oversized military-industrial complex that hampers the development of economic structures beneficial to large parts of the population, directly causes the underfunding of crucial fields such as education, have created an increasingly volatile domestic political scenery in the nation. What may have worked in the past is now increasingly becoming a burden for the autocratic technocrats that seek to continue deciding the fate of their people with an iron fist. By sacrificing a few sailors, Siraama has bought itself time, has diverted attention, by directing public outrage to the outside, hiding its own domestic failures behind the illustrious cause of national unity. Yet history has shown us that such maneuvers only work for so long - at one point, domestic issues cannot be ignored anymore.

Sinhai would be well advised to take appropriate steps to accommodate to the needs of its people now instead of waking up with a headache tomorrow.

Government Emergency Meeting over Trans-Nineveh

The Kaname Cabinet has convened for an emergency meeting in the capital of Nokanawa one hour ago to discuss the latest developments in the developing hostage crisis in Trans-Nineveh. A spokesperson for the Office of the Lord Protector stated that "Lord Protector Kaname is highly concerned about the recent developments in Trans-Nineveh and the safety of foreign citizens in the country. He appeals to the leaders in Trans-Nineveh to take appropriate steps for the maintenance of international law and reminds the government of Trans-Nineveh of its responsibility to guarantee the inherent rights of both its own citizens as well as those of foreign nationality residing within the borders of Trans-Nineveh. It is for this reason that Lord Protector Kaname has called for a Cabinet meeting to discuss the further response of the government in regards to this matter."

Thus far, the Constitutional State has not made a statement about the looming crisis in the South Himyari country that began days ago with the expulsion of Engellex citizens from Trans-Nineveh. Since then, despite international backlash, the regime in Trans-Nineveh has taken the Jurzani embassy personnel hostage and later on announced that it would prevent the Serbovian embassy staff from withdrawing from the country.

Even though Kaname is only expected to go before the press later this afternoon, rumors are already going rampant that Nokanawa might cut diplomatic relations with Trans-Nineveh. Kaname, who was elected on a platform of uncompromising commitment to the advance of human rights, seems to face his first challenge as the public eagerly awaits whether he will stay true to his election promises. Analysts already say that a weak statement by the Kaname government could seriously hurt the reputation of the Lord Protector and possibly endanger the long-term stability of his administration.

L.P. KANAME, Hiroshi
12/3/2011

"With regret I have received the information earlier this day that the government of Trans-Nineveh has opted to take measures to detain the embassy staffs of several nations, denying their governments the natural right to withdraw them if they so see fit. In the eyes of the Constitutional State, this behavior poses a serious transgression against the rules of international diplomacy that, quite apart from the moment, could have dangerous consequences for dealing with the government of Trans-Nineveh in a diplomatic fashion in the future.

Our government stands in solidarity with our allies in Serbovia as well as all nations that have been subjected to restrictions on the freedom of movement of their embassy staff, and I have instructed the Ministry of Revolutionary Defense and Foreign Affairs to contact the governments of affected nations to coordinate our approach to the current situation.

I also express my severe disapproval of Ko-I-Nuur's announcement to execute Jurzani embassy staff, and I expect the government of Trans-Nineveh to release those currently held as prisoners at once. I echo the growing chorus of international voices that shows no understanding for the current fashion in which Ko-I-Nuur has opted to conduct its international diplomacy.

I call upon the government of Trans-Nineveh to at once restore the diplomatic immunity of embassy staff on the site and guarantee the safe passage of both diplomatic personnel as well as civilians that currently reside in the country. I call upon General Khan to respect the national sovereignty of the affected nations and urge his government to take concrete steps towards rectifying the current situation in the fastest possible fashion.

I have also resolved that until further notice, all non-essential personnel will be withdrawn from our embassy in Ko-I-Nuur, and I have already instructed the appropriate channels to prepare for executing these measures. This government has confidence that General Khan will respect the decisions of this government and will not contribute to a further escalation of the situation at hand.

In the upcoming days and weeks, this government will closely cooperate with our PASILA allies to coordinate all appropriate steps that have to be taken to safeguard our national interests and the interests of our international friends.

Thank you."

The Union Directory and the Serbovian people express their thanks to our stalwart allies in Touzen for their solidarity in this matter. As long as the banners of the democratic world fly high - with Serbovian and Touzen ones side by side as the finest and shiniest - oppression will never overcome us.

The government of Akwesasne under Prime Minister Joseph Hendrick with the agreement of the Chief Governor is entierly disturned by the actions Trans-Nineveh has taken upon its own people and the citizens not belonging to their land at all. That's why our trade embargo has been placed in effect on the Himyari nation taking into consideration that Akwesanan citizens, as well as people from other free nations and other nations abroad, could be in danger. We will do all that we can to get our people home.

Opinion: The Free Man's Burden
by Hidehisa Kōmura (
尾辻 正彦)

It has been over six decades since the great visionary of liberty Yamagata Tarō, the first Lord Protector of this sacred Constitutional State, formulated what would later become known as the Free Man's Burden. Yamagata said what is today self-evident: that a man, once freed from the shackles of Kantian self-incurred tutelage, has the obligation to release the chains of his brother as well. That is the basic premise upon which this great nation was founded, that is the basic premise we today still proudly affirm as free citizens and free human beings.

There are those that have been freed from their shackles and ascended towards the light, but betrayed those that still dwell in the shadows looking up to the stars above, hoping for salvation to come by their illuminating grace. Those that only broke their own chains, but in an egoistic defiance of history opted to leave others in chains, have betrayed sacrifices made everywhere by mankind to advance the position of freedom. If anything, these people are our true enemies today, for the slaveholders at least have openly positioned themselves in the struggle between good and evil, light and darkness. The Free Man who ignores his obligations however is a more cunning foe, for he proclaims to stand on the side of freedom, but he aids tyranny. And as his words speak of the liberty of mankind, his hands tie the robes tighter around those that seek to attain the very same freedom he enjoys. Like Judas from the Christian bible, he is without hope for redemption, for he has already committed the greatest sin.

Nobody ever said that being a Free Man was easy or pleasant. It is far from either, it is a terrible burden to struggle for all your life. It is a never-ending fight. It is not a state of mind of peace, but a state of mind of torment in the knowledge that tyranny out there still exists. The term 'Free Man': an abomination itself. From birth on, we have all been graced with the gift of liberty. Freedom is inherent to mankind. Yet as man has enslaved man, being a 'Free Man' suddenly became a distinguishing feature. Thus the Free Man's Burden is also a path towards returning mankind towards a state of humanity: for as long as the enemies of liberty still draw breath, there can be no peace, and as long as free men exist, we have a burden and an obligation that reminds us everyday: freedom is not free.

Freedom in Franken: An Interview

We meet the Free Man Alfred Steiner (27), who has been working with the Freedom Foundation since 2005, over a Cappuccino in the 'State of the Art '68' in downtown Nürnberg. Steiner is a slender young man with short-trimmed hair, a pair of small, round glasses who speaks with a calm and friendly voice.

FF: How did you become interested in politics?

Steiner: Well, I have always been active in the IT scene, I participated in hacker congresses, was active in forums and usenet...At one of these congresses - that was here in Nürnberg, in fact - I met Aad, who has become one of my best friends by now. We talked a bit and it turned out that his family had fled from Batavie in the '70s. That night I did a lot of research and was shocked. I hadn't imagined a place like that could exist.

FF: That was 6 years ago now.

Steiner: Yes, and a lot has happened since then. In Batavie, too: Aad was very touched when he could vote for the first time in his life. Well, in his own country anyway, since he had adopted Franconian citizenship alongside his family. I..

At this point a sound comes from the boxes of his Banana Radbook. Steiner looks down, hacks away on the keys, smiles and looks up again.

Steiner: Sorry, that was Aad right now. He just twättered me about a congress we plan to hold next week.

FF: What kind of congress?

Steiner: Well this one is about civil rights - statistics show that over the past 10 years, the amount of surveillance cameras in Nürnberg alone has doubled! That is quite shocking, isn't it? It is not just the direct infringement on privacy we have here, but this is also a serious problem for democracy: as people feel more controlled, they feel coerced into adopting the behavior society supposedly expects of them. Some people might even stop to use their rights such as freedom of assembly and freedom of speech. Well, as far as they exist, anyway. Since you have to register your political rallies here, quite a lot of them get denied permission.

FF: Why so?

Steiner: You can't forget that Franken is a Delegationist society. It's politics operate in a framework of party parliamentarism, so that is not the most terrible form of oppression out there, yes, but there is strong pressure to adopt to the values the state seeks to instill into its 'citizens'. I say 'citizens' since really - how free are they, anyway? That is what I am trying to change here, create some more real citizens. Free Men.

He laughs, leans back and glances at his Ragbook.

FF: So do you participate in a party? Are you a member of any political platforms?

Steiner: I do not believe in parties, since they are tools of the Delegationist status quo. I work with other free individuals that seek to change things on a grass-root level, I run a blog - Franconian Freedom - and I give talks at universities that permit me to do so. By helping to create Free Men who can think for themselves, who work outside of the boundaries of parliamentarism, I can help to bring about a freer society. Operating this way opens me so many avenues I would never have in parliament.

FF: We wish you best of luck with that, Free Man Steiner.

Opinion: No Deal with the Reds
by Mori Ayumu (
森 歩夢)

When I opened the newspaper this morning, I was more than a bit shocked to see that the Carentanian Commissariate for Foreign Affairs had issued a remark that can be described as nothing but apologetic and revisionist in nature. By Carentania! What had happened?

The Carentanians had released a statement in which they insisted that the junta currently exercising de facto control over the northern part of Ratomkira was "backed by popular support" and "a democratically legitimized government aiming for the liberation of its people" while the legal government of Ratomkira was a "cruel and oppressive dictatorship lacking any and all kind of legitimacy". Yes, this was published by an official Carentanian authority.

Now I don't know about you, but in my book a group that systematically prosecutes intellectuals, opposition activists and dissidents, indiscriminately tortures and kills men, women and children, disregards any notion of human rights in the conduct of its insurgency campaign and has created a totalitarian network of despair over the territories it has control over, is anything but aiming at liberating its people, let alone backed by popular support - otherwise there wouldn't be opposition forces that risk their lives in the defense of freedom. And the regime wouldn't have to prosecute them to begin with.

Of course the government of Ratomkira can be criticized, and I will be amongst the first to do so. Siem Khun must show clear commitment to continue on its path to democratization, to build efficient institutions for the inclusion of all its peoples into the democratic political process. It needs to find a solution to existing grievances of ethnic minorities and respect the cultural heritage of these groups. It needs to start investigations and press charges against those that have for far too long exploited the Ratomkiran people.

But Ratomkira is moving. Things are changing everyday, for the better. An incredible feat while facing against an enemy that seeks to destroy and kill instead of talk and rebuild. Democracy will not come from this foe. Siem Khun however has the seed of democracy within. Even if the people of Ratomkira first decide to work towards a Delegationist society, it will be an amazing step forward for freedom in all of Touyou, freedom that regional pariahs such as the People's Republic of Vangala fear, for nothing is stronger than the righteous fury of a downtrodden people.

In this light, the Carentanian communique shows that the Communists haven't learn anything yet. That they do not believe in what they preach. I still remember the slogans when Lord Protector Katsura visited Carentania in 1995. "Lord Protector to visit allies in liberty". "A partnership of peace." Shortly after, Lord Protector Katsura was history. He might have been fooled by the promises of the Reds, but the Touzen people weren't.

What can we learn from this? Basically, nothing new. The nature of the Communists is exactly as the broad majority of people in Touzen have always expected them to be. Our ongoing engagement in Ratomkira continues to be crucial in light of attempts to warp a murderous regime into a democratic white knight. And the All Citizens Congress knows what to do if it is to respect the will of the people: No Deal with the Reds.

All Citizens Congress debates the Orient's Nuclear Assets

Members of the All Citizens Congress today debated the increasingly versatile nuclear situation in Touyou, after the People's Republic of Vangala announced that it would pursue a nuclear program and the state-controlled news of Keida claimed that the autocratic one-party dictatorship had rediscovered a long-lost nuclear deterrent.

In a first statement before the highest assembly of all Free Men and Women of the Constitutional State, Lord Protector Kaname said that his government had "noted" the Keidan announcement and that "the appropriate channels are now carefully analyzing the matter". He continued to state that "the Constitutional State is highly concerned about any and all announcements that could lead to a deterioration of the security situation in Touyou. I expect any and all regimes threatening the peace of the region with nuclear weapons to desist from aggressive posturing and return to the negotiation table." At the same time however the Lord Protector also said that other options were on the table:

"Should the nuclear ambitions of any regime in an intolerable fashion infringe upon the interests of the Touzen people or their allies, I will be ready to instruct the responsible authorities to undertake any and all moves needed to maintain our security." Kaname refused to specify when asked what the comment entailed.

"At the moment there are no reasons to assume that the regime in Keida does, indeed, possess a nuclear deterrent of noticeable strength, as confirmed by our intelligence agencies and those of our allies. This announcement on part of the Keidan Republic however indicates that the regime seeks to boost its credibility by aggressive posturing on the international stage. This can only mean that the flawed dynamics of the state apparatus has begin to show first signs of failure that the regime seeks to compensate by creating enemies on the outside. Our commitment to Freedom is thus showing to be effective. All autocrats fear the voice of reason."

Members of the All Citizens Congress urged the Kaname government to show a clear commitment to preventing the creation of nuclear powers in Touyou.

"I think I speak for all those that have enabled me to speak for them here today when I say that the Constitutional State must absolutely prevent the rise of more nuclear powers in Touyou and that as Free Men, we need to stay true towards the dream of Post-Delegationism", said Yamada Takeshi. "I think that in light of these developments Touzen should finally commit to creating a nuclear deterrent on its own."

Yamada's statement was immediately opposed by other representatives who cautioned against such a move.

"Representative Yamada seems to forget that the policy of Nuclear Uncertainty has served us well in the past. As a progressive and Post-Delegationist society, we ought not summon the plague of man to face of against man. Let us be steadfast and pure in our resolve to make WMDs history - everywhere", countered Representative Eguchi Noboru.

The Constitutional State has maintained a policy of
Nuclear Uncertainty for over five decades, refusing to declare whether it maintains a nuclear deterrent or not. Experts generally believe that Touzen maintains one of the largest nuclear stockpiles and have pointed at leaked government files and satellite photos as evidence for their claims. The Ministry of Revolutionary Defense and Foreign Affairs refuses to comment on any matters pertaining nuclear defense.

The capitalist powers are showing disgusting hypocrisy in their treatment of the People's Republic of Vangala: Serbovia murders its own people while describing Vangala as a threat to peace and Touzen calls for international inspectors while lying about the existence of its own nuclear arsenal.

Completely clueless and unfounded accusations made by the Vangalan regime against the Union put aside, we note that the party most competent to cease the rumors and speculation about the status of the Vangalan nuclear program is Vangala itself. At the same time, we note that the Union itself has been thoroughly open in regards to its civil and military nuclear programs both.

Jurchen Five Sentenced to Death by Hanging

Justice prevailed today as the Jurchen Five have been sentenced to death for their abhorrent crimes against freedom. The Military Tribunal in Nokanawa found the defendants guilty on all charges of Murder, Terrorism, Sabotage, Espionage, Conspiracy against Freedom and Participation in a Communist Conspiracy. Participation in a Communist Conspiracy has been an offense on its own since 1942 as a response to the barbaric actions of the red murderers against the Imperial family.

The Jurchen Five is a term referring to five individuals that were apprehended in Fall 2006 shortly after a roadside bombing against a Touzen patrol in the Jurchen Republic that killed 5 citizens in the first line of defense and wounded 3 more, of whom one lost both his legs. The suspects were arrested in a nearby village after a short shootout. The men, ranging in age from between 20 to 48 at the time of the attack, consist of three native Jurchens, a Touzen-born Seoran man and another man that the prosecution has determined to be of Vangalan origin. Later investigations indicated a strong likelihood of an involvement of the People's Republic of Vangala in the planning and execution of the attack. The defendants had opted to stay silent throughout the trial, which started in 2007 and was one of the longest and most reported-about in the history of the Constitutional State.

"Finally the souls of these martyrs for freedom can rest in peace, secure in the knowledge that their sacrifice has been avenged", said the Chairman of the the Tribunal Committee, who remained anonymous under the stimulations of Military Tribunals. Military Tribunals are only conducted in cases involving armed forces personnel or those related to oversea deployments by the armed forces of the Constitutional State. Military Tribunals are also the only way the death penalty can be imposed outside of wartime. "At the same time we are sending a strong signal that the terroristic crime of communism will be prosecuted and that offenders will face justice for their heinous acts of murder", the Chairman of the Tribunal Committee continued.

The souls of those that died for freedom in the attack have been enshrined in Liberty Shrine since 2007, where their spirits rest near the Constitution itself, the highest postmortem honor that can be bestowed upon an individual.

Now, the eyes of all Free Men and Women turn towards those that stole from us all.

Their appeals are exhausted. Their families have said goodbye. All that remains is payment for their crimes against you, Citizen.

We have no doubts this trial was intended to implicate Vangalan involvement with extreme groups to justify Touzen's hostile attitude towards the People's Republic and further its geopolitical interests and ideological agenda. The person of Vangalan origin accused is an innocent Vangalan citizen and political prisoner, and we shall continue to campaign for his release.

Government announces Aresura Policy

Lord Protector Kaname and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Revolutionary Defense Hosokawa have finally stepped before the press to announce the reasoning behind the country's deployment of military assets near Aresura.

"The Constitutional State, in consultations with its PASILA Accord allies, has determined that the grave situation in Aresura requires immediate attention by the democratic nations of the world. The danger of a democratic government falling and the unforeseeable consequences for the entire region that could derive from such a fall, have forced the allied forces to take a stand."

"Our deployment to the Borean Sea, which will carry the name 'Mecury Buzzard' for the Touzen side, has the goal of maintaining trade routes in the area, to safeguard the Aresurai people against foreign intervention and to closely coordinate with the legitimate government of Aresura, to timely restore stability and democratic government to the entire country. We have also already contacted non-PASILA actors in the area to help in attending to the grievances of the republican government, and I hope that other international networks such as the European Defense Federation will commit to the great vision of maintaining democracy in Boreas as well."

Foreign Minister Hosokawa added to Kaname's statement:

"As a global guaranteer of democratic government and as a guardian of human rights, the Constitutional State and its PASILA allies will not be intimidated by regional actors that seek to abuse the Aresurai troubles for political gain, especially when these actors have no stake in the area in question."

"I have ordered the deployment of another carrier group based around the Sakura to the crisis zone, with the determination to show expressively and clearly that the PASILA Accord will not tolerate foreign interference in the Aresurai conflict. We will not allow actors that have given credibility and de facto recognition to an insurgency against a democratically legitimated government to force this vision on the people of Aresura. I thus expect these actors to withdraw their military assets from the area post haste. Democracy's patience is not eternal."

"Finally, it is my opinion that it reflects poorly upon the Warric government that once again it resorts to needless agitation and saber-rattling. The international community is expecting a different behavior from the Kingdom, and escalatory Warric actions and unproductive rhetorics in the current crisis are shedding new light upon territorial conflicts with the Batavien Republic. I have also already personally conveyed this point of view to the Batavian government in an open and warm call earlier today", Kaname closed, only referring to the partly Borean nation's deployment in the closing stage of the very short announcement, which barely lasted 5 minutes. The Lord Protector and his Minister did not answer any questions and quietly withdrew again after having finished their announcement.

'Democracy is on the march' seems to be the main message that has been proclaimed this evening, a move that will have a resounding echo domestically. Initial reports say that entrustments to Delegates in the All Citizen' Congress that are backing the Kaname government have risen constantly, and Delegates from three prefectures apparently now risk being replaced by pro-Kaname delegates, should their entrustment rates stay below those of their rivals for one week. Should this be the case it would further consolidate the Kaname government's backing by the highest assembly of the Touzen people as numbers in the body shift towards the supporters of the Lord Protector.

The deployment of carrier groups off the Aresurai coast is disturbingly reminiscent of Sinhese aggression against Vangala. The Aresurai people, not the PASILA Accord, should decide their country's future. We demand the immediate withdrawal of PASILA military forces.

The Warreic Kingdom sees the grievances put forth by the Aresurai interim government, and as such has decided to prevent the same bullying tactics that Touzen are using. There is no saber rattling, nor is this an 'agitational response' to the matter. It is simply a move to help secure an impartial and international resolution to the Aresurai situation; something which Warre sees more and more as a necessary thing to do with the un-impartial movements of nations in this day and age, and the use of alliance party politick to justify actions which are entirely out of place in the right of a nation. The Caorachstyr are firmly and unabashedly Warres, they are ancestrial and ancient holdings which the Kingdom has held for centuries, and will hold for centuries. The Batavian claim on the islands is based in nothing but imperialism, and by attempting to try to use the issue as a way to bully Warre out of the way of Pasila's aims, you are proving your real aim with Aresurai.

Touzen has no reasoning to be within the Boreasic waters of Aresurai as a peacekeeping force if it attempts to negate the ability of other nations to impartially peace keep. The people of Aresurai have every right to a powerful executive branch and to allow themselves something beyond the Legislative jungle they currently reside in, where the people are kept poor and the nation isolationist.
