Sirs and Comrades,

Although officially the Provisional Collectivist Congress of Aresura does not organize itself as a party, we believe that our collectivist ideals and tenets march side-by-side with those of Marxist-Leninovism. This is especially apparent to us in regards to the socialist-army-first policy given the looming imperialism of the Democratic Defense Initiative that has split our people and archipelago for nine agonizing years. This also holds true in regards to our constant striving towards economic self-reliance in the face of a reality where we are surrounded by DDI economies, or DDI-friendly ones. Lastly, and most relevant to our present communication with your venerable organization, we are greatly disturbed by the chaos in the Pelasgian Empire and feel that we can no longer stand by idly while socialism is brutally massacred in Propontis and other cities in Pelasgia.

It is with all of this in mind that the Overseer-Colonel Iōséph Konstantinos wishes to reach out, beyond the prying eyes of the imperialist vultures of the DDI, and inquire as to the viability of working with the International Association of Communist Workers' Parties in sending a certain number of volunteers, both from our professional military and whatever enthusiastic civilians step forward, to join the International Brigades in their righteous fight against the forces of theocratic feudalism in the decaying Pelasgian Empire. Overseer-Colonel Konstantinos also hopes that such a contribution will thwart whatever mischievous plot the DDI has in regards to the explosion of chaos within Pelasgia, and bring socialism one step closer to uniting the workers of the world in peace, prosperity, and partnership.

It is our hope that this will lead to further, stronger partnership with Ivar and other international communist parties, and we await your reply with eager anticipation.

Esteemed Comrade,

We have received your message concerning Aresuran involvement with the International Proletarian Initiative, more specifically the mobilization of International Brigades to help the righteous struggle of our Pelasgian comrades. We applaud any government that understands that the word solidarity surpasses territorial borders and the interests of specific nations. We also acknowledge the deep relation between Marxist-Leninovist teachings and the ideological policies brought forward by the Provisional Collectivist Congress of Aresura. Therefore the Executive Committee of the International has approved the inclusion of an Aresuran Freedom Battalion under the umbrella of the International Brigades for the Liberation of Pelasgia.

Combat-ready Aresuran freedom fighters will be able to use our established network to enter the conflict zone effective immediately. Those who had no prior military training or similar experience are welcome to join their comrades from around the world in the Sremsk Revolutionary Army Training Facility based in the Socialist Republic of Kalavarskija. There they will enjoy basic military training with emphasis on guerilla warfare and ideological education for the duration of one or two months. Specialist training will also be available with longer duration of training.

We look forward not only to show you our way, but also to learn from yours.

THE MEMPHIS REGIME HAS REFUSED OUR REQUEST, GIVING TWO REASONS.

FIRSTLY, THE REVOLUTION IN MEMPHIS HAS BEEN LARGELY SUPPRESSED AND WAS VERY SMALL IN SCALE DUE TO WIDESPREAD FALSE CONSCIOUSNESS AMONG LOCALS.

SECONDLY, MEMPHIS REGIME CONSIDERS US TO HAVE BETRAYED THE SQT AND STAGED A RISING WHICH GAVE PROPONTIS REGIME OPPORTUNITY TO PURGE ABSOLUTISTS IN PROPONTIS. WITHOUT OUR REVOLT, ABSOLUTISTS ARE CONFIDENT THEY COULD HAVE DEFEATED THE PROPONTINE LIBERALS WITHIN REGIME LIMITS.

WILL PROCEED WITH CONTINUED URBAN GUERILLA IN THE NORTH AND RETREAT TO MOUNTAINS IN THE SOUTH.
