Istavnia has an abundance of iron ore, northern parts of the country have a lot of minerals, we produce about 45 million metric tons of iron ore and with our recycling investment this gives us a huge abundant stock of iron.

We are willing to sell 4.5 million tons of iron ore to @YUANGUO for 30% discount and no tariffs or taxes shall be placed on the products making them more accessible.

We would like to import agricultural products such as tomatoes, basil and rice as well as bay leafs as the north istavanian climate presents a challenge against growing these products.
We are also willing to import up to 300 thousand metric tons of coal.

If the demands of no tariffs being put against the iron ore is met, we shall not put any tariffs against the imports from @YUANGUO .

Due to extremism protestors
taking control of Dun Glas, we urge all Istavanian citizens, businesses travelers and most Non-Essential diplomatic personnel to evacuate from @Caledonia . We will try to evacuate all 1,400 in 1 week. Just 13 minutes ago when the 4th and last flight of the day between Istavania and @Caledonia took of, The Air-Istav flight was completely filled with 200 passengers.


We have also changed the travel advice to the 4th level (avoid ALL NON-Essential travel)

We will also increase the number of flights to 6/day to allow more passengers, this is temporary for one week

Information Request on FNR Recognition

The Diplomatic Chambers communicates this request to the Istavanian Foreign Ministry. A request for information on Istavania's justification for the recognition of the Far Northern Republic. While, we respect the decision of the Istavanian Government, we make this request due to the unique position the Kingdom of Istavania has taken on the front of recognition for the FNR.

Few governments if any, have placed their trust and confidence in the leadership of the Far Northern Republic to restore the rule of law, carry out peace missions, and pursue the policy of humanity. Therefore, the Chambers is deeply concerned by the decision taken by the Istavanian Government, a view which has raised concerns within the Chambers' over what justification and line of reasoning led to this unqiue decision by the excellent Government to recognise the FNR as a country.

Terms

iCar vehicles should NOT be used to ease the development of W.M.D's.

Service shall be at an iCar approved service cener, known as iServe for cars and iServe-B for Buses and trucks.
Agency, company or local govt. handling public transport in the country of purchase will get financial assist by iCar if needed to be able to afford training for mechanics to use tools.

International law shall be followed as well as local law.
Payment is monthly
Failiure to pay will result in 3-5% increase of price per month.

The Republic of Azilia formally expresses its deep concern and opposition regarding the Kingdom of Istavania’s continued decision to recognize the entity known as the Far Northern Republic as an independent state from the rest of the former Kingdom of Caledonia.

The Republic of Azilia urges the Kingdom of Istavania to immediately reconsider this decision, to respect the established borders and sovereignty of Caledonia, and to withdraw its recognition of the Far Northern Republic. It would be in the best interests of the Kingdom of Istavania to recognize that only itself and the Kingdom of Justosia recognize the independence of the breakaway region under Justosian occupation and the rest of the international community has refused recognition with many joining in the cooperation of the Republics sanctions package against the Justosians, including the Yuan Empire which have significant economic stakes in the Kingdom of Istavania.

Failure to address this grievance may result in diplomatic and economic consequences, which we hope can be avoided. The Republic of Azilia remains committed to preserving peace and stability in the region and fostering cooperative relations with the Kingdom of Istavania, provided that mutual respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity are upheld.

Withdrawing recognition of the FNR, especially after the recent Referendum is being debated. Elections and referendums and all types of Votings require a lot of time and money to avoid corruption, fraud and other undemocratic practices. The very sudden events of the Referendum raised questions about the legitimacy and fairness. The Istavanian government are currently investigating whether a withdrawal of recognition is necessary and an official statement can be expected by the beginning of next week or end of this week. So withdrawing recognition of the FNR is Not out of the question. However, even in the case of not recognizing the FNR, sanctions against Justosia would not be a valid option and therefore won’t be considered by the kingdom, although another investigation is underway to determine whether sanctions are necessary and an official statement can be expected in about 2 weeks. We hope to quickly resolve this diplomatic dispute and maintaining peace around the world is a priority of our government.

The Kingdom of Istavania was quick to recognition of the Far Northern Republics declared independence before the words of a referendum had ever been uttered. The Kingdom and its rapid recognition of the illegal declaration and support for the Kingdom of Justosia and unwillingness to cooperate with the sanctions regime that has been imposed against the Justosians will only lead to the Istavanians suffering the consequences for actions.

The Azilians sanctions package is not only aimed at the primary trade between the Republic and Justosia, but also third party. All goods and raw materials originating within the Republic are prohibited from third party products or transfers that could result in the products reaching the Justosian markets or being part of products that reach the Justosian markets. Financial markets, stocks, and hard currency transactions with institutions that will still do business with the Justosians are also part of the sanctions package.

The choice is a simple one, the Istavanians can maintain their present course and continue the recognition of the FNR and supporting the Justosian cause of their independence, or join the rest of the world in denunciation of the Far Northern Republic and join in sanctions against the Justosians to join the world in applying pressure for the territorial integrity of the Caledonian people. The repudiation of the FNR will be a political hit to the ruling elite of Istavania, but the lesson to be learned will be one that may lead to greater caution in the future for the Kingdom.
