Our realms may be separated by vast geography, yet Su Majestad Imperial's Government believes this should not be an obstacle to our people's mutual desire to engage in closer economic and cultural ties through trade and travel. El Emperador also believes that, in order to see his dream for an Imperio Josepaño freed from the shackles of homelessness and poverty, we must reach out to fellow nations devoted to the prosperity, piety, and peace of their peoples for assistance, and ensure that we are no longer impeded by agents of the Global Exploitation Conspiracy who would see all enslaved to their greed and malice.

We, therefore, invite Her Majesty, Queen Aleksandra III, along with representatives of her government to travel to el Imperio Josepaño in order to witness the vibrancy of our people, our prosperity, and out potential. We would, if Her Majesty is so gracious as to accept our invitation, intend on reciprocating in the near future and bringing our realms that much closer to mutual prosperity.

Your majesty Queen Aleksandra III and her majesty's government, the Diplomatic Chambers lodges a formal question upon the recent culinary proposal submitted by the Konderlandian Government, a question on the facts of health, the regional economy and humanitarian goals.

While, it is in the interests of the Empire of Yuan to go to great lengths to secure great nutrition for the peoples across provinces, as would be of any Government seeking the best for the well-being of their peoples, the unique proposition placed before the Norden Assembly has piqued the curiousity of the Imperial Court. As such, a number of questions have been raised inspired by the critique of your majesty's agriculture minister.

Chiefly among which there are many, the Ministry of Work took note that the ingredients of 'Pancakium 3000' include an unknown innovation of wheat, an undisclosed type of batter, and several other challenging ingredients that have origins credited to what we would assume were the achievements of enormous scientific endeavours. Noticing these elements, the Ministry is confronted with the question of health implications. Whether the ingredients pose significant risks to health and safety of consumers? Whether the 'Pancakium 3000' will be released to interested governments for further testing on a larger scale to give further insight into the relatively new invention?

From the Ministry of Province, a question was raised as to the economic consequences of production. The ambitious plans put before the Norden Assembly to curb the spread of humanity's ill, to cure the problem of world hunger is most commendable, but before committing to true action, the Imperial Court urges for immediate reconsideration. The Kingdom of The Konderland is wise to deliberate this matter before its people, and would do well to consider the broad regional consequences that may directly affect its neighbours in the Touyou Collective. A reorganisation of agricultural norms of such a massive scale may place the economic efficiency of the region in jeopardy. The proposal it seems would envelop the Kingdom of The Konderland in a great challenge of enormous complexity and arguably consume a lot of time and resources that may be better spent with other economic and humanitarian initiatives instead.

It is not the interest of the Imperial Court to tell the Konderlandians and Sheepite communities how they're country should be run, as a friendly and caring country in the region, we will always support in good faith the peaceful efforts of our allies.

We are delighted to receive such a generous invitation from our friends in the Konderland regarding the coronation of a new monarch in Grodnie, and given Su Majestad's visit in recent memory to Ciudad de San José in order to meet with El Emperador and help solidify the current trade agreement between our two venerable nations, this provides the perfect opportunity for El Emperador and Su Majestad Imperial's government to reciprocate accordingly.

Thus, we hereby accept the invitation as put forward from the Konderland Kingdom, and will request the Imperial Congress grant leave for El Emperador to attend in respect to Article 105 of the Imperial Constitution: "The Emperor cannot depart the Empire of Josepania without the consent of the Imperial Congress; and if he does so, it will be understood that he has abdicated the Crown." We do not anticipate any obstacles in this regard given the circumstances. The Ambassador to the Konderland, Su Excelencia Francisco Varela, shall also be in attendance.

Honourable Sir,

The Pelasgian Empire welcomes the opening of the Sheepo-Konderlandian Monarchy (commonly and hereinafter referred to as "The Konderland"), which we consider to be a crucial step for peace and prosperity in the greater region. Due to sharing a border with The Konderland, we are doubly interested in opening channels for constant, official diplomatic dialogue between our great nations.

Therefore, at the instruction of His Imperial Majesty the Basileus, I would formally like to submit a request for a Pelasgian Embassy to be opened in The Konderland, and an Embassy of The Konderland to be opened in Pelasgia, along with mutual Consulates General in much the same fashion. If this request is granted, Pelasgia would like to nominate for accreditation Ambassador Gavriil Nikolaou, as Head of Mission to The Konderland, and Plenipotentiary Minister First Class Stamatios Economou as Consul General. In turn, we have made inquiries to ensure that sufficiently large and august premises are available to house the Embassy, Consulate General and Ambassadorial Residence of The Konderland in the diplomatic quarter of Propontis, in the prestigious International District of Galatopyrgos.

We eagerly await your response, and look forward to future diplomatic dialogue, including with regard to bilateral and regional trade.
